Giga Wing only released on Dreamcast. Progear, Carrier Air Wing, 19XX and 1944 are releasing for the first time on consoles. Really, this is worth it for the shmups alone.

It's not MS's fault that Sony can't go toe to toe with them. Paying for timed exclusive games to appear on your platform is one thing; paying for games to not appear on a competitor's platform is quite another.

Finally, paying a developer to dumb down the competitor's version is just vile. This is not moving the industry forward, but running it into the ground. This is anti-consumer in every sense of the word. If "this is the best Sony can do at the moment", after how succesful the PS4 was, then maybe they're not as good as people have made them out to be.

I agree with everything you said and I still think PlayStation fans have the right to feel the way they do. Sony has to find a way to offer them more value.

I'm weary of going back to SoT. I plan on spending a weekend "being more pirate", next thing you know, it's already been two weeks since I've played anything else. 😨

The thing is, a VR version of Minecraft can only be released on platforms that support VR. Hence, it's not available on Xbox. Xbox gamers understand this. MLB The Show being "free" on Game Pass and $70 on PS5 might not seem reasonable to PlayStation fans.
