I have bought 18 and most on Xbox. I have played one of them for about 5 hours. I have a problem.

@Dezzy70 I am sure I saw them on Amazon but Very were offering 10% off if you put it on 12 month interest free so that is what made me bite as I didn't have to pay now and it was cheaper.

@Dezzy70 I wouldn't trust Very. That is who screwed me over and have had my return for over a week and claiming they haven't got it.

Ordered a 2TB one and when I got it the box had been resealed and inside was a used 1TB card. Not best pleased but the person who sent it back for a refund and upgraded their 1TB card for free obviously is. Currently don't have a card as have to send it back and wait for a refund before getting another one although now apprehensive in case I get screwed again.

Remember enjoying Otogi back in the day. Really should get the discs out and give them both a whirl now they are backwards compatible.

When I first got my Series X I played Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War and couldn't imagine playing those games without it. 30 mins of gaming time and you are getting 29.5 mins of playing from the time you turn your Xbox on and don't have to get to the next save point or restart your journey from point a to b of you get pulled away from your Xbox for any reason. I am disappointed when games don't support it now. No splash screens and all the rest of the blurb, no loading up your latest save. As long as it works, what's not to love about it? Use the same thing on my Switch but one game at a time there.

These are never really arguments though and are just people trying to justify to themselves their choice of console.

I bought Timesplitters 2 and 3 as well as Sonic Unleashed using some reward points.
Some of the best movies, books and music I have enjoyed are from before I was born so old games can be just as good as modern ones for me.

Most of YouTube is just empty calories. You're eating away at time but get no real memorable experience from it.

Didn't really do anything for me when I played it. Each to their own though. The world would be a crappy place if we all liked the same things.

I would never buy cosmetics but if they gave away something for free that made me look stupid I would likely put it on my character to annoy people who take games too seriously.

Pretty much the same deals as the Black Friday sale.

Don't care about cosmetics. Only reason I changed anything was for achievements for my daily reward points. Buying an expensive cosmetic is just a way to show how much money you have to waste to others like putting a diamond in your forehead.

@Medic_Alert You're waiting on the same edition as me. Got Odyssey in my backlog and will be a while before I give that a spin after just finishing Origins.

The Series S doesn't do used games and the most played games these days are pretty much online only as they are multiplayer. He was ahead of his time. He didn't see the Smart TV uprising coming though.

@Medic_Alert I haven't even started Odyssey. Only just finished Origins so will be a while before I commit myself to another epic. By the time I get to Valhalla it will take me up until retirement to finish.

You don't need an Xbox to play Xbox games so I would say they are opening up gaming to more people but only those with a good internet connections.

I can't get on with touch controls. My thumb often leaves the circle of influence or I press somewhere in no man's land rather than a "button".
When I haven't been able to get to my console I fired up Hades on my phone just to get the daily Game Pass game played. Does that count towards the 30% even though the game only ran for 10 seconds?

Is it really hunting if it's easy? The thrill of the hunt is the chase.

I am not sure the Crazy Fog is the draw it once was for marketing purposes.

If someone wants to buy all the cosmetics then maybe they need someone to be in charge of their finances for them.

What form will these NFTs take? Billions of slight variations on an image of Master Chief as an example. Seems like a waste of resources to me. They'll have about as much worth as an old VHS tape.

They've added 3 years worth of Games with Gold. Chicken Little for Xmas I reckon.

Not quite time to send my 360 to the graveyard. These are the last batch until the next time they add a last batch. Guessing they are saying that just to stop the begging or at least keep it to a minimum. Maybe for the 25th Anniversary we will get 25 more. Fingers crossed.

@Bobobiwan @antstephenson @Nightcrawler71 But does it make that much difference on an HD TV? It's been almost a year and I have yet to plug my Series X into a 4K TV. Probably around Christmas it will be moved but in the meantime I guess performance over quality all day long without 4K?

@munstahunta I'm waiting for the Game Pass release after the weekend too. It's not like there isn't enough stuff to be getting on with elsewhere on Game Pass and what's a few more days of waiting. Enjoying dabbling in Back 4 Blood until I can get started on this. I'll pick the pass up when it is in a sale 12 months or so down the line when the 2 expansions are out like I did with Horizon 4.

Those 3 customers are sitting on a few extra pennies if they are still in good condition.

Looks like they are bringing out the big guns with those titles.

My Series X isn't plugged in to a 4K TV at the minute so performance for me. It will be plugged in to a 4K TV in the new year and then I will dabble with both.

We've reached the point where people are scalping fridges. Just nuke us all now and start again.

Not sure why Sony pay for timed exclusives. When you see that a multiplatform game comes out and 80+% of sales are on PlayStation you feel like they are wasting their money.
I have PS5 and Series X and I will wait until it is on the Series X as that is the game's console home.

@BionicDodo Definitely agree with you there. Got a Series X at launch but after failing for months to get a PS5 I got one within 2 weeks after signing up for stock alerts.

@robe Me too. Most of the XP I get when I play multiplayer games is the taking part XP. Hopefully this new system doesn't put us rubbish players off playing multiplayer. The good players need some cannon fodder.

I barely take photos in the real world, mainly because I take bad photos. If they still went to get developed they would be covered in stickers giving advice.

That design would look good on some pyjamas.

@Senua @TJ81 I would say playing on Game Pass means quality should be your main driver for playing a game anyway. If you are buying a game then replayability on a short game would come into effect perhaps depending on the cost.

@jarvismp The first sentence tells you that not everyone is buying it. Game Pass is there for people to play these "trash" 'games' without any monetary loss if they don't enjoy it.
Seems that some people are enjoying the game so as long as it isn't making you lose sleep at night then let them carry on.
They just need to put a comprehensive warning on the game and not change their vision for it. It's like they are selling out if they change the game to appeal to a wider audience.
This is the sort of advertising money can't buy though so the cynic in me thinks maybe it was intentional.

The more important question is how much are they going to charge for this so they can wring a few more pennies out of the game because it hasn't made enough already.

I own it but have never played it. Surely anyone who wants it has bought it by now anyway with all the sales it's had.

So what they are saying is that people want to play as real world teams in football games rather than the Uranus All Stars or Jupiter Banana Skins. I'd pick the Jupiter Banana Skins over a real world team any day of the week in a game that was free to play. Charge for the licensed skins for people that want that.

Fruit Ninja is better than Halo Infinite as it has better fruit physics.

Silent Hill 2 takes top spot on the podium. If we have to stick to second parts then Burnout 2 although 3 was better still, and Mercenaries 2 would round out my top 3 sequels.
