@Tasuki glad you typed it if sony had their way it would ps exclusive still but thankfully mlb told them want exclusive license then bring it to more systems….what would be funny is if it played better on the xbox

@StylesT Like what the only games that seem to crash on my system so far is Cold War and THPS both made by activision both not Smart Delivery…..fyi i have 16 series version games and these are the only two i have had issues with, yes a few crashes here and there with others but random and one offs.

Again Activisions Series version of a game crashes….first Cold War now this…and agains they didnt use smart delivery IDIOTS!!!!!!!

@G8crasha i still highly recommend the RIG 800ls sound quality is my only complaint with them but battery life is amazing voice chat is clear and sounds is decent best thing is they don’t disconnect, have static, or lick like the Arctic 9x did..if you cant find them the 700 are essentially the same minus battery life(its worse) but the sound quality is better trade off there…

If these direct connect like the Arctis 9x I’m passing as every direct connect headset(ones that use the xbox wireless function) i have issues with as i cant move my wireless router further from the console and i get tons of interference.

Quick resume would be good if two things happened…
1. It worked better( a lot of me games when i go back to them i end up having to quit and restart because my controller doesn’t seem to sending commands till i quit game.

2. Let me know which games support the feature and which ones are currently in quick resume.

@themightyant sorry but this has been their release schedule for madden since ea started their ea pass, its normally like 1 month after season ends…you’ll see nhl 21 in April…its their sports release schedule…nothing has changed with gamepass madden still came out a month after Super Bowl…NHL will be in April fifa will be in July most likely has 0 to do with sales dropping off… as when fifa comes out it will still be a top seller,

@Bmartin001 id bet that any game currently half way through development with ps5 games will be finished that way any new projects or projects that aren’t that far in will be exclusive that’s my feeling.

@themightyant the clubhouse pass is dumb i never even use it you get some free *****, and yes they locked some items behind that paywall, but i have not seen a need to buy it as I’m competently playing the game without the stuff in there.. so in that respect i see what your saying but again i have yet to buy the second season never bought first season hell i forgot that was even there.

@themightyant this game has no reason to buy anything have had game since launch and have yet to buy a single item with real money….try it out the micro transactions as you put them are more about courses..

@NintendOrc they have a 10 hour trial for the game right now,,, me personally i hate flying games i always suck at them…..

@StonyKL right now surround sound setups on the series X are a total disaster as no receiver out right now allows you on the Series X or Nvidia video cards are able to run 4K/120fps….they say they do but do some research and you’ll see they are flat out lying about it right now…I’ve had a experience trying to get 4K/120hz with hdr and Dolby vision going on a brand new 1500$ Denon receiver and its not possible, many write up about it….as for a tv with Dolby vision that works great with the series X i still think the best bang for your buck is the LG cx9 last month at bestbuy it was 1500 almost bought one but I’m gonna keep using Samsung’s for now..

Here is why it being exclusive matters….personally i hate exclusivity, but right now if you think about games, the only reason to get a xbox is Gamepass and halo, forza, gears….outside that everything else worth playing is on PlayStation….now when you look the other way sony has a lot that’s just PlayStation…point is if zenimax isn’t console exclusive the only reason to buy a xbox is for those games mentioned above…and personally makes no sense to buy a xbox as your locked out of ps games but if you buy a ps5 you wont be locked out of zenimax games if they aren’t exclusive making the ps5 even more attractive as you can play more games there……MS needs a reason for the xbox to exist as it is right now its like ms should just go third party and leave hardware if they are gonna make games for all systems as there no incentive to buy their hardware. Btw i own a series X series S and a One X, one more point why does the Series S exist? The One X does 4K and does 1080p 120hz…..other then load times to me the series S is junk….hell i moved it to my bedroom and the only thing on it is streaming apps the one X and the Series X get played by my wife and I….

@Casco I’m in the exact same boat i played it some enough to know it fun but then said ill wait for the series x version to really get into the meat of the game.

Pretty sure i have rarely spent 60$ on a game nvm 70$. Ill just either keep waiting on sales or used….and NBA2k21 on series x one little tip dont delete your save as the backup will be corrupt i lost a 93 rated player and a 88 rated player when i was moving game around to make room for a new series x game..

