Horrible and I mean HORRIBLE thing for Xbox if they decide porting their exclusives to Playstation. I specifically switched from PS to XBX this generation to play their exclusives with GamePass. In what mind do they think they'll keep their fanbase if they do this?! I'm literally so angry right now. Just as we were on the right path of growing the brand (especially in Europe), they want to f*ck up everything for some measly money from Playstation users.
And please STOP with the "EnD EXcLuSivEs durr!!1" b*llcr*p. They do matter and they're the reason why Nintendo is still around and crushing it.

I'm really disappointed by the lack of romance options! I could understand The Outer Worlds, considering the tight budget but this has no excuse. Greedfall, a AA game had them meanwhile this, a AAA juggernaut doesn't. Obsidian needs to catch up to modern RPG demands, and leaving out romance isn't going to help sell the product. Rant over, I'm still super excited to play lol!

Anyway, yeah... and good eye! It's the only souls like that I truly enjoyed and had fun with. I even did multiple NG+ runs. Nothing is more satisfying than chopping off a limb from an enemy (I know, I sound like a psycho lmao).

Still praying they change their minds about that. If they are serious about the name change, at LEAST they'll stick with "Focus Entertainment" when it comes to game publishing. Kinda like Meta but Facebook and Instagram are still there.

God, I remember being so excited for Suicide Squad but now... If it has a decent campaign I might consider getting it on sale. Still, the whole live service aspect irks me, to say the least. It was so unnecessary but alas. I am excited for Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden. The last game that got me this riled up was Hogwarts Legacy lol.

Hope the affected staff can land on their feet soon. Embracer also terminated 50% of the workforce that was developing the new Ninja Turtle game 🤢

Maybe they should focus on ACTUALLY developing the game before they start talking about multiplayer, features etc. This company constantly overhypes and overpromises stuff and always falls flat. Keep your head down until you're ready to introduce a real build and not some fake demo to sell an unfinished product!

After getting frustrated with Elex II (I can't deal with the broken combat and terrible progression anymore!!), I decided to buy Life is Strange: True Colors and I can't wait to romance some characters lol. Hope everyone has a relaxing weekend!

Elex II. It's a janky/messy/broken mess that for some reason I can't put down. I got it for 8 bucks and I wouldn't recommend paying a cent more lol.

@Jey887 Yup, they did fix it. I finished my playthrough on the S and other than one crash, I had no bugs or issues whatsoever.

Weird how Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden wasn't listed but Alone in The Dark was 🤔
Hope the PX community supports AA games as well as AAA.

The only modern AC game that I liked was Odyssey. Valhalla BORED me to death with it's boring story and characters. I'm done with Ubisoft for the foreseable future. Scratch that, I might check out SW: Outlaws but after that, I'm done with their copy/paste games.

I found it quite boring, even after the 2.0 update. It just isn't an interesting game, and calling it an RPG is suffering from terminal delusion. Overall, it's an overrated studio with a huge circlejerk community around it. Sorry for being mean, but that's just the tea.

I don't have experience with Xbox refunds but dear God, Sony has the worst policy for refunding pre-orders, at least in the US. I remember pre-ordering Anthem on my old PS4 and they refused to give me a refund LMFAO! (To clarify, I was using a US-based account, I don't actually live there)

Yikes, Avatar is already on sale... Didn't it launch last month? That's why I always get Ubisoft titles after launch, they go down in price so fast.

Looks like a ton of fun, but it's not for me unfortunately. I don't have any friends on Xbox and I prefer single-player games in general so..
Hope they eventually make a sequel to Fractured But Whole lol.

I feel horrible for the devs! Not only their entire slate, but personal info from the devs was leaked too! Sony needs a time out, I mean seriously. They need to sit down and make some serious changes.

It's a fantastic game, there's no doubt about that, but seeing people ignore it's major issues like bugs, saves disappearing, performance dips etc really rubs me the wrong way. Reminds me of the circlejerk with Cyberpunk 2077. From what I've seen, it's still buggy as hell and needs a ton of work, especially Act 3. This has solidifed my decision to buy the game when it hits 20 USD on the Xbox store.

I managed to snag one as soon as this article was published lol! That's such a crazy price, considering it launched this August. Haven't played it yet, but from what I've seen, it's a fantastic game that really needed a different release window. It's a shame when new IPs get buried by more mainstream games.

We both appreciate the quality of the game but that doesn't mean it's for everyone. From what I've seen, it looks absolutely overwhelming, and not in a good way. I don't want to spend time googling DnD lore and the best strategies for having the dice land in my favor. Like I said, I'll eventually give it a try when the price drops significantly. I don't want to throw away good money on something that I'll regret buying.

I wish there was a demo for this. Like I said before, it looks like an outstanding game but I'm scared that I'm not going to like the combat and the excessive inventory management. Sigh...

Never played Halo so I can't comment on the show's quality. However, the upcoming Fallout show looks absolutely incredible! I'm surprised that no one here is talking about it.

This could've been a co-op single-player adventure akin to the Arkham trilogy but NOOO, WB Games wants a LiVe SeRvIce game to milk every possible cent from DC fans. No wonder the founders of Rocksteady jumped ship. It's soooo ironic to see EA focusing on so many single-player games when they were the first to pioneer the whole "live service" thing to their games. Here's hoping this doesn't turn out to be a complete disaster like Marvels Avengers.

@Fiendish-Beaver Yes! And this time, they're switching to turn based/tactical combat. We'll play as an island native on the Old Continent this time before the events of the first game. It's basically a prequel. The malichor will be present but it won't be the focus if I'm remembering correctly.

@Kaloudz It's not so hard if you invest in guns and magic. Oh and remember to stack as much ammo as possible! Guns absolutely SHRED ANYTHING in the game lol.

@Fiendish-Beaver The sequel is slated for 2024! Greedfall: A Dying World is the title in case you're interested. Unfortunately, it's not the same publisher this time.

I'm on the fence for this one. It does look super fun and super deep, but there is simply TOO MUCH happening for my taste. I hate overly complicated RPGs and this one reminds me of those super annoying games where everything breaks down and you have to manage your inventory etc etc. The turn-based combat isn't doing it any favors too...
I'll wait for a nice sale before I consider diving in. I know it's an incredible game but the genre can be a bit offputting sometimes

I'm going through a heartbreaking breakup right now, so I doubt I will have any strength left to play games. That's what happens after ending a two-year relationship lol. Anyway, maybe I'll jump into The Last Oricru: Final Cut to try and get some kills.

Fun fact, Auroch developed the critically acclaimed Space Marine: Boltgun. Never knew a small indie studio could be developing cosmetics for a AAA one. Really cool to see!

What on Earth is happening with the gaming industry?!! They've never raked in more money, yet I can't remember the last time so many people got fired. Devs need to unionize and if need be, start a new protest. This is truly getting out of hand. These corporations need to treat their workers better! Disgusting!

Starfield! I sunk in over 22 hours and that was just the side content and exploration! I wish I didn't work on weekends 🤬🤬 but alas, I'll try to find more temples. Hope everyone has a nice weekend!
