Say it isn't so. Lol. Sorry, but this game does not look good. I hope I'm wrong. And now, on August 12th, we are going to have the most comprehensive look yet? Good Lord, just stop.
Who is getting confused? Series X and S - the end. I mean, was there a poll taken previous to this article being posted? I'm more confused over people being confused.
@FarmDog08 I thought the campaign was great. Just as good as other COD campaigns. Not sure what all the bad reviews were for. And it was the only COD campaign that I ever played twice.
@Th3_Highlander I played every souls game. Got 100% achievements in Elden Ring and just finished the DLC. But, I don't think I want to go through that again, in any game. It took so much out of me. Lol. I did play part of Lies of P and did like it though.
My GP subscription expired. I'll stick with buying great single player games and playing them by myself. That's what I did when I first picked up the original Xbox. That gave me the greatest joy. Fortunately, I have a good amount of friends that are on the Xbox. Unfortunately, we almost never play games together. So, it doesn't matter to me.
I don't see the $19.99 value per month. And I could have sworn they recently increased from $14.99 to $16.99. So, no. I'm good. Perhaps in the Fall I'll buy a three month card.
I thought it was great....until the last hour. The end boss made the game feel broken. It wasn't challenging, it was unfair and felt broken. Score went from an 8 to a 5.
All games run better on the Series X, which is why Microsoft has the leading gaming platform. Apparently, anyone can say anything about anything, so I figured I would jump in.
I did buy it. I played it for about 5-6 hours. Just can't seem to progress. I got 100% completion/achievements on Elden Ring but just can't seem to get into this. Maybe I'll continue playing it at some point.
Resident Evil 4 Remake is arguably the GOAT. For me, Elden Ring is a close second, but the difficulty puts it in second place. RE4 is more accessible. And there is so much replay value. Definitely worth a pick up for anyone who has not played it.
Great game. Took me just over five hours. I would give it a 9. Not much I didn't like about it. The gameplay reminded me of Riddick - Butcher Bay and a lot of other parts of the game gave me Bioshock vibes. Especially, the music in the game (violins).
$600. That's just funny. I still don't understand the "more storage" mentality. I simply download a game when I play it. And then, uninstall it when I am done. I never have more than maybe three games downloaded at once.
Gears of War "should" be exclusive. Possible Halo port to PS5. I don't care how much it makes sense from a financial perspective, that's a hard no to gamers who have supported the Xbox brand for many years. If they are smart, those two will ALWAYS stay exclusive. Be smart Microsoft.
First, it's been remastered. Do they mean a remake? And if it ever came to PS5, I would have to say goodbye to the Xbox. I don't believe certain franchises should be on certain consoles. And I have a right to vote with my wallet. So, unless the Xbox is getting God of War, then no.
"Don't worry, they're not all PS5 exclusives." Why would Xbox reveal PS5 exclusives? Also, can you possible have one Xbox article without mentioning PS5?
I just don't think a lot of gamers knew about this game. I mean, I have not seen any advertising whatsoever for Hellblade 2, but I do see plenty of PS games advertised on Youtube. Not sure what the disconnect is with Microsoft when it comes to marketing.
I'll definitely give Lords of the Fallen a try. Big fan of From Software so I'm curious how this game compares due to me seeing a lot of gamers compare it to Souls games.
Strange how the 360 was such a big problem, but it smoked the PS3 as far as popularity during that generation. Everyone I knew had a 360. No one I knew picked up a PS3. Of course I had one because I loved gaming from every console.

Re: PSA: Today Is The Final Day For Microsoft's Xbox 360 Marketplace
I have some great memories with the 360, but I had no idea the 360 marketplace was still a thing.

Re: Review: Flintlock: The Siege Of Dawn (Xbox) - New Game Pass RPG Hurt By Its Own Ambition
Everytime I see "souls like" in a review, I immediately do not want to play the game.
Re: Talking Point: Two Months On, Did Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 Live Up To The Hype?
@Dampsponge What? That was painful to read. Try separating your sentences with periods.
Re: Talking Point: Two Months On, Did Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 Live Up To The Hype?
I played it for about two hours. Haven't gone back to it yet. It was ok. Definitely, the best looking video game out there. No doubt.

Re: Digital Foundry Explores Why Some Games 'Run Better' On PS5 Than Xbox Series X
@themightyant According to numbers, not beliefs. That is true. The Series X is more powerful than the PS5. Unless denominations have changed.

Great game. Took me just over five hours. I would give it a 9. Not much I didn't like about it. The gameplay reminded me of Riddick - Butcher Bay and a lot of other parts of the game gave me Bioshock vibes. Especially, the music in the game (violins).