@Dezzy70 its seems great(one connect box) but if they are built like their orders ones they will fail in about 3-4 years, 3 Samsung’s with them and two older ones have new on connect boxes on the as mine failed….Samsung did replace the oldest one for free as there was a recall the middle aged one cost me 50$ lets hope my new one holds out…

@JayJ no he is right the system should automatically adjust and allow you to play your games even if you cant connect to live…if the switch can do it the xbox can….

@Tharsman not at all the story is ***** and has been references to ***** that never exhisted and about half the story makes no real sense or has no point at all, like its leading somewhere but they forgot where half way through their joint they were smoking….

@Insightful yea extremely quickly me and my cousin played the game from launch in feb2019 i think it was two months later we were having issues getting groups, and we also along with community every time we drop a boss would say Purple Rain!!! As the loot system was busted…eventually within 6 months the game was essentially dead! And they never really produced anything on their roadmap, and we never saw anything past QoL. Updates after that. For them to try and blame COVID well F them that’s not what happened, instead of going all in and fixing the game like No Mans Sky or FF XIV they did what they did for the 7 year production cycle they pissed on our shoes and told us it was raining……I literally will never buy a BioWare game again…

@Insightful to be fair the game was in development for 7 years and made no real progress… read the Kotaku story on it very in depth….. want to say i bought anthem for 100$ Us. Got the special edition as what i saw in demos looked awesome game was fun to a point but the game had no content and still to this day has very little content and that’s its biggest issue no content at all you finish the missions and without multiplayer there’s no reason to keep coming back no reason really to get the better gear other then to say you did and right now as we stand there is next to 0 player base tried a few days ago and found nobody to team up with me….now that’s boring.

@carlos82 i went the other way i was a pc gamer for decades but the constant cheating in games like apex(which is why cross play on consoles doesn’t include pc) and CoD and Counter Strike(my fav pc game) chased me off its just rampant on pc, yes it is on consoles but to a much lesser extent…it got to a point in CS:Go that I couldn’t get into a game without a wall hack or aim bot player active in the game….that’s what chased me back to console after nearly 3 decades.

343 should be shuttered halo 5 sucked sorry to say it was my least favorite halo game…..and i get the feeling 343 is way over their heads right now, and i still feel that infinite should be next gen only and only because of the BASE xbox one which at launch was trash….the base x1 will be the lowest common denominator and so under powered it will hold the game back…..

PGR was and is a great racing game i like it more then forza Motorsport by a lot and even like it better then horizon..would kill for a new PGR

@ResoluteCustoms he is just grumpy his game while good for one play through only(no replay ability imo) sold poorly but apparently got downloaded and played a lot on gamepass...and there were no add ons or dlc to buy so no money made.

Stadia is doomed google is know for cancelling things that arent making them money...i have stadia(should say had) on a 1 gigabit connection online gaming lagged....this is googles first step to shutting the service down, I’d bet my house that by 2025 stadia is no more.

Those ultrasonic or “cool mist” humidifiers are garbage and should be outlawed...first thing if there’s bacteria in the water it ends up in the air, on top of that it leaves a residue on everything as the water flings all the minerals in the air as well...the wicking ones work great plus they purify the air some as they suck the air over the wicks and the wicks collect the dust and in my case smoke...

@StonyKL mine does the same always has on my xbox one x and my series x...its really not that big of a deal just either turn off your surround sound or turn the volume down on the tv when you use headphones.

@Tarps my cousin and i did the same thing tried a way out and loved it, but it was a 1 play through type game i saw no redeeming quality to owning it so I’m glad i was able to experience the game...but with that said gamepass has got me to by and dons for a ton of those games, like Forza(i would have never owned it otherwise). City Skylines is another game i would never have bought if it wasn’t for gamepass...and I’ve seen what GPU has done for the player count in Rainbow 6... As for games on there that have story well there’s plenty of that there too, hellblade is one I’m currently playing through, and with Bethesda games coming to GPU and there already there’s a lot there....as for the PlayStation games like Uncharted God of war, and so on, they are all the same essentially, story type is different but they are all the exact same genre action adventure...i look at this way if you love single player storylines PlayStation is where you go, if you want solid online play xbox live is way better then PSN and the one thing that drove me away from PlayStation this gen was the ps4 toxic player base.

