We're not long from Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection releasing on Xbox, and our fingers are already tensing at the amount of button mashing we'll be doing. Although, this new character trailer showcases the combat each of the heroes do and it's looking glorious, so we're sure it'll all be worth it in the end.
Team Ninja's new look at the game is perhaps the most violent yet, highlighting not only series protagonist Ryu Hayabusa's abilities, but also four other female companions. Ayane, Rachel, Momiji, and Kasumi will be able to bring some heat into the battle with their own unique move set. From devastating ranged attacks, to destructive melee takedowns, Ninja Gaiden looks as mental as we remember.
But what would this combat be without some deadly foes to take down. The series prides itself on blood boiling difficulty, and that's most prominent in the boss encounters. These will require an insane amount of skill, but luckily Xbox Wire has highlighted four of the foreboding bosses in a new post, giving you a keen advantage ahead of its launch - we recommend checking it out.
The game is coming to Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on May 10, with the ability to run at an impressive 4K/60FPS on some systems. While it won't contain the original experiences, fans can expect to relive the Sigma versions of the games. But don't worry, it will still demand the insane amount of skill the series is known for.
