@Batfan2425 i have no idea why it’s taking so long. i have a bad feeling that gears 1 won’t hold a new audience too long - but gears 2 on the other hand was a massive step up and gears 3 is the goat!

@smoreon good points; yes, spotify is sub only, but you can download the songs to your device as a premium member. i have no idea what happens if the subscription were to end though - most likely you’d be unable to play the downloaded songs and have your playlists downgraded to being susceptible to ads.

also gonna play devils advocate here in defense of spotify - i’d say that’s more of a digital vs physical argument. i got a big library of music on spotify (premium so no ads) & the conveniency and versatility of it is a godsend. even my 360 and ps3 has a mostly digital library. basically what i’m saying is, id still consider holding onto something digitally as keeping it around

the new scott pilgrim game doesn’t look better than the one ubisoft made back in the day based on the movie; this one looks like a downgrade in pretty much every way besides graphics, i guess.

@shoeses Its the greatest console of all time (imo)! Legendary online, exclusives & games! Xbox live arcade and party chat was revolutionary! There was never a dull moment during that generation - so many great single player & multiplayer games & so much fun

linear is better, more variety and actual changes in levels/atmosphere, better pacing, more quality over quantity and less filler bloat & boring traversing & fetch quests

it being a gamepass machine isn’t an issue moreso than that there’s no reason to have one because it’s competition(s) has all its games & then some

@Ribbitsneed considering the state of gaming today might as well. Aside from single player RPGs , the co-op & the multiplayer gaming space is extremely stale.

@Kaloudz hell no. you can tell by just looking at it. the hyperkin controller fooled me once, never again though

not feeling it. I have the hyperkin 360 controller, but even that doesn’t compare to the OG 360 controller. it was like a hard rubbery material with a heavy duty build to it and sturdy buttons; controllers nowadays are way too plastic & feeble

cool , but steam is better & they already release their games there
