@RiverGenie how long did your first run take?

Xbox: I just finished the first Hellblade game for the second time. It still holds up great, despite the weak combat. The story is just too good to be ignored. I'm also close to finishing Fractured But Whole.
PS5: I'm on my fifth playthrough of Stellar Blade on my quest to pick up the last costumes from the latest patch.
Switch: Really enjoying DQ11. A true GOAT type of game. I can't really explain it but it feels right to play now that Christmas is coming up. Maybe its the music.

Doom and South of Midnight. If Fable makes it then great. Avowed also but thats already confirmed. One game a quarter makes for a fine release schedule I think. Anything else is a bonus.

Might as well drop the whole trilogy when its finished. I would certainly buy it.

Im all for it. Game gives me a Cyberpunk at launch feeling so I'll play the waiting game until its mostly ironed out. Really looking forward to playing STALKER 2 one day though.

Series X: Jumping between Hellblade and Fractured But Whole.
I was supposed to start Flight Sim 24 and Stalker 2 but with launch issues and bugs I have put them both on hold.
PS5: Stellar Blade, hunting down the NieR costumes before starting my 5th NG+. Yes, it's that good!
Switch: I picked up DQ11 on sale. I've played it before on Gamepass but considering how great that game is I just had to do another run. Also, sidequesting TotK.

Let them cook.

PS5: Nothing as I just platted Dragon Age Veilguard. That game has gotten way too harsh responses online. It's a good game and I especially loved the companion quests and rewarding exploration. I'd rate it an 8. Act 3 is a 10 though, great ending!

Nothing on here for me but thats fine knowing Stalkwrv2, Flight Sim 24 and Indy is around the corner. If Infinite Wealth gets a good price drop I might bite!

Very hyped for this game. It looks very cool and has the perfect game lenght for a fine Gamepass release. Stop motion cut scenes doesnt bother me at all but the option to turn it off during gameplay is a big positive!

Agree 100% with the 10/10 rating. A true masterpiece of a game. It is one of 2 games I've ever bothered to plat twice and a game I keep coming back to just for "one more" delivery.

PS5: I have been playing Dragon Age Veilguard daily since release. I have already clocked in 40+ hours and have enjoyed every second of it.
Xbox: Resubscribed to Gamepass to play Cod 6. Finished the campaign which was a blast. I might play MW2 and 3 now even though I have heard their campaigns are weaker.
Switch: I have made a new habit lately of sidequesting in TotK when the TV is busy. Such a brilliant game!

@BAMozzy I'm pretty sure stop motion in the cut scenes is a design choice made by the developer.

This is incredible! One of my top 5 games of all time.

Can't believe Stellar Blade didn't make the cut. Smoothest gameplay I've experienced in years. Story was kind of weak but not enough to not be recognized as a GOTY contender in my book. Looking at this list though I have to go with Astro Bot. Maybe DAV but its too early.

@JaffeGaffe There is no way you can prove that claim you just made. And you cant convince me the game is bad because Im playing it, enjoying it and I havent experienced any technical issues with it. If you dont like the games thats ok, find something else.

@Ricky-Spanish Resolution looks good on my tv. Thought it looked weird on the barfight trailer on YT but in game its nice. Way better than FF7R imo.

@evan23 Personally Ill never understand people giving 1/10 ratings to a complete games that doesnt have any major technical difdiculties. On the other hand 48% have given it 8 or better so I wouldnt say its that divisive really.

Absolutely loving it. Been putting in near 30hrs since release. Being back in Thedas is like coming home. Except for the music being a bit bland and unreconizable, everything else is top tier the way I see it from the exploration, characters (I literally care about all my companions, especially Manfred, lol), story, combat, sidequests and graphics. I was sceptical to the design at first but it honestly looks great!
Also. Big credit to Bioware for releasing a full game at launch with no DLC, season plans or always online crap.

On Gamepass I just finished CoD 6 campaign. That was a good one. Moving on to zombie mode now.
On PS5 Im playing Dragon Age Veilguard, or Manfred Dating Sim as I like to call it. I've gotten pretty far and this game is a GOTY contender in my book. Absolutely love to be back in Thedas.

Flight Simulator and Stalker 2. Followed by Indy in December. Currently on Dragon Age and CoD. This year is ending with a bang!

Im not surprised! Even Im playing it and I never cared for CoD at all.

@themightyant I feel like that literally goes for any game these days. So I stopped listening and instead just buy whatever I find interesting. I only skip games if they have technical issues.

@StaminanX Its a bit lighter but definetly still there, I wouldnt called it stripped ,thats tooharsh imo. I am having a blast with the game so far. I was sceptic to the art style but now that Im actually playing I think it looks great. The mood is also real nice.

Currently playing the campaign and really enjoying it! Feels like a blockbuster action movie of the best kind. Just what I needed right now. Also, this is my first CoD game but now I kind of want to try some of the other CoD games too.

I was pretty much going to buy this regardless, and now that the reviews are out I've already preordered. Been waiting 10 years, and knowing BioWare really needs a banger I'm confident this game will be a good time!

I put in my preorder yesterday. Thursday can't come soon enough!!

@Fenbops I enjoyed Medium so much. One of the first games I played this gen. I knew I was in the minority to enjoy it but I didn't know it was this bad. lol.

Played it on PS5 but whatever. This was my GOTY last year. Collected all trophies and currently doing an ng+ run. Really looking forward to Lake House next week. Fingers crossed they will add at least one gold trophy. And when that is my only "complaint" this game is a 10/10 in my book!

Another weekend of jumping between TotK end game and Alan Wake 2 ng+ while I'm waiting for Lake House arriving next week.

Ryse looks amazing still, but I got tired of the combat real quick.

AW2 is such a great game. Replaying it as we speak. So happy to hear the Lake House DLC coming next week.

Looking forward to seeing the second DLC of Alan Wake 2.

This game will have me resubbing day one.

I feel like this deal will make a lot of sense in the future. In 4 years we can look back and see if it was worth it from an xbox player pov.

Stalker 2 and flight simulator will make me resubscribe.
