@Brobeans Space is at a premium and I've installed some games I haven't got around to playing yet (very bad habit) so until I can afford the ssd storage I won't bother with a fresh install.

IF I bought this when easily available then it would be so I can finally defrost my freezer and fridge (the freezer section is above the fridge and one side of the fridge has a chunk of ice growing in it I can't be bothered taking out anymore). Could easily fit two two-pinters of milk in the mini fridge.

@Shigurui I played it again after the game updated to show that standalone Tiny Tina game hoping they'd fixed it. My last crash was after that update. Also looking at the emails, pressing the l and r bumpers in the social menu randomly activates your special ability or grenade when you unpause it. The stuttering I can take but the crashing nope. Never had a problem with the previous games, both the original and frame boosted versions.

Doubt anyone will buy Borderlands 3 if they don't fix the crashing. First crash was in the area where you do that quest for a psycho soon after I bought it. Before the game kept stuttering. Can't remember the second crash but my last crash was after leaving a weapon vending machine menu in that swamp place with dinosaurs or whatever they are. This was on Series S. Xbox version seems to be the worst version judging by a Google search. Game sticks and stutters all the time. Moved it onto an external drive until they hopefully fix it but until then I can't play it and I'm not touching it.

Someone in the review section on Xbox said you can't even play single player without gold. Is that true? I'm not getting the game until it drops in price, if at all.

Anyone know if it's possible to set the homescreen on the browser to show a picture of a different location everyday like nice scenery with a small explanation of where it is when you move the cursor over 'like this image?'? I've seen it at work on the PCs while I go around cleaning (I'm a cleaner) and there's always one pc on with different images when I'm wiping the mouse and keyboard.

Phantasy Star Online Episode 1 and 2 (sadly offline only because no internet at the time). Used to play it so much for the rare weapons in ultimate. Printed sheets of drops for each section ID at the library. Loved the Central Control Area stage but was really miffed when the Plus version of the game wasn't released in the UK which added extra areas offline for the Central Control Area. Loved finding red boxes. Never found a Sealed J Sword

If it's anything like the state of Borderlands 3 on Series S then I ain't buying it. Can't believe how bad the frame rate is in some places. Crashed on me a few days ago. Googling Borderlands 3 freezing shows mainly Xbox (and pc) results. Never had problems with the first two games.

I've always noticed when walking next to buildings within a certain distance you'll see a square of better detail on the building while everything around that square will be slightly less detail. Maybe this version fixes that lol. No 60fps no buy (or no buy if Series S is locked at 30).

Game runs like crap on Series S. Always getting frame drops and stuttering and slight freezes. Also crashed on me once in the first area. Also when checking the social menu for the mail to claim a weapon for some reason pressing the rb and lb buttons to navigate the social menu also activates your grenade or special when you unpause the game.

I've noticed a few reviews in some indie games where it fails to start at all or crashes on the main menu and a dev response said it's at a system level with the Xbox.

I'm loving the multiplayer. No confusing before-match menus. No looking at your equipment or customising your character. Just get in and shoot 💩. I'm loving how everyone is just sliding around the maps like crazy because there's no aiming down sights. I don't care if I'm bad as it's fun af.

I tried doing 50 bing searches first on my Xbox, then tablet with the app and the chrome browser while signed in but it didn't count them. Stayed at 0.

Welp time to pick up where I left off, wherever that was (think it was some imaginary fire).

I bought Gotcha Force years ago on GameCube and at one point I was going to go swap it because it was a habit of mine to swap games I stopped playing for a while. Instead I sold it to my brother. Now it's worth a small fortune. Still not getting rid of it. Glad I didn't swap it as it's fun. Oh, I once had Team Buddies as a kid. I searched it one day and it's expensive. I can't afford to get it back.

From what I've seen on YouTube it's more of the same but on foot and with more tediousness and dumb enemy AI that can't even take cover. I'll just wait for Starfield. Doubt Fatbox One could handle the Odyssey update anyway. No Man's Sky was like a slideshow before I moved on to the Series S.

For some reason I remembered some of the theme tune from that film I watched years ago as soon as I read this article (can't remember which one, there was some punks at one point RoboCop was chasing at night in it).

Why the f bother putting Hydrophobia on offer? Biggest disappointment they didn't put the complete version on Xbox. Had to buy a cheap ps3 just to play the full version.

I only really got a Series S to get a smaller console than my Fatbox One and I've transitioned to downloading only now (even bought all my physical games digitally in sales because I couldn't be bothered changing the disc and you have to install games anyway). Only downside is Series S didn't get the 60fps upgrade for games like Dead Island and Dying Light. Really p*beep*d me off. Also got the S for instant Sea of Thieves mermaid teleport.

