I thought Redfall was great. Solid 8, so I'm happy where it's at right now. I'll eventually play it again.

Hands down, the best looking game out right now, by far. This is a showcase for what the Series X is capable of and why it is the most powerful console on the planet. I don't know of any other game that's even a close second. But, unfortunately, that doesn't translate into how good the game is overall. I'm a few hours in and it's definitely good but not great.

Where are the reviews? Not good.

I remember deciding to buy an Xbox because I thought the name sounded better than the Playstation 2. The big black X across the front of the console was awesome and it was much more powerful than the PS2. Also, Microsoft made it so I thought that was impressive. And then I picked the 360 because it was the dominant console at the time. I couldn't go anywhere without hearing about or seeing the Xbox 360. No one I knew had a PS3.

Still think it's a good game. I'll probably play it again at some point.

Maybe this is a good decision, this year. This will surely boost GP subscribers.

@BRT15 No. I'm very psyched, all the time for COD. Every year, I buy COD. I'll buy this year's also regardless if it is on GP on day one.

@HonestHick Rockstar doesn't have a deal with Sony, lol. They don't have a deal with anyone. They're Rockstar.

Of course I expect this. They will be games like Pentiment or Hi-Fi Rush. Just don't ever expect to see the next Halo or Gears on the PS5. Just like Uncharted 5 or the next God of War will never be on the Xbox.

It was probably a 6-7. I thought it was ok. Played it with headphones on and iy was kind of annoying after a while. Endless talking, almost all of it made no sense.

I absolutely loved this game. Played everything with two different characters. 100% completion on both. All achievements. Would love for another DLC.

There is obviously something going on behind the scenes with the Xbox. I feel that they are probably going to release one more console and then they are done. It goes to Microsoft Gaming after that - software, no hardware.

It seems as though the Xbox is slowly going away. That seems to be the plan.

@Dr_ENT PS Plus is not PS Premium. Plus is the equivalent of Xbox Live, PS Premium is the equivalent of Game Pass.

I don't subscribe to GP regularly. Once in a while, I will pick up a three month card. 34 million subscribers is still pretty good though. That's more than twice what PS has (saw a few months back they had 14 million subscribers).

@rustyduck Gotta admit, I do like Redfall a lot. Definitely more than most.

I want both - console and handheld.

I know a lot of gamers didn't like Redfall, but I thought it was good. Played the game all the way through. Thought it was a solid 8. But I also went in with very low expectations.

Here we go - more talk. Meanwhile, games are taking 6-7 years to make, compared to 3-4 back in the day. Oblivion came out in 2006, Fallout 3 came out in 2008, Skyrim was 2011 and Fallout 4 was 2015.

Of course the issue is with the Xbox (Microsoft) - the company who owns the game. And let me guess, it runs not only good, but the best on the PS5. Lol.

Well, the next Elder Scrolls probably won't be out for a few years, which is kind of ridiculous. Fallout 5 would most likely be 2030 at least. Hard to even think about something that far away. So, no.

Downloaded it and checked it out. It looks better but nothing that blew me away. Played it for about 30 minutes and quit, uninstalled. I just thought to myself "Why am I playing this again?" lol.

@Meehanuk_1987 I was thinking about that, but there are some good games coming out. And it's not much better on my PS5.

The Series X is the world's most powerful gaming console (Microsoft's words), so this shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

Two of my favorite games of all time. Also, the Splinter Cell remake is coming soon, hopefully. Now if they can just do a remake of Manhunt, all my video game dreams have come true.

On episode five. As much as I liked The Last of Us, Fallout definitely raised the bar. Best video game adaptation I've seen.

Based on history, absolutely not. I'm sure it will look great and the audio will be great. But, Microsoft cannot seem to make a stellar game.

Well, they certainly should be "gearing up" for some sort of COD announcement, they own the franchise.

I prefer an 8-10 hour game in general. But, I played the crap out of Elden Ring. Got 100% achievements. So there are exceptions.

Nvidia couldn't afford Xbox. Microsoft buying Nvidia would have been much more believable.

Back 4 Blood was a great co-op game. We had a lot of fun with than one.

To even state something like this is just fanning the flame - Xbox is the red headed step-child and the PS5 is superior. All I see online (including this site) is that the PS5 has better games, the console sells better, the graphics look better and now, Xbox games look better on the PS5.

Strange that Baldur's Gate 3 is still not on sale. I just picked it up for the PS5 and this is the second time it's been at a sale price. First was last November, and now. $62.99.

That was a PS4 exclusive? I played a trial of that game. Absolute trash. They should just keep it an exclusive. And why now?
