Here's What The Ghost Recon Wildlands Upgrade Looks Like On Xbox Series X|S

A newly-upgraded version of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands officially arrived on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S yesterday, and therefore we've got some footage to bring your way of both versions following the major update.

Various YouTube channels have been showing off this footage, but the easiest comparison is via the ever-reliable Fuzion Xbox Testing, which has separate videos for both the Series X and Series S gameplay.

On Xbox Series X, the game is now said to be running at 4K, although potentially with dynamic resolution scaling in play as well. They state that it's "generally better looking" across the board than the old Xbox One version, while the frame rate seems to stick to a mostly locked 60FPS, albeit with some dips in the mid-50s at times.

On Xbox Series S, Ghost Recon Wildlands actually has two options to choose from - Quality Mode at 1440p, or Performance Mode at 1080p. The visuals only look slightly downgraded for the lower-powered console, and most importantly you're getting a similar experience at 60FPS to the Series X version, while Quality sticks to a rigid 30FPS.

The even better news is that you can try all of this for free if you're interested - Ghost Recon Wildlands is included as part of Xbox Free Play Days this weekend, and it's also been discounted by a whopping 90% to mark the occasion.
