@FraserG I tend to enjoy the reviews this site does, my only gripe was having "not being set in japan" as a con. As a piece of writing, of which is meant to help me ascertain on whether to play it or not, that point alone seemed unnecessary. That's just me, though. The rest I agreed with, or rather saw the point behind the statement 🙂😀 I wouldn't call it a joke, though. Time was spent writing this review, and I fully respect that, I also love the pro and con part of these reviews. It's just one con I genuinely couldn't fathom in terms of it making a dent in the final score.

Then again, I watch Who culture JUST so I can moan about how wrong the down points are on each episode.

Maybe it's just me haha

@awp69 I have to admit that, and not being a car game guy, not even that excited for Forza (but will certainly play it), this review was a dud. It just seemed...like, giving a negative point because the reviewer wanted it to be set in Japan is just nitpicky. That's my opinion 😶

Delays can be frustrating but do you know what's even more frustrating? When they release a broken game. Out of the two, I would take delays any day. And yeah, it would be nice that if they didn't announce dates and then backtrack but on some level, you gotta realise hype keeps the train rolling and if no one is at the station waiting, ticket sales will suck. (The metaphor sounded cooler in my head).

My point is, as a consumer we have to rationalise delays are very likely and in all probability, any release date announced, is more of a prediction. It would be nice however, if the gaming industry would be more transparent, maybe build hype via continuous updates etc.

I don't know, I'm not a wizard....yet, but what I do know is that moaning about delays change nothing.

Oh man, the original xbox. I first discovered Morrowind on that console, and it redefined my understanding on what a game can be. Jade empire literally caused me a tummy ache in frustration. Fable made me fall hard in love with the fantasy genre. Halo gave me goosebumps and set the standard on what I wanted out of a FPS. Buffy the vampire game will always forever cement itself as a golden moment in gaming haha.

This is a nice dose of nostalgia

Overall I think he looks better, I'm sure haters will will zoom in 100000000% to the point he's a singular pixelated square, while others will be like "he looked fine before" which I think so, too. The whole Craig situation had become a monument for fan wars, even now there are people looking to make a Craig meme with a different brute, and it's honestly the saddest thing I've seen in the gaming community. On the plus side, all that needless negative diatribe nonsense only achieved one thing, the team at 343 getting more time to polish the game, other than that, it was just an excuse to jump on a wagon for likes and shares. It became popular to post a video on why halo is in trouble because of craig, people who probably didn't even care were cashing in on the views 😒 meanwhile Sony die hards lapped it up and did their very best to promulgate this unflattering idea that Xbox has flopped. Sad, tragic, and even now, still needlessly talked about

What a weird deal

The future of gaming will not be referred to as gaming, rather acquired reality living conditions or ARLC, for short. Entire cities will be rebuilt with plain white plastic, think one of those model cities in some excecs office, that but in real life, allowing us to alter the interface with our mandatory VR contact lenses. Effectively changing the skin of the city, some might prefer to see their skyscrapers as cobblestone towers, others might wish to see a high tech building of black granite and neon lights. Either way, people will be able to choose how they appear to others, forget gender fluidity, you can be actual fluid if you want! No one works any more, we all earn points by completing quests and then use those points to pay our rent. Once a year battle royal mode kicks in for 3 days, everyone has to kill each other, the firewalls are off, and yes, death means actual death. Every sunday, contact lenses will be programmed with state interface meaning the whole world will be black except for a giant Phil Spencer head in the matrix-y sky. We bow and worship for several hours before the world of Phil is loaded in, behold textures of his past, taste the Xbox green in all its glory...NOW BACK TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL SETTINGS!

@UltimateOtaku91 also on a side note, as much as I benefit from the Bethesda acquisition, I'm also concerned what kind of playing field MS has designed 🤔 what's stopping Sony doing something similar as a counterbalance 😶 so, I refrain from rejoicing too much, Sony just might respond with equal fire

@UltimateOtaku91 I agree, at the same time, and maybe it's slight bias here, Gamepass does make the games more accessible. And, MS had to do something to show people they were serious. But, if I hadn't got a series X I would be mad about the Bethesda acquisition. It's not cheap, these consoles, and some can only afford one. I played Fallout 3 and 4 on PS3 and PS4, if I got a PS5 not being able to buy both consoles, I would be quite upset about being restricted.

That said, the narrative these days seems to be "get all three consoles" in which case I don't see a point in complaining about acquisitions.

I recognise your point, and I'm inclined to agree with it. But really, I don't see this as an issue. But then I'm probably being bias as I have a Series X and I'm a huge gamepass user
