I personally think Maiden of Black Water is bad, and I wouldn’t give it more than a 4 out of 10.

The environments look pretty, but the character design is just awful. I’m going to have to watch some more gameplay to decide if this is for me or not.

What could be the reason why the last-gen version has a larger file size? Shouldn’t the current-gen version be larger because of higher resolution textures and such?

Also: please release a larger size Storage Expansion Card soon, thanks.

@Rural-Bandit @Widey85 Since this is based on the SNES controller, the focus is on the d-pad as the main input, which makes it ideal for 2D platformers
I would have agreed about the placement of the sticks if it were any other controller, but in this case the placement makes perfect sense.

Both Forza Horizon 1 and Gears of War 1 are Backwards Compatible, despite this article saying no.

Castlevania: Circle of the Moon through the Castlevania Advance Collection.

I really miss the Castlevania series, and the GBA days was Castlevania at it’s absolute best IMO.

I hope they follow this up with a DS Collection, if they can make the games work without having two screens.

@Hippy_Pirate_89 Circle of the Moon, Harmony of Dissonance and Aria of Sorrow are so called ”Metroidvanias”, like Symphony of the Night. Dracula X is level based.

Purchased it this morning, having a blast replaying Circle of the Moon

This will be a day 1 buy for me, the GBA Castlevanias are amazing.

I won’t buy an expansion card until they come with at least 2 TB.

Wasn’t The Outer Worlds going to get a proper Series X/S version? Was the 60 fps on Series X (not S) all we got?

I picked up Sekiro, both Prototype games and the Ultimate upgrade pack for Warriors Orochi 4.

I played this on Wii U and thought it was a pretty terrible game tbh.
I hope they also bring 1-4 to the Xbox, because this one is the worst game in the series.

I did not enjoy the first one. I found the controls weird and clunky, the gameplay unsatisying and the world was just no fun to explore. I hope they do better with the sequel, because I love open world RPGs.

I’ve never played ESO but I am curious to try it now that the Series X upgrade has landed.

Does this game feel anything like other Elder Scrolls games when played solo?

I’ve been waiting for a sale on the Ultimate upgrade pack for Warriors Orochi 4, and now that it’s finally on sale I’m going to have to purchase that.

Stuff I would be really happy to see from Capcom:

• Mega Man X9, preferably in 16 bit style.
• Mega Man 12.
• Resident Evil Code Veronica Remake.
• Resident Evil 1 Remake Remake.
• Monster Hunter World 2.
• Xbox version of Monster Hunter Rise.
• Marvel vs. Capcom 4, going back to the 6 button control scheme from the older games.
• Street Fighter 6.

I’ve only ever played 2 NFS games; The Run on 3DS and Most Wanted on Wii U. I enjoyed both, so I should probably try some more games in the series.

I voted Most Wanted 2012, as it is the only game I’ve played out of this selection.

Far Cry 5 is my favourite so far, it’s one of my favourite games from the last generation. I love the setting, and the cult as the bad guys.

Not a single point, because I didn’t get the challenge.
I’ve only gotten this challenge once and that was in october of last year.

It’s hard to feel excited for this collection when all of the games are already available on Xbox via BC.

Why would Sega put so few games on this collection, isn’t it supposes to be a 30th anniversary celebration? Why not at least include the Master System titles?

I hope we get to see some gameplay, and a release date for Avowed.
I also hope for a Fallout 5 reveal, but that’s maybe unlikely because Bethesda is probably too busy with Starfield and Elder Scrolls VI to be working on a third major title simultaneously.

I’ve just started the Wrath of the Druids expansion for AC Valhalla, but I’m also playing a little Forza Horizon 4 and Fallout 76.

Just like last time, this challenge doesn’t seem to be available here in Sweden

@StylesT I didn’t say I would avoid Cyber Shadow completely, just that I’m not going to choose the Xbox version because of it. Normally I would have played it on Xbox because it is my preferred console, but for Cyber Shadow I’ll go with the Switch version instead.

It is annoying, yes, but not the end of the world.

What I can’t stand, on the other hand, is achievements with irregular gamescore that doesn’t end in 0 or 5.
Like Cyber Shadow, for example. I will never play that game on Xbox because it has achievements with like 16 and 31 gamescore each, so you either have to unlock all achievements in this hard game, or you have to live with an ugly and messed up gamerscore total.

I would have to say Battlefield 1, since that is the only one I have played.

I’m generally not a fan of turn based combat, but I think it worked really well in Yakuza 7. So this is good news

When I saw some Dynasty Warriors titles in the list, I was hoping that the Ultimate upgrade pack for Warriors Orochi 4 would be on sale too, but no. I might buy the Double Dragon games and River City Ransom.

This makes me glad I haven’t played it yet
