Re: PlayStation Follows In Xbox's Footsteps By Releasing More Games On PC

@Krzzystuff very doubtful imo that Sony are planning to release PS5 games at all on PC in this 9th-gen lifetime. We'll probably get no more than 3 old PS4 exclusive games per year. The demands for these games on PC are arguably still high enough and this will be Sony way of squeezing out more cash from these old games. Remember that this isn't like "almost crumbling" XB1 situation and PS still leading the competition between the big duo to this very day.

I also believe that cloud techology will be big part of gaming in the future but that would be roughly 50 years from now since we need to wait until literally every corner on the earth have fast & reliable enough internet with good infrastructure to support truly comfortable cloud gaming experience that's indistinguishable from running the game natively on the hardware.

Re: Xbox Series X 'FPS Boosts' Will Focus On Xbox One Games For Now

@NEStalgia welp, haven't tried that yet. How is the framerate on that game?

Well i said that with some exception in mind ofc but all enhanced games i've played worked great. Still believes that implementing resolution boost requires much less comprehensive testing & optimizations compared to fps boost provided the game with it's base resolution runs fullspeed in the first place. Except for few odd games, XSX shouldn't have any problem brute forcing the additional processing power required by these games.

Then give them(x360 & ogx games) resolution boost at least. Resolution boost via heutchy method probably the more compatible and less problematic feature to implement on all games compared to fps boost and it's fairly safe to assume that all x360 & ogx games can run fullspeed at 4K on Series X and at 1080p/1440p on Series S.

Re: Microsoft Was Reportedly Looking Into Acquiring Gearbox Software

Gearbox oh gearbox, what a shame. While Borderlands is cool, they used to have good-but-now-forgotten IP like Brothers in Arms. The only thing i want to see from Gearbox(aside of Borderlands) nowadays is that IP getting reinvented & resurrected back to it's former glory on current-gen consoles & PC as to not end-up in it's current sad state of being mobile-only-game crap.
