GTA 6 Has No Major Xbox Competitors This November, But Nintendo Is Going Against It

Well, well! It's been a year of publishers purposely avoiding the month of November to get out the way of GTA 6, but Nintendo clearly doesn't care about that - they've just set a November 5th release date for the Ocarina of Time remake.

This slots the game between Modern Warfare 4 on October 23rd and GTA 6 on November 19th, which marks a two-week headstart on the Rockstar Games epic. There's obviously no sign of GTA coming to Nintendo Switch 2 as things stand, but it's still a bold move to release so close to the biggest video game launch of all time!

And by the way, this game looks good. Our friends at Nintendo Life have been covering it:

We're sure many of you reading Pure Xbox are interested in both Ocarina of Time and GTA 6, so we're curious to know whether the tight release window means you'll be buying one instead of the other - tell us in the comments below!

And by the way, these aren't the only games launching in November by any means, but they're certainly the biggest - others include Godzilla Destroy All Monsters Melee: Remastered and Gothic 3 Classic.

So, how are you feeling about the new Nintendo announcement? Does it change your plans for buying GTA 6 on release day? For us, we're just excited by all of the amazing game releases coming our way over the next few months!
