I'm glad to see the Xbox growing in Japan. At this rate, I'd like to see games like State of Decay 2 and Psychonauts translated into Japanese.

In Japan, there is a problem that for some reason Square Enix's Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts were not included in the Game Pass. (Interestingly, PS Now has them.)

I'd like to see more distribution sites support YouTube Live, NicoNico, mildom, Restream.io.

People who watch the TV show will think of the actor when they think of the face of Master Chief.

I would like the option to disable smart delivery. It's a great feature, but I don't want to keep games on internal storage that I only play occasionally. I want to be able to run games on USB storage as well.

343 Industries only cares about eSports players. As a result, the number of players is decreasing.

For some reason, this game doesn't come in Japanese on PC and Xbox. Hopefully this will be fixed when it comes to Microsoft.

@Banjo- Curiously, the Final Fantasy series, which has recently been removed from the Japanese Xbox Game Pass, is now available on PS Now. Why on earth is this, Square Enix?

I played the Switch version, but I couldn't play it properly because the C button has been replaced by the right stick.

Most of the games were not translated and third party games were often not sold. (You can't even play iconic games from the previous generation like Monster Hunter World or Overwatch.)

@BlueOcean Sonic is expected to have Japanese language support, but despite being a Japanese game company, it is common for Japanese language to be removed from the game.

For example, the following games released by Sega do not have Japanese language support for the Xbox version.

Valkyria Chronicles 4, Valkyria Revolution, Beyonetta Remaster, Puyo Puyo Champions, Sega Genesis Classics, Shenmue 1 & 2, Shining Resonance Refrain, and Super Monkey Ball: Bananna Blitz, Vanquish.

@gingataisen Yes, I heard that Microsoft Japan was also involved in the negotiations with Capcom for the launch of Monster Hunter World for Xbox.

Despite this, Capcom chose to make it a PS4 exclusive for some reason. Even though other Capcom games have been released on the Xbox in Japan. It's strange, isn't it?

Is there a ray tracing 60fps mode yet? It wouldn't be hard for them to implement it.

@gingataisen There are certainly signs of improvement. However, even if Japanese game makers release their games on Xbox, it does not mean that they will be released on Xbox in Japan.

For example, Monster Hunter World was not released on the Japanese Xbox. The upcoming Sonic Colors seems to be the same way.

Hopefully this will be improved in the future.

This is a great improvement over the time when nothing was released for the Xbox One. This year, we finally got to play Sea of Thieves.

@gingataisen Sega has stopped selling Sonic on the Xbox in Japan. Marvelous used to release games in Japan for the Xbox 360, but not a single one since the Xbox One. Marvelous also had the rights to sell Control in Japan, but only sold the PS4 version. (505 games released a downloadable version for Xbox Japan.)

But I don't know if there is a Japanese version. Japanese companies are abandoning the Japanese market for the Xbox.

This is definitely the kind of game that Xbox is lacking. We should have the latest Banjo and Kazooie game for families.

We have no right to celebrate Sonic's 30th anniversary on Xbox.

Activision offers games for PS Now, but not for Xbox Game Pass. They probably just don't offer it because they have a partnership with Sony.

Interestingly, games such as Shenmue, Naruto, One Piece, and Monster Hunter are not available on the Xbox in Japan, so improvements will be necessary if the Xbox is to sell well in Japan.

Unfortunately, Microsoft does not support Japanese for recent game titles such as Wasteland 3, Sea of Thieves, and Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The Xbox Game Pass also does not include games like Final Fantasy, Monster Hunter, or Kindom Hearts in Japan.

This makes for a very different experience from Xbox fans in other countries.
