I'm happy about this because it means more chances to keep Metal Gear alive after Vol.2 and beyond. MGS1 is one of my favorite games of all time. I hope Konami keeps delivering, and I also want Kojima to keep succeeding (DS2 port announcement hopefully by the end of this year)

Delta itself is a great remake. I finished it a few days ago. They fulfilled their promise of a faithful remake, and the extras like Bomberman and the updated nightmare sequence are a great addition for fans, along with a few QoL like the camouflage's quick switching or the radio/codec not muting the rest of the current dialogue when you skip a line.

@Markatron84 You are absolutely right.

I watched it, and you can FEEL the Hitman gameplay systems in almost every part of this game. They added an action-oriented mechanic over the base stealth Hitman formula, and at first glance it works great with the throws and the contextual actions. The charisma part where Bond's dialogue is chosen looks a little basic, but we'll see.

The car chase is as I expected: an almost on-rails action set-piece sprinkled between fighting areas.

All around, a great first impression! Looking forward to more info on gadgets and confirmation if the skins are cosmetic or whether they serve a gameplay purpose like in Hitman.

As a huge Hitman WoA fan and having seen all the Bond films, I'm naturally interested in this game. I'll check out the gameplay trailer later, when I'm done with work.

@Kaloudz It really is an outstanding game. I agree on leaving this story arc alone. I would rather they work on a sequel/different in-universe story than release a 2-5hs DLC, even if it ends up being great.

Let's not forget there is a movie coming too, which was greenlit months before the actual release of the game, so it's not as if we won't see anymore of this specific cast and story.

Definitely looks more interesting than the other shooting game.

I hardly replay a game just for better visuals/performance alone.

@Millionski I think the following facts should be stated to give context to these kinds of discussions in the future:

#1: PlayStation sells more consoles and is more popular since the PS4. Phil himself said it beautifully: "We lost the worst generation to lose in the Xbox One generation, where everybody built their digital library of games."
So, no matter how hard PS has been falling since the PS4 mid-cycle, it keeps the momentum, and it will only get stronger once GTAVI launches.
#2: Xbox, given #1, put together the service>exclusives strategy and the play anywhere philosophy at the start of this generation, and it hasn't moved an inch from that.
#3: PlayStation doubled down on the "less quantity but bigger exclusives" at the start of this gen, BUT it has slowly been moving away from that, first with PC ports and now with a few ports to other platforms.

The problem PS fans are having is with acknowledging #3. I see it all the time in their opinions. They can't recognize that PlayStation has shifted its focus no matter the sales numbers or game quality. It is indeed a fact.

Just one? Damn, this is hard, but I'll have to go with Battlefield 4 this time.

@JayJ I loved SWAT 4, played R6 and Extraction just for a few months each. Bought this game but haven't tried it yet. I'm mostly interested in the "campaign" though.

This is stupid. One of the FF should have been on Game Pass, to bring back old fans that couldn't play their games because of Square Enix' previous exclusivity strategy, given all the time that has passed since release.

@Kaloudz If you didn't beat Simon, then you surely have even more "main side content" to do. I don't mean superbosses like the flying serpent, but actual cutscenes/story content. The game lets you go straight to the ending on A t 3, but there is a lot of story content around the world.

@Nic-Noc20th-C It's much simpler than many people think: brand power + momentum following the success of the PS4's early years. Plus, Xbox's marketing has been poor, to say the least.

Tainted Grail: Conquest has beautiful worldbuilding and very good voice acting, so that's what I'm most looking for in The Fall of Avalon. I have it pre-installed on my Xbox for when I get out of work.

Xbox's attempt to fix its interface could end up being a longer battle than the FTC's case against Microsoft.

It's a great sequel! The deployment phase significantly improved the game flow.