@NEStalgia they didn’t kill the name, they are making them part of Vault just like Bethesda has been a part of Zenimax for years....how rare has been part of Microsoft studios but they kept the name Rare....same thing just under a different subsidiary probably to pass EU monopoly *****...

@BlueOcean while i agree if energy saver would use the Ethernet and update my games. Then i would use it... till the instant on cause i hate waiting for my games to update, i don’t have more then a hour or two a night to play and the last thing i need to be doing is updating games.....that is the only reason i use instant on is for the background updating.

To those of you that are state side bestbuy has a insignia remote for the series x/s and one for 10$ it works just fine and for the money its good

@Dezzy oh he meant what he said he’s really apologizing for the way he said it....and the guy is correct on his point....its fine to have a bug here and there but its not cool when there’s a million bugs so many that i can still after the updates play for 30 mins and come across a handful, like my character sitting. In a invisible sidecar to my vehicle, yes my characters sits outside the car sometimes while I’m driving on the series X

@Bruvas its the elite 2 that have this issue my elite one is fine but i have 3 elite 2s all broken 2 of three have recently been replaced by MS and one inside of 2 months is already showing signs of drift on the right stick and is being sent back AGAIN....so they have yet fix the problem even on their replacement controllers.

@GunValkyrie not starved as a lot of our older games from last gen got series x/s upgrades some of them better then others,

@IronMan30 sony was kinda forced into doing this by MLB they pretty much told them either multi plat or lose the license all together....MLB was smart as sports games generally sell better on the xbox from what i have seen.

This was the reason i got a series X over the ps5 at launch...i have owned every version of the show even the ps vita versions its literally my favorite game and the only game i have played on the ps4 pro in the last year...to be able to play this on the xbox finally means i may not own a ps5 for a long while.

I have gigabit internet and stadia for multiplayer and especially competitive couldn’t compete with the xbox or PlayStation in that regular there was just to much input lag, and anyone who says otherwise either hasn’t noticed it or is just saying this as it’s what they use. Pcmag did a write up and the input lag for stadia vs pc was nearly double you can feel it when you know what the game feels like without it...

@Grumblevolcano forza horizon is a bigger game then forza Motorsport, meaning it sells more copies then Motorsport which is why I believe they will come out with Horizon 5 before Motorsport 8 other reason i think this is Motorsport 7 only landed on gamepass in the last 6 months or so..

@Bobobiwan my issue is there was no reason for this change...and its kinda annoying cause i use to be able to close a game without looking muscle memory is real after years of doing it this way.

Or you could just make it easier and release infinity for only pc and series x/s!!! Release it in the holiday season and sell more series systems.. learn from CDPR and dont make the same mistake..

@eduscxbox or they are like me and only play the online portion of gears 5 not enough time to delve into single player for me....

@eduscxbox if it wasn’t for the inclusion of ea i was gonna downgrade, dont have a pc capable of gaming or android device. Maybe give us a tier that has no pc or streaming but everything else will be the bottom and ultimate will get everything.

How they released this game in the state it was shocks me...and as far as future release by CDPR will be treated like EA games for me, ill. Wait till they drop in price its what I’m doing with Valhalla wont buy that till its at min 30$

@eduscxbox i think they will drop gold keep regular game pass, and ultimate...regular game pass will probably wont include EA or Ubi, ultimate will is my thinking. Regular gamepass will be the low end ultimate will be the upper end and i think both will. Get a price jump. Next 2-3 years this will happen.

Ill either wait till i can get it for 20$ or wait for it to arrive on game pass whichever happens first...but i wont pay full price for a knockoff of Zelda...never pay full price for the imitators of any product.

@Tharsman that’s nowhere near true my brother in law has a xbox but no live, reason isn’t he can’t afford a second system its because the xbox isn’t his main or even his secondary system....he got it for halo and gears single player games...

@ultraviolet you dont need gold to play a single player game and there are no free single player games that I’m aware of as that would be giving your work away for free

Eventually i believe Gold will be dead and to play non f2p you’ll need game pass
