I told people this smelled like a bad scam and I was right. It looks NOTHING like the first reveal trailer, in fact it looks like a bad mobile game. Also, it's perplexing to see so many outlets not digging into Fntastic's history as a "studio". Shady practices need to be called out!

Guys, they cancelled a single player set in the Apex Legends universe! It was supposed to focus on one of the legends if I recall correctly. Anyways, the headline is kinda misleading. Wait until EA or Respawn definitely confirm if they completely abandon or continue working on Titanfall.

I'm glad they're not rushing it. Hogwarts Legacy will keep me busy for a long time lol, plus Resi 4 is slated for March, so I'm happy they're giving the game some space to breathe.

I pre-ordered it and I'm counting the days before release! It's been a LOOONG time since I've been this excited about a video game. Expecto Patronum!

I finally caved in and pre-ordered the game. Technically, it was my boyfriend who secretly did it since our anniversary is in February LOL. I'm trying to go in as blind as possible, but from the snippets I've seen, we might be looking at a potential GOTY. I'm so going to use the unforgivable curses muhaha 😈

I said it before, and I'll say it again. Glen Schofield is a grade-A a**h*le. His disgusting behavior definitely contributed to the game's poor reception. As for the game itself, I watched some gameplay and @BAMozzy is definitely spot on. Other than graphics, there's nothing there. Terrible story, characters, DREADFUL combat, lack of enemy variety, constant squeezing through gaps, etc.

One of my favorite XBOX exclusives for sure! I personally didn't mind the live TV show parts, actually, I got a bit invested in them 🤣
Bring on the sequel and make the story even crazier!

@Kaloudz I share the same sentiment but I think we deserve a 60fps option every once in a while. Moving forward, we might not see it as often, but I do hope devs focus a bit more on our lovely console. It deserves way more love.

They confirmed that the series S has two performance options as well! My guess is 1080/1440p at 30fps, 900-1080p at 60fps. I could be wrong of course. Either way, I'm ecstatic to finally see a developer using the power of the S to its full potential. I'm on the verge of pre-ordering lmao.

I can smell a scam from a mile away, and my sense is tingling with this particular "game". It's super suspicious to see a supposed AAA release from a dev that developed half-baked, broken indie games that have been completely abandoned.

As Dusk Falls. I know it's barely a "game", but the story left me at the edge of my seat. I was glued to my TV the entire time lmao. The slide show took some time to get used to though 😅

@GuyProsciutto Guurl, it's far more powerful than the One X lmao. It has a far superior CPU architecture , and it's RAM is much faster. Not to mention the benefits from using an SSD. It's GPU isn't on the same level as the SX (4 terraflops vs 10) but it's still capable of running games at 60fps, albeit with a lower resolution.
Do some research before you start throwing cringy shade.

I bought Vampire The Masquerade: Swansong. A choice-based game is my cup of tea, and so far I'm liking it! The start was a bit dull and slow, but once it got its footing, it definitely became far more interesting.

People have different tastes and that's fine and dandy, but I'll NEVER understand the circle jerk surrounding Elden Ring. I nearly fell off my chair laughing when I saw people saying that GoW was a "glorified DLC" and calling ER "revolutionary" and fresh. It's an open-world Dark Souls game with the same janky mechanics that FromSoft is known for. It's a fine game, but please stop calling it a "masterpiece".

It's funny and kinda adorable at times lol. Never found the chatter annoying (the guns I mean), but some of the characters did get on my nerves. Overall, an enjoyable game that didn't deserve such a harsh review on Pure Xbox.

Truly shocked by this review. I'm a couple of hours in and I think it's hilarious and fun. Maybe not the "LMFAOO" level of humor, but it's still funny. Gunplay is fine for a AA game, but I did expect more. Oh and the guns are the best part lol. Try it out for yourselves!

Would love to see Wonder Woman (the game) make an appearance. We haven't seen anything new since 2021.
Personally I'm hoping for new Starfield/Redfall stuff, Atlas Fallen gameplay, new announcements from Focus Entertainment.

Looks absolutely stunning! Compared to Callisto, this is the real horror deal.

@Kaloudz It's the Resident Evil 5 of the trilogy. Good game that barely had any fear factor, other than a couple of sequences.

Steelrising. It's a tough game but I'm slowly chipping away at it. Leave it to Spiders to create such a bizarre yet interesting world lol!

I expected mixed reviews tbh. Glen comes off as an arrogant pr*ck and I won't forget his "praise" of 13-hour work days. Like crunch wasn't a chronic problem of the industry already🤢
As for the game, it literally looked like a Dead Space game but the one you get from a shady seller on eBay. It's not terrible but it simply doesn't hold a candle to DS. I was expecting something totally new and refreshing, yet it turned out like a cheap copy.
I'll wait for a hefty price drop. Sorry if anyone gets angry with me, but those are my two cents.

A fantastic game that deserves way more love. Did it deserve a bashing for it's performance limitations? Sure.
For it's story, gameplay and overall feel? No way!
Just like the PB review says, it's a gripping adventure with fantastic combat and characters.

Gotham Knights and a bit of Steelrising. Both games are hard to put down, especially the former. Still can't believe GK received bad reviews. Like gurl, I just don't get it.
I'm going to say something controversial but I'm enjoying this more than Arkham Knight.

@Banjo- Oh, believe me, I am quite familiar with Nintendo and Nintendo's "fans". The latest Pokemon game, for example, came out a broken mess, and still, you can't criticize the thing without getting bullied.

I'm going to be a shady b**ch for saying this, but I think it's one of the most overrated games of all time. I just don't see the "wow" factor AT ALL. I tried playing it and I couldn't stomach the horrible and I mean HORRIBLE walking controls and combat. Indie games do better in this regard, and we're talking about a AAA game. Also, it's barely an RPG, and more like an RPG simulator. You can't romance who you want, you can't customize the character, and conversation options are limited.
I'm sorry for being a negative Nancy, but I'm kinda sick of this game getting all this praise while we're ignoring its major problems.

It's getting 7s across different media outlets, and most of the criticism seems to be directed towards console performance. Other than that, it's a fun crunchy shooter that looks great.

@JetmanUK Agreed! They basically didn't have enough time or resources to fully optimize the game, considering they had to develop the darn thing for ancient hardware. I can't wait for devs to finally leave XONE and the PS4 behind.

Snagged Gotham Knights for 42 bucks. It's definitely a steal, considering it launched in October, not to mention it's kinda worrying how fast the price dropped...
Anyway, I'm hoping I get my money's worth later. Hope everyone finds something! 🙌

Edit: I'm a couple of hours in, and so far I'm loving the game. Gotham looks amazing, traversal is super smooth and I personally like the combat. The characters are amazing, especially Jason and his aggression problems lol.
I would rate it between a 7 and an 8. Seeing all those negative reviews makes me wonder if we even played the same game lmao.

Tbh that's quite disappointing, considering it's a cross-gen game. Maybe they just didn't have enough time to fully utilize next gen consoles. However, it's weird because devs usually start testing their games on weaker systems and then move on more powerful machines. Who is to blame here, I wonder?
I just hope Flying Wild Hog can patch a performance mode post launch.

And the long wait continues... God I hope we see it by 2025, but at the same time I want them to take their time. We know Bioware went through rough patches, but I have a really good feeling about this one. Happy #N7Day !
