Two More 'Day One' Game Pass Titles Quietly Announced For 2026

Anyone fancy a couple more Game Pass announcements to start the week?!

We've got two more that we haven't mentioned yet — one that's just for PC Game Pass, and another that's for both Xbox and PC Game Pass. They're also both launching "day one" on Xbox's subscription service at some point in 2026.

The first of these is a game called Corsair Cove, which is the PC-only release. It's a city-builder set towards the end of the Golden Age of Piracy, and your goal is to wage war against the Crown's pirate hunters. In terms of a release date, all we know at the moment is that it's releasing this year.

Game number two is Mariachi Legends, which was announced for Xbox Game Pass at Gamescom LATAM a few days ago. This is a "brutal, pixel art, combat-oriented Metroidvania" that will be available on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC and Xbox Cloud Gaming, and its release window is currently set as Q4 2026.

These aren't the only Game Pass announcements we're expecting this week, as Microsoft is also set to share the next set of Xbox Game Pass titles for May 2026 very soon, so keep an eye out for those on Pure Xbox! For now though, we'll leave you with trailers for each of these games below, along with more details.

Corsair Cove (PC) (TBD 2026)

Build a sprawling pirate haven, raise a fleet to explore the high seas, and take on the Crown to keep the Age of Piracy alive!
