This is on my wishlist but I have too many other games to play right now, and the next few months looks stacked too. Maybe by the time there’s a lull in new releases this will be on Gamepass 😃

@Lup the Avatar game is nowhere near as good as Star Wars Outlaws, and I liked the Avatar movies. Avatar (the game) looks gorgeous, but that’s about it. I got bored with it very quickly. Obviously this is just my humble opinion, I’m just saying watch some YouTube videos first, or if you can try the game for free first do that. Glad you’re enjoying Star Wars Outlaws, I’m loving it so far.

Mostly playing Star Wars Outlaws, which I’m loving so far. It has a good balance of exploration, combat, and stealth, and I haven’t even done any space combat yet! Have mostly been doing stuff on Toshara (the windy planet), including side quests and unlocking abilities through the experts. Nix is quite cute, and often very helpful. This is the first game probably since Stellar Blade where I actually look forward to getting home and playing it 😀

I’ve been playing the Gold edition since Tuesday 🙂 Really enjoying it so far. Don’t know if I’ve just been lucky but haven’t had no bugs either, played around 6-7 hours.

This is definitely on my radar, though the next few weeks I’m gonna be busy with Star Wars Outlaws and Astro Bot. Saying that, if this reviews well I may not be able to wait 🤪

Free credits? Jeez, I already have several million unspent credits in the game 🙄

Unfortunately my TV doesn’t support the 40fps option 🙁 I’ve been playing in performance mode and haven’t really had any issues. I’m sure Ubisoft will be further optimising the game anyway. Another interesting point in the DF video was regarding the widescreen (21:9) picture option. If you use it in normal gameplay (it defaults to it anyway for cut-scenes) it seems you actually lose some of the picture. Rather than optimising the picture for widescreen, it seems Ubisoft have just slapped some black borders on the normal (16:9) image. The 21:9 option may look more “cinematic”, but I’m sticking with the 16:9 (fill screen) option.

Too busy playing SW Outlaws right now, but will give this a go when it hits Gamepass next week 🙂

A complete no-brainer for me. I like most Ubisoft open world games, and I like Star Wars. Have preordered the Gold edition, so will be playing it in the morning 🙂

I’ll definitely play it at some point, but not at launch as it’s release date sits between 2 other games I’ll be getting - Star Wars Outlaws and Astro bot.

Gutted, but there’s no shortage of new games between now and the end of the year - Star Wars outlaws, AC Shadows, Astro bot, MS Flight simulator 2024, Age of mythology, Black myth Wukong - to name but a few 🤷🏻‍♂️

Apart from my staple racing games - Forza Motorsport and EA WRC - I seem to be in something of a gaming rut at the moment. Recently tried Flintlock Seige of dawn and Kunitsu-gami path of the goddess, but just couldn’t get into either. Have now downloaded Lies of P and Callisto protocol, and will see how I get on with them. That’s one of the great things about GP - being able to just try out different games and see what clicks.

So the 11 years old GTAV is in the top 10 not once but twice?!? Seriously, who tf is still buying this game? 😂

How can we complicate GP tiers even further? I know…🙄

I downloaded the free trial for this, but every time I tried to play this morning it wouldn’t connect to the server 🙄

I vaguely remember the basics of American football (4 attempts to move the ball 10 yards, or something) but is this accessible for lapsed players?

How many “overhauls” has this game had now?!? 😂 seriously though, I haven’t touched it in years - is it still welcoming to new or lapsed players, or will I find it overwhelming?

1) are there any difficulty options?, and 2) can we preload if playing it on GP?

Just started playing Rage 2 again, which is a blast. Forgot how satisfying the guns are. The graphics still hold up surprisingly well too.

I played Tchia on PS5 and tbh I got bored with it pretty quickly. I’m eager to finally play Neon white though!

Can you solo this game?

I’m in my early 50s, no kids, and probably game as much as I always have. My reflexes may not be quite as sharp though, hence why I rarely play online 😂

I finally get to play Neon white! I’ve had this game on various wish lists but never pulled the trigger.

@JayJ they fixed the “washed out” look in one of the earlier updates where they adjusted the game’s gamma and black level settings, which I believe was the cause. Trust me, the game looks great now 👍

I still play this regularly, mainly for the monthly open tour class races, and the game looks amazing. There’s still room for improvement though in other areas, like the AI. Also I wouldn’t mind seeing a city track added to the mix, maybe Rio from FM7? 🤔

@Mustoe yeah FH3 was easily the best one, especially if you were mainly playing single player like myself. 4&5 may be graphically better but had too much emphasis on online stuff.

I haven’t played MFS for a while, but are the city/world updates still handled in the same way? If I remember rightly you could only update whilst in the game menus? Hope they address this for MFS 24.

My time at Sandrock is on my wishlist so will definitely give that a go.

It looks amazing. I hope they improve the way world updates are delivered though, hopefully just through regular patches.

So no “Pro” version of the Series X to counter Sony’s expected PS5 Pro later this year? 🤔

@GuyinPA75 it did have some nasty difficulty spikes, but I believe they patched it and also later included difficulty options. I enjoyed the game after this and completed it, though never played the dlc.

I have a couple of games on my wish list that are now on sale - Shadow Gambit the cursed crew and Planet zoo. I have enough to play right now though so don’t know whether to pull the trigger or not 🤔

It’s hard to say who exactly is to “blame” here, if indeed that’s the right word. Is it Microsoft for demanding parity between X/S, or Warhorse studios for not optimising the game better? Either way it’s not good for a game’s potential when it’s being held back by one of the consoles, an argument which can also be levelled at publishers still releasing games on last-gen consoles.

I’d be very surprised if we don’t see a price hike for GP before COD releases.

Bit gutted they never added NG+, nevertheless it’s still a great game. Love the futuristic open world they created and can’t wait to see what they do with the sequel.

Whenever people are talking about underrated games Mad Max nearly always comes up, and for good reason. I really enjoyed it.

It sucks that I and many others who have no intention of playing CoD will probably have to foot the bill for the game to go on GP day 1 😡🙄

Well, this is the first release date. Now just wait for this to come and go and we get a revised date 😉

Between this and Star Wars Outlaws Ubisoft will likely have my gaming needs covered for Q3/4 this year!

I dabbled with it once or twice, but I always found it a bit janky not to mention a little overwhelming at times.

Dang I thought the remake was coming to GP 🙄 played the original several years ago. Shame cos I would have been all over the remake.

You wait ages for a tennis game then 2 come along at once 😂 will give this a go if it has a demo/trial. I’ve been playing Top Spin 2K25 and although it’s pretty good, it’s just not clicking with me for some reason. Loved TS4 back in the day.

I’m not playing anything Star Wars related, too busy with other games. On Series X I’m playing Dragons dogma 2 and Top spin 2K25. On PS5 Stellar blade and Dave the diver.
