PS5: Stellar Blade Bossrush mode and 3rd run to collect every outfit. I cant wait! Game is so good and I keep coming back even though I already platted it.

Recently finished: Hellblade 2. Incredible game. Really enjoyed all aspects off it except Senuas slow ass walking. Took me about 7hrs to finish without a guide. Will go back for the rest of the collectibles. Another GOTY contender for me.

Sidenote. I now wish a new Xenoblade game would drop this year so that I'd have one new "blade" exclusive game across my consoles fighting over GOTY. lol.

@OldGamer999 Disagree with you on that one. Found the game and story to be very enjoyable.

Finished the game just now. Absolutely loved it. My only gripe (seriously, I only have one) is that Senua walks too slowly. Nice that you can toggle "run" on so you dont have to hold the lb button but still, her fastest movements are too slow. Other than that, no complains! Graphic, music, audio, performance, story and acting are the high points. I dont understand the puzzle critisism. There werent a lot of them and never uniteresting to me (some could have been a bit harder though). Combat, though easy felt super intense and urgent. Absolutely loved the animation and fighting sequences.
For me this game is a 10/10 (like the first one). Might not win a GOTY but definetly deserve a nomination. Should win a bunch of awards for other stuff though, especially acting and graphics.

I would love some solid dates on games already revealed. An update on Contraband for example would be nice. But as far as brand new game reveals I'm ready for Gears 6 or Gears Tactics 2 more than anything.

I had no idea Infinite Wealth was that high. Loved the first Like A Dragon game so I might have to pick this up down the line, even though I think it's wack they put NG+ behind the DLC.

Played without headphones yesterday but thats because the game is really intense as is. Will play with headphones tonight and try not to become psychotic. Lol.

I'm absolutely blown away by the graphics and Melina Juergens perfomance is incredible. This game might not win a GOTY (deserves a nomination) but it definetly deserves some awards for graphics, animation, sound, music and actress performance.

Played the first hour. Color me intrigued. Looking forward to giving it a go!

I only order gamepass when a game im interested in drops on it and cancels immediatly.

On another note. I wish Xbox had a proper countdown for when a game launches like PS5 does.

@awp69 Ah. That makes sense. I usually go offline anyways about games I plan on playing until I got a playthrough done. Easier said than done sometimes. Lol.

@SodaPop6548 Review embargo lifting on launch day is usually a terrible sign. I hope thats not the case because the first one was really good imo.

@Lup Xbox is totally dropping the ball on marketing of this game. I think they are underestamating how hyped people who played the first one are. Maybe because the game is short? I dont know.

I bought the Series S because I couldnt get a hand on a PS5 and I really wanted to play Cyberpunk on launch. Lol.
Looking back now I dont regret it even though the game was a broken mess because I discovered so many great Xbox gems and franchises like Halo, Gears and Forza plus I played a ton of games on Gamepass I otherwise would have skipped.

Hellblade 2 for me! Might be a GOTY contender.

Phoebe is very talented so the story should be fine if she sticks to the lore. I'm more interested in who they cast as Lara tbh.

Loved the original despite boring combat. Story was too damn good to be ignored. Played portions with headphones and I must say, I havent experienced anything like it.

Stellar Blade until I plat it. Im in no rush though. Really enjoying the exploration in ng+.

They really should just have one app with store, games, stream, gamepass, chat.

@GamingFan4Lyf totally agree on the free online bit. I would buy every online game on whatever console didnt charge for online play. Whoever does it first will have a great edge on competitors.

First I read subscription has stalled, then a price hike. And cutting studios? Make this make sense. This gen is the first gen Ive had an xbox and at this rate it might be the last.

Ghostwire Tokyo was good. And ive heard great about hi fi rush. Why not let them make sequels. At least let them put hi fi rush on Nintendo.

I already did 10 ng+ so no, I'm not starting over again, even though choosing a new background is very tempting (so I could pick parents and a house and really settle) . I'll jump back in when the story DLC drops though. Also, they need to make temple puzzles skippable.

Im so hyped for this game. Another GOTY contender for sure. Thats how much faith I got.

Xbox UI is the worse. Cant barely see the background and there's too many ads. While I'm at it, the achievements needs an overhaul too.

I'm excited for Hellblade 2. Another personal GOTY contender in my book.

This update might bring me back in between games.

I always go for performance and turn off blur and camshake.

My Xbox and Switch will be collecting dust until Im done with Stellar Blade.
My first impressions so far: combat, music, graphics, design and skilltree are phenomenal. I especially love the bossbattles.
Story and VO is fine. Nothing special.
My only gripe is some of the platforming sequences are annoying but its no dealbreaker.
Im playing completely blind and having a blast. Also love that the game got ng+ where everything carries over. Will be playing Stellar Blade A LOT.

Gears 6 would be awesome.

Love the concept but the art style is off putting to me.

Only lego game Ive played so I cant compare but I thought it was pretty good. A nice recap of the 9 movies. I decided right away I wouldnt go for any kind of collectibles and just play the story and I enjoyed it.

Series X: Witcher 3, my fifth playthrough or something. Havent played it in years but decided to do another run and take my time with it. Such a great game. I love being back in Velen.
Switch: Super Mario Wonder (backlog)

I think out of the three systems xbox got the worse UI. And the achievements need a serious overhaul.

@FraserG I encountered the same problem when I played NieR Replicant. Had to start over 12 hours in.

No. I do not avoid them if I want to play them. I have yet to have an issue with space because I tend to only keep 6 games installed at the same time.

PS5: This week I platted Helldivers 2 and Street Fighter 6. So theres obviously only one thing to do. Play Helldivers 2 and Street Fighter 6. That is until Stellar Blade comes out.
Switch: Supermario Wonder (backlog work)
XSX: Nothing

Sidenote. SF6 might be the best modern fighting game Ive ever played. Its just so smooth. And Ive been having a lot of fun playing Helldivers with friends and strangers. Even had some randoms willing to help me with some coop trophies.

Switch and XSX: Nothing.
PS5: I'm close to platting Helldivers 2 and Street Fighter 6 so that's my goal before Stellar Blade comes out.
