Gears of War E-day. Just started act 4. Having great fun, and this is the longest I’ve stuck with a Gears game as I’m not usually a huge Gears fan. My go-to weapons are the Hammerburst and Breechshot. Playing in performance mode and the game looks great.
Enshrouded Playing on PS5 because for some reason it’s not on Xbox. Hoping to sink some serious time in over the weekend.
Star Wars Galactic Racer I’m STILL stuck in act 2 of the Galactic league. Nearly beat the boss the other day, but fell at the last hurdle 🙄
Oh yeah, after playing it on and off for YEARS, I finally finished Ghost Recon Wildlands! I’ve been playing it so long that when the credits started rolling it kinda caught me off guard 😂

I’ll probably pick it up when there’s a lull between other games, which by the looks of things won’t be any time soon lol.

I don’t know why but E-day is the first gears game I’ve really clicked with. I’ve bounced off most previous entries pretty quickly. Needless to say I want a sequel to E-day.

Just 5 weeks to go… for perspective the Netflix reveal was 8 weeks ago! I think it’s time to finally let myself to start getting excited 😀

Still Crimson Desert for me. Put in around 200 hours on that game and loved it.

Having a great time with Star Wars Galactic Racer. I finally beat Sebulba yesterday so have now qualified for the Galactic league.

I’m hoping to start Blood of the Dawnwalker soon but am still waiting for the big patch the devs promised for “early October”, it’s now 10th October…

I uninstalled FH6 months ago. I even went back to Dirt 5 for my arcade racing fix, and now I’m playing SW Galactic racer. I can’t see myself going back to FH6 anytime soon. Just gutted they dropped Forza Motorsport for Horizon.

As someone who actually lives in London I enjoyed the (slightly) futuristic setting of WD legion and thought the game looked great. Saying that I never finished the game but enjoyed just having fun in the open world. I’m definitely interested in what this “Director’s Cut” will have 🤔

Have to admit that I rarely play ANY games online anymore, much preferring single player games. But this article has me wanting to at least give the MP mode a go when it drops on GPU tomorrow.

Probably a silly question, but once I convert a disc to the digital version do I still need to insert said disc to act as a “key” to play that game?

I’ve been patiently waiting for Dune Awakening, and Well dweller has been getting good reviews so will give that a go too.

A rocky PC launch coupled with a low price point doesn’t exactly have me excited 😳

I already cancelled my PS+ sub several months ago. If this Gamepass rumour is true then I’ll be doing the same on Xbox as well. I’ll go back to the old school way of buying and owning games, preferably in sales, and just buying select titles at full price.

Ngl I’m gutted. I loved the original and was looking forward to this remake. Also, I come back from my holiday on Sep 29 so was looking forward to playing this a few days later! Oh well, maybe Minecraft dungeons 2 will fill the void.

@RiverGenie I’m pretty sure I have the super deluxe edition, as I got a good deal on Loaded (CDKeys) at the time. But I will double check!

@RiverGenie I played B4 quite a lot at launch, but haven’t touched it in a while. I have the deluxe edition so the DLC you mentioned will be “free” to me. Might be time to dive back in!

Just watched the Nintendo direct and Zelda OOT looks amazing! I can’t believe we’re getting this and GTA 6 in the space of 2 weeks - and I’ll be there for both!

I’ll probably buy this game at some point, but it sounds like it needs a few patches first.

Never used it, don’t plan on using it either.

I was waiting for reviews before pulling the trigger, so it looks like I’ll be buying it now. I follow a guy on YouTube who gave it glowing praise and said it was his GOTY so far!

I played Stalker 2 when it first released on Gamepass, but it had performance issues so dropped it. I think it may be time to revisit it, though unfortunately it’s no longer on gamepass. Hopefully there will be a bundle inc the dlc, maybe even in a sale?

At least people looking to buy the new console on day 1 won’t have much trouble getting hold of one 😂

I’ve been gaming over 40 years and have been pretty lucky. The only consoles that broke on me is the Xbox 360, with the infamous “red ring of death”. I think I had 2 or 3 go back. God forbid my Series X should die on me, but luckily I also have the PS5 and Switch 2 to fall back on. That said, I would probably try and get the Xbox repaired rather than flat out replace it, which it today’s climate would be too expensive.

It’s great news, but also common sense which they should have applied in the first place. I hope Sony/PlayStation follows suit.

I still haven’t verified my age on either Xbox or PlayStation, despite several requests from them to do so. Mind you, I don’t play online or use chat/social features, but now they are doing it for 18 rated games?!? Looks like I may have to for GTA 6. Can you use a debit card to verify your age, or does it have to be a credit card? Also, how does the “email based age verification” work?

@joeyflannel There’s not even a manual save option. I wish there was. I loaded it up one day only to find the game had put me back a few hours to an earlier point.

If it wasn’t for the save issue I’d still be playing it. I lost a couple of hours of play and now can’t be bothered to go back to it.

Wildlands has always been my favourite from the Ghost Recon series. I played for about half an hour this morning and quickly realised…this update is gonna suck me back in 😂

A 32gb “patch” that is as big as the game itself. They’ve basically overwritten the code for the entire game.

Denshattack! Looks like a perfect fit for GP. It looks like a lot of fun, but also the type of game I’d be hesitant to buy what with it being a new IP. Can’t wait to try it later.

I never use QR on this type of game because of its always online nature. I just know if I lost lots of hours of progress I would be so pi**ed off I would just uninstall it and not go back. They need to fix this ASAP.
