@antstephenson CoD3, 360 launch game, then mw 1&2, then it was mw(2019). Those were the games I bought, mainly for the single player campaigns. If I wanted multiplayer fun, the boys and I would bf:bc2 all night long.

Would I be interested? No. Especially not at those prices. Considering the 1tb isn't that much more expensive.

@shamirqushairi good on you. I didn't say it was bad(5 out 10 or less), not attacking something you enjoy. Just saying it's "by the book"(6/7 out of 10).

@John117 it's a very "by the book" game. "Be anyone" mechanic is interesting, but picking an old lady, over a construction worker, doesn't change the game drastically. Both can still run, shoot, drive. The best thing about the game, it's super cheap with dlc, right now.

If you're burnt out on openworld, clear the map games(I am), this won't encourage you to come back. If it is your cup of tea, I recommend, since it's cheap.

Meh, ps5 gets it now. Xbs x|s gets it better, with all dlc and most bugs worked out. It's not a multiplayer intensive game, like BF, so I can wait.

I prefer [Prototype] over the spiderman games. Grabbing, anyone really, running to the top of a building and throwing them as far as Mercer could throw, is cathartic. Getting the full body armor and running through the streets, swatting away cars like so much New York debris, is awesome!
Spiderman games, from the first ps iterations, to insomniac's masterpiece, haven't differed much. Ya swing, ya fight, ya web, ya move on. Spiderman: shattered dimensions was a nice break from the openworld format.

I'm, unusually, excited about this rendition. But it's ubi, so temper expectations and wait. Ubi games drop in price faster than others. Fenyx was $30, pretty much, from the start.

When it comes to some games, I can't help but be reminded of this part of a film. In the movie harold and Kumar go to white castle, the duo come across the "extreme douches". The song blasting from their SUV reminds me of cod and madden, "SAME OLD, SAME OLD, SAME OLD SONG!!"

Grab gunstar and guardian heroes for $5! Not a bundle, but both are $2.50 and both are great!

What makes this a "tactical first person shooter" as opposed to a regular fps? Operation flashpoint games and the older rainbow six and ghost recon games were tactical. Is this along those lines or is this more CoD? Man, I miss those older gr and r6 games.

I was gonna purchase ZoE, but that price for a 360 game($30) was a little off-putting. Glad I procrastinated. Can't wait to dive in.

@Would_you_kindly I'm sure you can. Those consoles and carts are still widely available. You probably haven't played all of them. Might have to pay a premium though.

Haven't tried origins, odyssey or valhalla. But I did grab ac: unity and it's pretty fun.