At this rate I'll be forced to get a covid jab to make sure I'm still alive to play it (I'm not antivax, I'm just not keen on the side effects some people get with this particular jab).

Nah! Prefer Poundbakery because it's cheaper. Can't argue with a meat and potato and minced beef and onion pasty for £1.

I was going to play it today but lo and behold insomnia has struck again so will have to wait until tomorrow after I've had some sleep tonight, after work cleaning for 2 hours, with zero sleep.

I'm not much into Halo (only finished the first game on 360 then again as part of the MCC). Only ever played multiplayer once on MCC but I don't get how the menus and matchmaking work. All I wanted to do was join a free for all deathmatch.

It would've helped to have it so I could watch YouTube whilst catching all those ruby splashtails for that gold figurehead in Sea of Thieves instead of looking to my left on my tablet. Figurehead was worth it though.

Damn right I'm looking forward to it. I currently only have one job because I quit my other cleaning job because the staff there kept catching or coming into contact with people who tested positive for coronavirus. If I still have internet it would make looking for work at home easier as I currently only have this tablet and there's no way I'm going to a library. Cheap keyboard and mouse from B&M is all I'll need.

Screenshots put me off this game because it shows one with the characters in 'cool' poses.

Played the mod on Xbox. Music is amazing.

Is the Xbox version still missing features present in the switch and ps4 versions? I wanted to get this but read it's missing some screen filter options. Small thing but I want console parity if it's the same game released on all platforms at the same time.

Last night the Xbox controller only servers were surprisingly busy. I only play with controllers because it's normally quiet and I know I'd get murdered paired with everyone as I play solo and hide in a rowboat.

I'm waiting for a dark green controller, similar to the green plasticine from primary school. Not my favourite colour but it would look nice.

@UltimateOtaku91 I play solo just to chill sometimes if I can't be bothered playing anything else. Bit of digging for treasure, finding random treasure scattered on beaches, some fishing while a brigantine attacks a sloop in the distance (happened yesterday lol), and making sure I have a rowboat so I can sink my ship to avoid drawing other players. I just play mainly to wander about aimlessly and enjoy the water and art style.

@UltimateOtaku91 Was about to say Mark Cerny seems to be a beast at getting platinums (I lurk push square and own a PS4 but I main Xbox).

Nah. Soon as I saw the Series S I knew I'd be getting that. Got lucky with mine after randomly checking the GAME website and seeing them in stock. Put my Fatbox One into retirement as soon as it arrived.

@BlueOcean That's the only game I actually enjoyed being difficult. Story mode is torture. I never finished the final stage on the highest difficulty. Always got an itchy nose or something ruining my concentration.

Riften will still stutter judging by the unlocked frames mod.

@BlueOcean F Zero GX was the 💩 and the 🐐 of all anti gravity racers in my opinion. Finishing all cups then seeing all that free unlockable content with those AX pilots. I miss unlockable content😭

I'm no Uber fanboy but this is great as Xbox is my preferred platform. I own a PS4 but outside the Earth Defence Force games I don't really know what to do with it (also can't really be bothered with story narrative games). Also some people are in denial on Push Square😭😭😂🦄

What's the frame rate on base Xbox? I have a series S.

Can't get too hyped. Remember Crackdown 3 (even though it wasn't an Xbox studio they hyped it up)? I was so disappointed in that. Would be nice if they updated it for current gen with actual destruction. I do love Sea of Thieves though when I can be bothered to play it (I hate multi-chapter voyages or being bombarded with a load of maps).

I got sick of waiting for this game. If it's on game pass and I can buy it for a pound I might try it. I bet the delay was because the fatbox one couldn't run it at 60fps properly.

Since switching to the robot white controller I got with my S my controller hasn't disconnected. Can't remember if it happened with the black controller I bought to use with the Xbox One before getting my Series S, which disconnected a lot. Haven't used it for the Series S in a while.

I've said it before but I got my series S by randomly checking GAME's online store before going to work then asking my brother to get it for me as I live in flats and sometimes get the wrong letters through my door. Didn't want someone scoring my console for free. I paid my brother the money after work then got my S before the end of January. No regrets.

If the frame rate isn't 60 I'm not getting it. There was another wipeout-type game a while back that was locked to 30 on Xbox but was 60 on PS4. I find that embarrassing when you consider wipeout was 60 on PS2 and F zero gx was 60 on GameCube. I own the series S but I doubt they'd optimise it for that when they wouldn't even respond to people on twitter asking what the reason was for the delay.
