@Pabpictu Japanese people are tired, and portable game consoles and smartphone apps that can be played casually are more in tune with the times now.

Also, large screen TVs are very expensive in Japan, so not many people make it a priority to buy them. (4K TVs are less popular than in the West because of a protection called B-CAS)

And most importantly, Japanese people prefer Nintendo Switch because Nintendo games are fun. The "political correctness" that is prevalent in Western games is not well accepted.

It would simply be more optimized because the PS5 version sells better. There is no complicated reason.

Hi-Fi Rush, Ghostwire: Tokyo and Evil Within were really great games and would have helped enrich the Xbox lineup.

Since Xbox One, there is no proper Halo matching in Japan. Very slow matchmaking times make it hard to play even if you like the gameplay.

Store filtering is a desired feature. Until now, there was no way to know if your language was supported.
With the recent update, the filtering has been added and is better than ever. However, the database has not kept up with the registration, and more often than not, even if it is supported, it does not appear in the list.
