Been happening a lot lately in all three of my controllers so good to hear it’s probably a fixable issue. It’s not the end of the world just a tad annoying.

Now this is a GOTY list I could get behind. Hades I was new to this year and is definitely my GOTY. Forza and Mass Effect in there too. Still playing it Takes Two and a couple of the others. But I’m going to finish this list off!

@Fiendish-Beaver Hey mate. Don’t know how much time you put into Hades but you’re meant to be awful at it at first and you get better yourself and also by upgrading your character. I’ve stuck with it and am still playing well after the credits roll and it’s still adding new stuff and the story is still developing.

It’s great they’re honest about these things but I really feel it was better off for that game to be on multiple platforms. It changed gaming in a big way. And we wouldn’t have had the awesome PSP titles.

What point is a skin in an FPS anyway? Just to make the pre and post match animations prettier? Base grey for me!

I absolutely loved Enter the Matrix, brilliant game. I’ve somehow missed Path of Neo! I think I was more likely to be at the pub when that one came out. Wouldn’t mind a remaster of them. Need to get home from camping to check out this tech demo.

@SacredPYRO I agree! Think about this a lot. I’m sure they could make it work well with a controller too

Would we really want to preserve a version that shipped weeks in advance and technically wasn’t the Day One version anyway? Discs are not going to last forever. Surely someone with a big brain can come up with an infallible digital preservation technique. What discs ARE good for is finding cheaper versions at retailers, lending to friends and trading in.

TS2 holds the fondest memories for me but TS3 was pretty damn close.

Played 1 once and it confused me but I’m going to give it another crack.

To me Forza Horizon games are for playing as an inbetweenie when you need a break from your main games. So it’s going to take me months to unlock everything and it’s nailing it.

I wouldn’t care if there was no cosmetics at all. You barely see your character in an FPS!

Haha. I just assumed I’d forgotten what old school was like. I also started the story and couldn’t sim down the sights with the sniper rifle right at rhe start of Siberia, LT just did primary fire like RT so gave up.

Split screen is so damn good though even while sensitive, great to get my young lads into one of my favourite FPS!

@Cherip-the-Ripper it takes forever on some devices. And it wasn’t the end of the world just one of those minor inconveniences but now it’s going to be better at least. And it standardises with most other devices.

Timesplitters!! This makes me happier than Halo Infinite!

If it’s for the trilogy they may have left it a touch late.

No information is a massively different statement to not planned.

@Thrussted I played the base story because I couldn’t stop. But am not touching the huge DLCs until the update.

I really really want Timesplitters 2 & 3! Now Free Radical is a thing again. Or remasters while we wait for 4!

Yes!!! I’ve been wanting to replay these for ages. Probably my fave GTAs.

I’m not sure I played Path of Neo but at the time I thought Enter the Matrix was brilliant and I’d love to have a play again.

It didn’t catch me instantly enough to give it more than 20 minutes when I had the likes of 12 Minutes and Hades to return to. Maybe another time.

@Doctorwhoooourgh I’m totally fine with it. It’s going to have bangin’ multiplayer and can still play the campaign solo and then down the track it gets released and we can coop. This thread makes it feel like 90% of people waiting for Halo only want to play coop but I highly doubt that’s the case. Haven’t even thought about it until I read this.

Have to restart console every time I play so I’ll wait a bit. What I did played well and seemed fun though.

I agree they’re a mess. Only people who want to go out of their way to complain use it and there never seems to be that many reviews. If
They’d send us an email with a link after we’ve accessed a game for a while to an online form we can enter on our phone not with a controller they’d have more joy.

This is great news. Had no interest now with a single player element I do.

I feel like this is the type of game that needs GamePass to survive even if it’s outstanding. Surely only a very limited audience would even consider forking out for this.

What I’ve selected plus probably continue the Trine 2 post game with the kids before moving onto Trine 3 and Crash Bandicoot 4 with them. A bit of Flight Sim during the day. Then when everyone goes to bed back into ME2 and check out the Ascent.

Wow. Finally getting to the point of awesome game saturation in GamePass and totally not complaining!

I missed walking in and staying “Xbox on”. It’s not as critical now I have a top notch smart TV but it was a great feature we used every day at the time with Foxtel piped through. Don’t have Foxtel or watch FTA anymore.

Better than 3 years in advance. Had a very Bond feel to it.

Sony does it all the time. Means when you see it on a bus it will have a Microsoft logo. See it on a video the gameplay will be from an Xbox.

Definitely the Witcher 3. Just finished the main story from the base game and am going to hold out on playing DLCs and the rest of the side quest until the updates come out. Already an amazing looking game though.

Keen for Doom Eternal as well and hoping Cyberpunk wil be GOTY material when it’s all fixed up, have stayed away from all spoilers.

@carlos82 Hasn’t been confirmed as not free yet though so TBD is still relevant and it’s possibly free. Rumours point to paid though.

@NotoriousWhiz Haha. The monsters also have levels above their heads. I think they’re colour coded too. Red is bad. And a skull above them means you’re doomed.

I voted no because I thought what’s the point without HDMI pass through but I forgot about the streaming apps. Although it would be better to just have an iPad next to you.

I’m 50 hours in on my first run. Does not feel like a 6 year old game. Plays and looks amazing. Cant wait for the next gen update.
