What they need to do is go with Hall Effect sensors and add gyros.
The Xbox controller is pretty much perfect as is.

It makes good sense to have it as a next gen controller, but I hope it doesn't mean Microsoft releasing the successor to Series X|S before 2027....

Woo-hoo, I didn't know Citizen Sleeper 2 is a GamePass release😀(loved the first game).
I'll likely end up buying it, just like the first one even if it was/is on GP.
And SE Resistance too, a most excellent month for me Microsoft, most excellent 👌.

It's my no 2 game this year with only Hellblade 2 beating it to the top. And that's probably because the Hellblade franchise has a special place in my gaming heart 😁.

It doesn't really matter - the main takeaway is that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle got off to an impressive start in the US

Great to see and very well deserved for Indy and MacineGames.
The upcoming PS5 release next year will no doubt add further success to the game too. Can we please have more Indiana Jones games 😉.

The art style is sublime in the image. Look forward to see more of it, hopefully next year.

So far this year I bought:

• on Xbox 53 games (five of them physical copies)
• PS5 0 games
• Don't own a Nintendo Switch (waiting for Switch 2)

The majority of games I bought on Xbox were games I've tried/played on GamePass and it's one of the reasons I love the service.

I see your points comrade, but for me day one releases on PS5 Pro do nothing to entice me away from the Xbox ecosystem (since I'll never pay what Sony sre asking).
Series X and GP Ultimate are more than enough for me to stay put, that, and I just prefer to stay positive 😊 😉. Happy Holidays.

Until such time as Sony and Nintendo release their first-party output on their subscription services on day one (or day 4,5,6, etc as the case may be).

That's a lot of studios working on a lot of games. Add the third-party partnerships, third-party games and it's safe to say that I'll be very well fed on Xbox for the foreseeable future 😀.

There is no way I'm passing on a next-gen console designed by someone sporting a beard like Jason Ronald. The Series X is an awesomely engineered piece of hardware.

Sony has a long history of investing in companies, eating up shares as they strengthen their ties with them before they outright aquire them

Sony at one time held shares in Squeenix too, but instead of acquiring them, it just sold of the shares they had....

Yep, pretty much. I've yet to play a game where my enjoyment of it was diminished just because it got released on other platforms.

What an awesome trailer, and the voice over info is brilliant too.
I can't wait to play this, loved the first game...then again I just love Obsidian's games ( FNV, Pentiment, Grounded) 😁.

You only have to read the comments here that Xbox gamers don’t want the Sony ‘walking sims’ - that is until they get similar on Xbox like hellblade, Indy and DS

So not at all dissimilar to PlayStation gamers that (in the past) repeatedly made fun of Xbox being just a Gears, Forza, Fable and Halo console, right?
Yet now that Microsoft is running a multi-platform strategy, we have PlayStation centric sites running polls on what former Xbox exclusives should be ported, the Gesrs, MCC, and Fable franchises rank high up as games PS players would want...

asking the interviewer to "just imagine" what would happen if their games were ported to Xbox too.

I don't think anyone has to imagine a scenario that is as likely to happen, as finding/seeing unicorns grazing gleefully on rainbows....

Aren't Microsoft and Sony applying the same charges on their walled, digital store fronts?. If Microsoft wants an open playing field they should allow different stores on Xbox, and Sony should do the same. I'm hoping that the EU will look at this in the future.

This is an amazing franchise, and more people getting an opportunity to enjoy it would be great.
I can see Microsoft porting this to the Switch 2 as well, since it looks very good on Series S already

I personally think PJ gave it a 4/10 because the game its not set in the Arkham Verse,or made by Rocksteady😉....

I agree with Colantonio here, I'm now around 20h in and love Stalker 2 . Sure it has its issues, but once invested in the survivalist and atmospheric adventuring the game offers, it's a great.

Nobody forced Sony or Nintendo to follow/adopt Microsoft's greed in requiring payment for online gaming...they've made a choice to do so.

SE5 was excellent. So more of the same is fine with me, I'm also happy to see them keep the Hitman mission style from the previous game.

This, plus Atomfall makes next year a great one for Rebelion fans. Please give us a Strange Brigade sequel next 😁.

No more studio closures or layoffs, that's number one.
Keep up the good work on GamePass, especially the indie gems, a bit more QC with new releases and keep doing good work.
