Argh ! Delivers Us The Moon is on my "to-do-list" since an eternity ! I always assumed that I would have some time to play it later...

Well, now seems the perfect time for it, then ! I'm definitely starting it tonight !

Avengers is MADE for a service like Gamepass. This is litterally something that can save it and transform what is a failure (on the business side) to a great, great success.

Everybody is suddenly going to play it, if it comes to gamepass. Square has to do it, and to it quickly.

I have to play this entire series ! But so little time to play... argh I have to find more time !

I'm sticking to my Sonic Shock Blue controller.

The one that still makes me think that there IS a Sega deal somewhere to be announced

@blinx01 Ahah I personnaly decided to sell my PS2 in order to get an Xbox. Which was a big decision for me, at the time, cause I was in love with my PS2.

But I remember having read an article about HALO in a videogame magazine calling it "the best FPS in the world" and "the most beautifull game ever seen" and I HAD to see that.

So, I traded my PS2. For an Xbox and Halo (and also Dead or Alive 3, if I remember it correctly)
And when I finally got my Xbox... saw how big it was. How bizarre was the controller... But I launched the game.

And this title screen. "HALO". With this... ring in space. This ring with... I don't know, land on it ? The whole concept just absorbed my mind. I was completly hooked. If you add to that the MUSIC.... I was like... I didn't push start for like an hour.

I just stood in front of this title screen. I was so used to dreaming about this game, from what I've read and all, that I wanted to continue. To keep dreaming about it. I just couldn't realize that I was there. That I was, finally, in position to press start and begin my journey into this world.

And eventually, I ended pressing it. The start button, I mean. And man, what a journey it was. What a journey it STILL IS.

Man, I just can't wait for HALO INFINITE NOW !! XD

I'm SO downloading Octopath RIGHT NOW.
Also, I didn't knew anything about Genesis Noir, and I admit that I'm kind intrigued, now.

Oh, and I have to be brave and launch myself on a Yakuza run.

Oh man... Time flies so fast ! Sometimes, I'm under the impression that it was just last month that I was in my teenage room, with my own Xbox plugged into my little cathodic Tv set-up, discovering this beautifull ring for the first time...

Twenty years, geez !

Despite the fact that they keep saying they're commited to the Live Gold system, this is definitely a further step into the "all-free-multiplayer" mode.

Because they already announced that their best IP, which is off course HALO, is going the free to play road, for its multiplayer part.

And we all know that there is a really huge bunch of Xbox players who just pay the Gold fee to play Halo and only that.

Before we know it, the next Gears will be announced with a free to play multiplayer mode.

I installed the game on my Series X a few days ago, and intend to give it a try this week-end.

Now, the same and eternal question : go for quality, or performance ?
For this one, I'm more inclined to go the performance way. I think. What about you, folks ?

It is so beautifull right now on Series X. Don't need another patch, in my opinion.

Maybe just a re-launch of the game, with a box mentionning clearly "Series X / S" on it ?

I'm finishing Gears of War 3 for the first time. That game is just a real beauty on Series X.
I'm intending to follow with Gears 4 and 5, off course (cannot wait to discoover those two games !)...
But before, I'll play Control Ultimate. I finally received my physical copy for Series X. I neved played the game before, and I really want to see those ray tracing effects that I've read so much about

@sib I was wondering the exact same question and I've read everywhere that Fallout new Vegas is the absolute pinacle of the series
But I don't know, the game being quite old, maybe Fallout 4 is a good start, too !

I'm trying Gears of War 3 for the first time (I just have played 1 and 2 before) and on Series X, it's really awesome.

The "Auto HDR" fonction does really work, it's a wonderfull option. It already did amaze me on the first Destiny (played it for the first time on Series X last month), and here, on Gears 3, it again does wonderfull things.

Planning to finally discover Gears 4 and 5 after, thanks to the gamepass.

Something that really bothers me, I have to say it, is when the "old-gen version" of a game is being made avalaible on gamepass, but not the Series version.

It happened with Control, and now it seems to happen again with NBA 2K21.

