Re: Cyberpunk 2077 Boss Apologises For 'Harmful' Crunch Comments

@Deadcow I agree that most of this comes from outside. I have been working in IT for 14 years and there have been times when I have worked 12-16 hour days 7 days a week for 3 weeks straight. Worse when I got into management. Also I live in Pittsburgh which is a steel town, my friends and family in the mill work 12 hour shifts 7 days a week for 6 months at a time sometimes, and that is in front of a giant furnace. As long as these folks are compensated for their time it is their choice to do the work.

Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's 'Zombies Onslaught' Mode Won't Be On Xbox For A Year

I have purchased every call of duty with the exception of MW3 when they ousted West and Zampella. I am going to skip this one. Holding content back a month is annoying. Holding it back a year for a specific console for no reason other than Sony gave them extra $$ is bull. I don’t even play zombies that much, but the it’s the principle of the matter. That COD $$ will go to cyberpunk for me.

@Nermannn Oculus is owned by Facebook so they won’t be selling (they are worth 800 billion). Htc would be a good buy for them though. The Vive is a very nice headset and Htc is only worth 7.5 billion which is what they bought Bethesda for. Although Valve had a hand in developing the original Vive, I do not believe they own the rights to the subsequent models.

Re: Xbox Boss: Aggressive Console War Talk Is Holding The Industry Back

I have no loyalty to brands. This console gen I have had all three platforms, but I prefer my Xbox One for home play. I complement that with my switch for on the go or on the couch gaming and Nintendo’s fun 1st party exclusive stuff. I eventually got rid of my PS4 because I wasn’t using it nearly as much as my Xbox. Having said all that, I am nervous about Microsoft’s next gen. Recent press releases sound like they are trying to lower expectations, not hype people up for the fall release. Hopefully the July 23rd games demo will impress, but as of right now the Series X hasn’t done a great job differentiating itself form the One X, at least not for a “few years”.
