It feels so fluid, and refreshing and layered with this nostalgic sensation that isn't just because of its prequel but also because it captures that old school gaming vibe. It feels like I'm playing a 2021 game on an original Xbox, if that make sense haha

I imagine this has hurt the minds of some certain types of people. I like this news. It's wholesome and shows that Spencer's way of doing things is influencing others into being more positive =)

There's light at the end of the tunnel. December sounds right, get them Series X consoles on Christmas lists and avoid the initial rush of gamers buying cod, Battlefield, Far Cry etc

Despite not being interested in the games on offer. Let's admit it, you're not really here because you like xbox. About the guy who sees guitar lessons on offer, grabs the leaflet, moans "but I don't want guitar lessons" yet attends anyway. Nobody is making you play Xbox or watch their content or even sub to gamepass. But yeah, you're a liar. Whine whine whine waaah waaah waaaah. Gunk looks great, those indies coming to game pass, especially midnight fight express, looks insanely fun. Forza flashing it's gorgeous flare once again. Tomorrow, Psychonaughts 2! I see nothing to be negative about. Halo release date would be fine, but it's not as if there's any lacking in the games department.

Y'know, I was just sitting here thinking, what is this weird flat feeling I get whenever I see gaming news, articles or reviews. and it's the comments. The vocal minority. The fanboys. I remember the bliss of playing on the old xbox without knowing someone's else's opinion or critique of a game. I either enjoyed it or i didn't, there wasn't any expectation or self entitlement. Other people ruin gaming, their views and toxic thoughts and everything else that goes with online commentary. Ugh, videos on YouTube of some normal person acting like they're an icon, talking about why you should or shouldn't but a game. so called insiders analysing and criticising gaming developers. Articles on console sales and top ten reasons why this or that and then you lot, a game release on game pass which costs barely anything and you're just itching to see who can make the best whiny comment ever. I'm summary, so much negativity exists on websites dedicated to gaming. I'm going back to analog. Wish there were Xbox magazines again, that way I don't have to read some random joe bull. Blah

Am I the only one who is fine with this? Haha. Face it, if they delayed the whole game to include coop everyone would be slagging them off. This is a nice compromise

Nah. Halo, Crossfire X, Far cry. Not shelling out 70 pounds for a COD game

@The_New_Butler hahah, the other day I was doing my budget for Christmas and included 60 pounds for Halo before remembering it's on Gamepass

But is it coming to game pass? I'd assume so, I certainly hope so. It's nice that it's releasing for other consoles though. Microsoft makes more money, that money goes to more games =)

I add a day onto the release date, seeing as the UK times are always late in the evening. Avoids me being disappointed in the morning haha

I was excited to play this game but then heard how difficult it can be so almost passed up on it, until reading about God mode, and man, what An awesome idea! The fact that if I'm terrible enough to keep dying that the game will alter some elements to make it easier makes me feel comfortable with investing my time into completing =) can't wait to play it.

Where were these nitpicky numpties during Resident evil 5. Or, say, the last of us. Halo had an axe dangling over its head since day one, by those who literally cannot stand to see Xbox doing anything good ever. The salt is enough to kill a man O.o

This game...first I was so.impressed I got suspicious and then those rumours started about it being fake and I began to believe them until E3, and now I'm back to foaming at the mouth just to see more haha

@PapaGlitch I see it like this. Nintendo is that abusive partner who sometimes treats you to nice things so you go along with the twisted mind games. Sony full on wife beater vests the crap out of you. Microsoft is a psychopath but is so charming and generous you're willing to look the other when they kill the competition.

@SplooshDmg It's refreshing to finally feel like xbox is doing things right again. I was a massive 360 head, then delved into my PS4, only to find myself back to the Xbox one X and now Series X. I know both camps can be toxic and vicious but so far the Sony camp seems the more feverishly insane haha

@The_New_Butler I had to venture over and look. Morbid curiosity. That's a lot of salt, almost enough to fill an ocean. If I ever get so fed up of Sony owning exclusives I'll buy their console, not cry about it. Ah well. Gaming community has been like this for years, and for some, the dreamcast days scars still remain haha