And that's not... fair, I guess. It makes a fancy add ("Look, we've got Control in gamepass !") but it's a kinda trick, in a way.

I wanted to play the next-gen version. So I bought it. The next-gen version, with all the great ray tracing and all, is not avalaible on gamepass. Same situation for NBA 2K21, apparently.

And I feel that, in terms of communication, it's not completely honest. No scam here, for sure. But it's not as great as it could be...

And this is why I BOUGHT The Witcher 3 when it was on sale a month ago. The GOTY edition was avalaible for 9 bucks.

What about the Warframe upgrade ? That's one title I would like to play, it's already improved for PS5 since launch, so...

Never played a Dragon Age game. Interested in this one, as it is included in GPU...

Excellent selection ! I really hope we'll get to see more and more titles benefit from this awesome feature ! Sonic is a no brainer for me, as I repeat in every topic about this. It's gorgeous a ever on Series X, but a game based on speed at 30 fps ? Today, I just cant'. Yesterday, I could, but today I can't.

Right now, the GOTY edition is less than 10 bucks. I'm all in !

And yet I love this game with all my heart.
I know it does not have a proper endgame - which is basically the true purpose of this kind of game - but I really, really enjoyed my 40h journey in these awesome "Javelin" suits.

The game is beautifull, gameplay is fun, the world is interesting and they made bold choices for telling their story (the FPS city, for example).

At this stage, I only hope for a Series patch for true 4K / 60 fps, and some new content. But this won't probably happen...

I'm discovering Jedi Fallen Order, thanks to GPU, on Series X.

This game is SO beautifull ! On performance mode, it is really incredible. Such a great Star Wars story, too. I'm just beginning my journey, but I'm already in love with the characters, the directing, everything.

It's really great.

I'll buy Ninja Gaiden, then. I want to keep it !

I'll be honest : I never use that stuff.
And I'm always turning my Xbox off "for real" when I'm done.

I only use the sleep mode when I have downloads of updates pending.

And that's great, cause what I love the most about the Series X is how fast it can boot up, even when it was really powered off.

I know Sony HAD to, I get it. But still : we have a "Playstation Studios" game on Xbox. It kinda blur the lines, when you think about it.

And I know the Bethesda games will be an all kind of different matter. As far as I'm concerned, I'm happy to play those titles on my Series X ^^

But I guess it's not so impossible now to have an "Xbox Studios" game on Playstation.

Thinking about it, by the way, I realize that we already have Minecraft, in that case.

Some titles are just too big to be exclusives.

I believe in this game. So strong.
It will be next Christma's biggest game.

I prevented myself to play it on the gamepass, cause it's the regular version.
I want to play the next-gen version. Microsoft, can you do please something about it ? Like, I don't know, update the gamepass version to the Ultimate one ?

I dream of a 60fps option for Sonic Generations. The game was updated for Xbox One X, now rendering at a beautifull 4K picture.

But still in 30 fps. For a game where speed is everything.

As someone who is discovering right now the Destiny franchise, I voted Destiny 2.
This game is so freaking beautifull. On Series X, it really, really shines. I find back this "gun-feel" that I loved about the Halo series, the general design is awesome, and there is so much to do.

As I undestand it, thought, the game is not that much a "free to play"... cause you have to buy the DLCs (Beyond Light and two others) to acess the full game.
Plus, there is this season system. If you're into it (and I'm not) you have to pay 10 bucks for a season (three months) in order to get access to special quests and rewards.
Plus, they did cut a huge part of the game's content. Some people paid for that content. But now it's gone.

So, Destiny 2 and money... it sure doesn't seem to be an happy wedding.

Except if you're a gamepass member. (and I am !)

Either way, such a great game at its core. If you got a Series X, you have to try this version.

Been a GPU member for a month, now. And I'm never going back from that.

I've just finished the main storylines of the first Destiny,

so I started Destiny 2, on Series X. And it's awesome. The game is beautifull (4K 60 fps) , and reminds me very much of Halo in design and gameplay (for obvious reasons).

I know the game is in a kind of bad buzz now, cause Bungie took out paid content (!!!) from the game... But for a new player like me, it's really great.
