This is cool. I loving playing video games but admittedly I'm not very good at the more challenging kind. I'll often avoid any game that doesn't offer an easy difficulty setting.

I'm immensely grateful I managed to get a Series X. The fact Game pass and cloud are marrying should hopefully open up some more doors for those who have to wait to get a next gen console.

Never have I ever wanted or felt the need to buy a fancy controller. Until now

Do these type of things not get tested any more before launch? Maybe slap on a game preview label and all will be forgiven. Luckily it's on gamepass but could you imagine how mad you would be if you paid for this? Don't know why I'm moaning, I'm still knee deep in Pscyhonaughts 2 to even care haha

Near the end. Love it. Literally in love with it, might divorce my wife and marry it the next day! Seriously, easily my favourite game this year, then it's Resident evil village. What a wonderful year to be a Game pass subscriber though. Next up is Aragami, Back 4 Blood, Forza and then Halo. Here's hoping that next year they keep up with the monthly heavy hitters =)

I'm waiting to buy this, waiting for it to be payable. It's a massive shame games are coming out buggy, unready, or just flat out broken. If we could get instant refunds I bet you would start seeing more polished games upon release. There should be some kind of protocol where a game has to pass a certain test before being allowed to hit the market. I don't know...seems that in this day in age of hot fixes and updates galore any game can come out in any state and be deemed acceptable so long as it gets "patched". Imagine buying a coat only to find holes in it and instead of getting a refund the seller stitches it up, pats you on the head, and tells you to keep warm.

Seriously though, I'll keep my expectations at the door, but that's not to say I'll be wishing for something big. Something to do with Hideo, maybe. Sega acquisition would be cool. Tons of FROG's (jrpgs, my kindle autocorrect it to frogs so I felt it necessary to keep it ahah) on game pass. Either way....more Xbox news is good news

@Stnkygrngo you're thinking of PS5 users using gamepass cloud? That's not a bad idea. If they got the speed for it, not a bad idea at all.

Well, hold on a second there. It wasn't one thousand percent confirmed as an Xbox exclusive and if we look at the speed of Phil Spencer eye lids as he speaks about exclusivity you'll find that it's morse code for "maybe" so...just saying, it maybe coming to PS5.

In the year 2080 when elder scrolls 6 hits, sony fans will still be saying the same thing. Jokes aside, Sony made their play for time exclusivity and lost. Xbox is finally getting serious with exclusives, and had it not need for Sony and their rabid all consuming strategy to limit everyone, they might not have, so for that, thank God for competition. Now we get triple A games day one on Gamepass. Halo, Forza, Redfall, Starfield, Fable, Perfect dark, Outerworlds 2, New Vegas 2 (I'm hoping lol) etc. If I were rock hard for PlayStation and I wanted to play these games I would venture outside (I know, it's scary) and purchase myself a series S, and minimum. At least with the new PS5 coming they'll be able to stay toasty this winter as they stare at their calendars rocking back and forth while we all enjoy Halo and Forza I'm kidding.

No but really, I adore this game

After the crapstorm that bit them during the first campaign demo I think they know not to show too much to too many, let's face it, there are hoards of trolls, Sony for hards (Bombing review sites in envy) and bandwagon hopping wannabe internet stars looking to get noticed by bashing/meming the crap out of a game they probably don't like to begin with. It's a tough position to be in for 343, they gotta tame the waves so to speak. Halo has tested well for multiplayer and I'm confident campaign will be cool. Unfortunately, it's also become hate fuel. We have a release date, we will play it on said release, and we will most likely enjoy it, even more so knowing it comes with Gamepass. Meanwhile, we got Psychonaughts 2, Forza, Aragami, Back 4 Blood, Sable, etc. It's not a drought, for us, for others...well, let's just say there's a reason they're trying to piss in our well.

I identify as a game pass, does that count?

The artful escape, Sable and Aragami look really fun. Aragami especially has my interest as it reminds me of Tenchu. Loved the Tenchu series.

@NEStalgia I loved outer world's and after fallout 4 i agree with you, the series needs a rest. I really like wasteland 3, and yeah ahha, when I was playing it I kept thinking "so this is what a fallout game is meant to feel like". Wasn't aware of all the drama behind the scenes though. I heard Inexile will be working on a first person RPG, I can only hope it furthers their reputation. I'm also hoping out for a new Vegas 2 by Obsidian.

@NEStalgia What do you think of the Wasteland series? I quite like 3. I get what you mean by fallout 3, it was the first fallout game I played so that might be why I liked it so much. Morrowind needs a remaster, but I think that will forever be a dream =(

@NEStalgia I adored fallout 3, though Morrowind will always be my favourite Bethesda game. New Vegas was awesome, too. Oblivion has to be the one I go back to most, though. Being able to create your own spells. Mind you, it's been a while since I played fallout 3, I guess I'll have to try and replay it before defending it hahah

I use to buy gaming magazines that had pictures of the game, developer interviews and some insight into what the games about. It had a one out of ten excitement meter and previews and reviews and I would be able to kind of decide whether it interested me or not. If not, I kept flipping the pages to the next article, the next game. I didn't ever feel outraged enough to tear out the page, March to the street, and shove the article in peoples faces as I scream at them. I never once felt my opinion was so superior that it deserves a platform outside of my own mind. I simply moved on, I turned the page, and found something that did appeal, did excite, but I didn't go around being a cxxt about it. Oh, I miss those days.

I like how gamepass treats indie reveals like they're triple A games. That kind of recognition and treatment is bound to make any developer blush.

Simpletons aside, you can hardly blame them for holding off with showing any campaign, after the free for all "let's hate on halo cus it gets us trending" mob. It's wise to keep their cards close to their chest and let us all see just how amazing it will be for oursleves

Not out yet in the UK but once I'm done with Psychonaughts 2 I'll give it a try. I remember playing the first one year's ago. Haha, those live actors always threw me off

There will be those of us who recall Saints Row as a GTA impersonator turned mega fun whacko town and will more than likely look at this reboot with contempt. However, there will be others who haven't played a saints row game who will look at this with intrigue. As old gamers get older some franchise will seek out the younger gamers as opposed to pandering to its original fans =) it's fine. It happens. I hope they find the fans who will.support their next venture

After the hoard of negative naysayers that swamped the forums during its first gameplay of campaign it's wise to hold off showing anything, because the internet being the internet, will only pull down It's pants and crap on whatever they show. Best let people just play and find out seeing as it's one gamepass. I'm happy to have a release date. December promises Halo and Gunk so far, both look like classic Xbox titles to me
