We've been treated to the full unveiling of EA Sports UFC 6 today, with confirmation that the game will release for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S (along with PS5) in just a few short weeks on June 19th, 2026.
This year's game promises to deliver "the most realistic and authentic fighting experience yet", featuring evolved striking and motion systems, new fighter bodies built with Sapien Technology, Real-Time Contact that utilises ragdoll physics and damage reactions that "hurt so good", and Markerless Capture offering authentic locomotion and Signature Strikes.
In addition to all this, we're also getting new game modes in the form of Hall of Legends and The Legacy:
"All-new game modes like Hall of Legends and The Legacy let players experience the stories of UFC greats or carve their own path, from backrooms to the bright lights. These modes introduce immersive storytelling that makes every fight feel personal, capturing the emotion, pressure and determination it takes to leave a lasting mark on the sport."
Pre-orders are already live for EA Sports UFC 6 on the Xbox Store, with the cheapest version starting at £69.99 / $69.99, but Xbox Game Pass members can also get 10% off that price via EA Play.
The game will also have a free 10-hour trial with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate starting June 12th, and if you end up really liking it, the Ultimate Edition of the game also includes early access from June 12th, but without a 10-hour limit.

I want fight night
I don't have much if any faith that EA will finally get it right and UFC 6 be an actually good game finally. UFC 3 undisputed was the last good UFC game. Yukes and THQ making a game that was released in 2012 that's still better than any of the EA UFC titles is sad, but EA isn't exactly known for not being lazy either.
too bad no pc release. would be a great PC experience
Basically the same game every time slight improvements but nothing amazing!
I hope they add more blood in the game plus is it gonna be better than WWE 2K26?
