Re: Xbox Confirms Its Two New Console Exclusives Are Not 'Timed'

BIG3

@Ooccoo_Jr "Games already announced for multiplatform releases will stick to that plan" they are honoring previous agreement. Senua probably was agreed upon before reveal. Basically, moving forward and next gen will have far more exclusives. Next years Xbox showcase will most likely be mostly exclusives. Remind me in a year.

Re: Xbox Fans Share Their Top 10 Requests After Day One Of Player Voice Feedback

BIG3

A lot of great suggestions in that top 10. Really wish they could separate online cheevos and dlc cheevos in separate lists im a game but that is probably difficult to pull off on already released games. Here's some not too important suggestions: Put a King game in the xbox app instead of that jewels game. Oh, and I would love the "windows classics" on xbox: solitaire, minesweeper and that pinballgame.

Edit. I also like the idea of games being exclusive. Gears and Halo can have separate mp only versions for other consoles though. But all the couch and campaign stuff stays on xbox.

Re: 'What Do You Want Added?' - Xbox Engineer Requests Ideas For New Console Features

BIG3

Looking forward to the achievement updates that are already on the way.

If they could separate dlcs and mp achievements that would be awesome. PS already does this for dlc's.

And I dont play COD myself but split the achievements into separate games would be most welcome.

Oh, and like a "showroom" on my profile page with my favourite unlocked achievements, or top 5 rarest and/or 5 games I have 100% would be cool.

I would also like the achievement list to include how many hours/days I have played my games individually (like on Nintendo).

Re: Talking Point: What Are Your New Year's Gaming Resolutions?

BIG3

My New Year Resolution is to play less games. That being said there's currently 31 games on my wish list that havent been released yet. It will be interesting to see how many of them come out in 2025 and even more importantly, how many of them are actually good/fun. I'm very much excited for 2025 though, with game releases, pehaps a new Switch and maybe even an Xbox handheld.
On another note, my other gaming related Resolution is to stop reading comment sections because one thing I have noticed is that every single game I have enjoyed this year have been getting a lot of "hate" online which, even though I try not to care it sometimes does ruin my enjoyment. This also means that I will try to engage less in comment sections myself and try to only focus on reading articles on games I like/is interested in and leave it at that.
Happy New Year Everybody. May 2025 bring you all a lot of incredible gaming experiences. All the best!

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (November 30 - December 1)

BIG3

Xbox: I just finished the first Hellblade game for the second time. It still holds up great, despite the weak combat. The story is just too good to be ignored. I'm also close to finishing Fractured But Whole.
PS5: I'm on my fifth playthrough of Stellar Blade on my quest to pick up the last costumes from the latest patch.
Switch: Really enjoying DQ11. A true GOAT type of game. I can't really explain it but it feels right to play now that Christmas is coming up. Maybe its the music.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (November 16-17)

BIG3

Xbox: Jumping between Hellblade 1 and South Park The Fractured But Whole while I'm waiting for Flight Sim 24 and Stalker 2 next week.
Oooh. And maybe some Infinite Wealth. Thanks for the tip!
Switch: Sidequesting TotK.
PS5: Nothing as I just platted Dragon Age Veilguard. That game has gotten way too harsh responses online. It's a good game and I especially loved the companion quests and rewarding exploration. I'd rate it an 8. Act 3 is a 10 though, great ending!

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (November 9-10)

BIG3

PS5: I have been playing Dragon Age Veilguard daily since release. I have already clocked in 40+ hours and have enjoyed every second of it.
Xbox: Resubscribed to Gamepass to play Cod 6. Finished the campaign which was a blast. I might play MW2 and 3 now even though I have heard their campaigns are weaker.
Switch: I have made a new habit lately of sidequesting in TotK when the TV is busy. Such a brilliant game!

Re: Talking Point: What Do You Think Of Dragon Age: The Veilguard So Far?

BIG3

Absolutely loving it. Been putting in near 30hrs since release. Being back in Thedas is like coming home. Except for the music being a bit bland and unreconizable, everything else is top tier the way I see it from the exploration, characters (I literally care about all my companions, especially Manfred, lol), story, combat, sidequests and graphics. I was sceptical to the design at first but it honestly looks great!
Also. Big credit to Bioware for releasing a full game at launch with no DLC, season plans or always online crap.
I thought Stellar Blade would be my GOTY this year but now I'm not sure anymore.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (October 5-6)

BIG3

I'm on a lovely repeat binge while I'm waiting for the new Dragon Age.

Switch: Sidequests/adventures in TotK.
Series X: BG3, started a second playthrough as a Bard this time.
PS5: Alan Wake 2, The final draft (ng+).

Recently finished:
Shattered Space DLC. Enjoyed everything it had to offer. There are some things I wished would have been there but nothing to complain about. If you liked the base game I'm sure you will like Shattered Space as well.

I also played the Metaphor demo and it seems great!

Enjoy your weekend!

Re: Poll: Are You Still Buying Starfield Shattered Space After The Early Reviews?

BIG3

I finished Shattered Space yesterday, as well as all sidequests and achievements and I must say I really enjoyed it. I feel like expectations was too high for this release. I came in thinking I would get a new story, new location and new sidequests.
While most negative reviews seem to be mad about frame rate issues, bugs, lack of new spaceships, companions etc. I agree on the frame rate dips being annoying at times and I hope they fix it, but the way I see it, this was supposed to be a story dlc and not a big bug squash. Speaking of bugs, I got no bugs at all in my playthrough, none.
My only complaint about the DLC now that I'm done with it is that I wish the final reward for finishing the questline would be new weapons, and an OP spacesuit on top of the reward we got.
Everything else was good or great in my book. Planet was beautiful, story had me hooked and exploring was fun, especially in the buggy. I played with Andraje as my companion even though Sarah is my main this round.
Last time I commented I said its a 7. Now I feel like its an 8. And I'm really looking forward to more upgrades in the future.
Sidenote, I would love if Bethesda hosted a contest where creators/fans/modders could win a solar system to create story DLC'S in.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (September 28-29)

BIG3

This weekend I'm playing the Metaphor demo. I loved Persona 5 so I'm definetly interested.
Other than that I might do some sidequesting in Zelda TotK.

Recently finished: I honestly finished this game and got the plat a long time ago but the other day I unlocked the last outfits in Stellar Blade. It's my GOTY for sure with its excellent combat, boss fights and soundtrack. Oh, and the game has been completely bug free since launch day. A high quality game indeed that I highly recommend if you like action games.
