Still playing last gen I guess. Very disappointing to hear. Where do all the console resources even go? Doesn’t seem to me like a significant graphical leap. Frustrating.

The original Titanfall is the reason I wanted an Xbox One and is to date the only competitive online multiplayer game I've enjoyed. Titanfall 2 was also excellent, but I thought the first game's multiplayer was significantly better.

I hate that Xbox misses out on some of these indies. I am something of a big indie fan. Sea of Stars almost didn't make it to Xbox, but I'm glad it did.

I would really love to see more indies come to Xbox in the way they do for PS and Nintendo. Xbox is a pretty awesome platform and frankly, I still get an endorphin rush when the achievement sound pops.

Novel idea I had: get an equally good exclusive.

I doubt they stop at 4 games and I imagine the games they say aren't going to launch elsewhere will be as well if they see positive results.

I think they are taking the wrong lessons from this. I would argue the game didn't review fairly well. I haven't played it, but everything I read sounds like it lacked some basic quality of life stuff and just flat out wasn't well done.

A single player story driven shooter isn't an awful idea, but doing it poorly is.

Why is it that the only news I feel like I hear for Xbox is always some silly drama? Man, the 360 days were so awesome. Imagine if Xbox did as well as Sony last gen. What might have been.

Maybe they're right about this, but man I am not a fan of all the news I've been hearing.

Corporations really are taking advantage of anyone who isn't rich.

Maybe a silly question, but does this game have achievements? I know sometimes in game preview they don't.

With all the streaming services out there on TV, I have found myself canceling everything and going back to cable. Game companies don’t seem to realize that they are only destroying their value by focusing on only streaming and subscription services. At the end of the day, your product becomes intangible and I would rather spend $70 on something I will have vs $100 a year on something I don’t.

I watched the DF video yesterday and I am very excited for this. Everything about it appeals to me as I am a huge metroidvania fan and it looks so excellent.

The only reason I haven't already bought it is because of the stupid Ubisoft account requirement. I wish corporations would stop shoving their corporate garbage in our faces. I'll probably pick this game up soon, but I find that detail to be frustrating.

I love Xbox, but this is an example of one of those things they just don't seem to get. I am not going to sit here and upload anything "mature" because I don't think I want to, but banning people for uploading content from a game they fought so hard to get on their console is perplexing. If you did this on a PC or a Playstation, no one would get banned. That is the perspective they should be taking and that makes Xbox feel like a lesser option in the gaming ecosystem.

I really loved that game. It was my personal game of the year. A lot of great games came out in 2023, but this is the one that stuck out the most to me.

VRR as a crutch is what concerns me. They should make it so the game has a stable frame rate in the performance mode, not hope that anyone has a brand new display to fix the game's issues.

Chained Echoes is worth the money if anyone hasn't tried it. Excellent game.

In the last 5 years or so, bland narrative seems to be the Ubisoft way.

Man, I played the poop out of this game. Might have to fire it up to check out the changes to it. I enjoyed it before, but all of this sounds awesome.

Confusion seems to be some sort of go to word, but I don't think anyone is confused. Seems pretty clear some bone headed execs made a bad move and that they are still not fully retracting it.

This is the game I've been asking for. I hope it delivers, I'm rather excited about it. Everything I've seen so far is positive in my eyes. I will wait to see reviews, as is my standard practice anyway, but I am optimistic!

I started coming to this site because Gamespot has been hit or miss on their reviews. More and more I also find they aren't the site I used to think they were. Seems they are more of an outlier in their review and I read it and it reads like they thought it was worse than the 7/10 they gave it. Looking forward to seeing this site's review.

I actually really liked how they did it in Gears 5 and would like more of that. It had the same feel as the larger open parts of God of War and I like that about it.

I was quite happy to see a review posted here. After reading it and watching the video as well, I decided to buy it. I'd been keeping an eye out, but I am always cautious with where I spend my cash on games. I know it's on gamepass, but I want this one to keep.

Sniper Elite 4 & 5 really are amazing. Recommend them to anyone who loves some stealth action and gory sniping.

I'm sorry, but if they think they can make an acceptable version of this game run on last gen hardware, there is no excuse to getting a solid 60fps mode out already.

Really wish we'd see more reviews on this site. I looked at the games to see if they'd posted reviews and I don't see any. I know I could look elsewhere, but I'd prefer to read them here!

Bummed out by this news. I loved Fenyx Rising and was hoping for more.

I really want this game, but I am hoping they can figure out a way to make performance mode work well. I will buy the game when that happens.

I like 60fps, but I want to play Starfield. So it had better be a solid 30fps then. Another thought I have is that I don’t like the idea of setting a precedent of 30fps to be the main go to. I really admit that I am spoiled with 60fps anymore. My final thought is that I am glad they just told us now so no one got their hopes up when a 60fps mode was shelved at the last minute.

This looks like the AC game I’ve been missing so much. I am extremely excited about what I saw in this trailer and I hope it’s as good as it looks!

I’m going to start calling developers myself and ask them to give Pure Xbox review copies. I’m sure they’ll listen to me. Excited for the new game all jokes aside.
