@TeiGekiLord first of all , who cares about nintendo , i didn’t mention nintendo at all, but it’s funny how they always get shoved in between conversations involving the two main competitors . secondly , i didn’t say they should - i said “it would be nice” .

Would be nice if $ony shared with M$, i don’t want a monopoly in gaming. it’s cool that halo (& possibly) gears is coming to PS, but $ony has been so complacent & comfortable for too long now it’ll only get worse than it already is

More new and original IPs please. Spyro and crash had there time, can we please get some more new things from the 21st century and 2020's for current 9th gen gaming.

yea theres been some flops for trying something new, but keep trying. everything was new at one point.

i grew up with controller in hand but that doesn’t mean i don’t like gaming on PC too (with a controller!) .

i’ll never game on a mobile device though , it’s just ..ugh. i’m out in the real world y’know 😂 & it’s also just ergonomically uncomfortable

@EVIL-C i remember that ad too well, it made me look at xbox one as if i was gonna waste my money because the early years were really THAT bad, but i bought one anyway because i loved the 360

@trev666 all they had to do was not force online , kinect, and talk about tv & the xbox one would’ve sold like the ps5 did - by virtually doing nothing because of the goodwill of it’s predecessor.

this game was fun back in the early days of the xbox one. i got it on pc a couple months ago when it went on sale , and it was practically dead

@Ilyn i think it’ll flop if that happens . microsoft should be the last ones ever attempting to enter a portable market imo . they should’ve done that when the xbox reputation was at its peak with the hype of the xbox one instead of forcing kinect . but again , just my opinion

@Ilyn right , but i was thinking more of it being as a middle ground for people that were new to PC or still wanted a more console oriented experience . think of like a PC-lite i guess, & maybe with the ability to add new custom graphic cards that M$ could make or have made by other companies, like how the ps3 had a custom nvidia graphics card

@HonestHick i really hope they get it right with e-day & it honestly would be nice if the multiplayer could be more than a pinball gnasher fest , but if it’s not , i ain’t complaining about that .

what if M$ made a Xbox PC computer instead? That would be pretty cool if $ony or M$ made their own dedicated gaming computer branded after their consoles .

maybe it’s a weird idea , but we’re in weird times with gaming anyway. i never thought id see a xbox handheld, but it was a long time coming i guess

they shouldve just brought back assassins creed & far cry multiplayer or something instead of trying to be “classic COD”

being an xbox fan means signing into your xbox account and playing xbox games on as much other platforms as possible

i’m in the top 5 and 10% percent for things which is pretty weird imo , i’d think way more invested players among a couple million would drown me out from being in top % of anything

This game was fun the first few months but the original is better. they botched this remake.

i wish arcade street racing would make a comeback. NFS heat was alright, but its not midnight club.

& just some advice , if you’re on mobile, whenever you’re curious about the source of a picture just long press on the image and select “image source” , “google lens” , or whatever options pop up to find the source for you. im sure you can do it on a desktop computer by right clicking on the image or something too.

@Ramouz even the original wii has more features with all the apps/channels & the cool mods you could do to it. plus the original wii was backwards compatible & you could also play every era of nintendo on it at the time + free online & various controllers to play with it like the GC , classic, wii mote, or wii mote & nunchuk , and pro controller

@Banjo- yup i remember it all! that generation was a big part of my life growing up & you're right about nintendo being restrictive now. the switch is so barren compared to how much the wii/u had. plus no backwards compatibility.

but its nintendo - they get a pass with everything & can do no wrong. they could regress back to the 90s(theyre pretty close anyway LOL) and people wouldnt care.

@Banjo- that’s just in the some of the games yeah they’re arms are missing , but in the actual mini channel where you create a mii, they have arms

Halo the MCC & backwards compatibility , that’s pretty much it. the ps4 carried 8th gen for me

@smoreon id say the upper management hurt it most. the potential of 06 is what makes me like the game so much . you can tell it was supposed to be this big grand adventure with all characters playable & present throughout sonic , shadow , & silvers story . it’s why i love the adventure games so much , because all the characters are present , involved, & playable. I miss when sonic team was ambitious and really wanted to innovate the franchise instead of playing it safe like with the awfully boring & stale frontiers, the remaster of generations, and that lazy ass forces game. Sonic generations (2011) was the last good sonic game imo , and that game just consisted of throwbacks to a better time of sonic. you can argue that the new shadow content is some light at the end of the tunnel but eh…it’s still s***y boost gameplay that the franchise has been stuck with for over a decade now. it was great at first , but now it’s bland

@Drsnover Sonic 06 was on the Xbox360 store before it shut down; i bought it digitally . It’s janky as hell, super janky , but damn it’s a cool ass sonic game imo (minus the infamous kissing). i prefer sonic games like this over frontiers. i miss the adventure style so much

• I’m sure that’s not a coincidence , haha 😂 & Ghost and Elden ring aren’t my type of games , albeit i never played them but i just don’t i’d vibe with those souls type games. i’m more into hack n slash games of that genre like the classic god of war games & Metal gear revengeance, or the classic assassin creed games

also indies came a long way , kinda crazy that they’re still considered indies . wouldn’t they be called AA now ? like astrobot for example.

@Dalamar73 i wish the industry would go back to making “smaller” AAA games. reduce the emphasis on cinematic crap & graphics and utilize the power of modern consoles elsewhere like amazing gameplay, physics , level design , etc . i’m perfectly fine with 12-20 hour games , or however long they used to be. i actually hate when games dont know when to end and/or take too long to get going . i think it’s better to have SEVERAL 12-20 hour games to play vs that one AAA 40+ hour game every 6 years .

@K1LLEGAL the 360 is slow now because microsoft kept trying to push modern updates on it that squeezed out every bit of its cpu that it could offer id presume. just like how (older)iphones get slower overtime as apps get more modern updates and new iOS updates

i bet if there was a way to reverse updates on it back to the blades or NXE dashboard it would be fast again . i’ve hated the dashboard ever since the kinect came out ; the pre-2010 dashboard was much better
