@HonestHick i still personally rock the xbox360 controller by hyperkin, im so glad hyperkin retro-fitted them so that they can be used with modern hardware; the 360 controller imo is the best xbox controller, love everything about it. i know the d-pad is notoriously criticized but i still prefer it over any later xbox controllers. no stick drift issues either, only "subjective" issue is that theyre wired

@Ricky-Spanish i stopped playing this trash years ago, but it seems like itll never die because of its revolving door of players and niche dedicated players. of course me thinking its trash is my opinion, & i begrudgingly admit that i did enjoy it when i first got into it and wasted about 1000 hours or so into it; so i believe its worth your time to give it a try.

the games about 5 players in a level, 4 survivors try to escape from 1 killer while repairing generations around the map to open the main door to escape the stage (or "trial") .

idk man , it looks grim imo. as someone who loved overwatch , that game hasn’t gotten any better beyond retracting on locking new heroes behind the battlepass since the MS acquisition. they even have a $70 skin in the game 😂😂

we need this back . if you not into battle royales then it’s pretty stale out here

gears of war needs all the help it can get . make a master fenix collection for all platforms and release a new one only on xbox. multiplayer/co-op/single player all in one is something i miss so much . it’s either full blown live service trash or full blown interactive movie open world bloat now. gears of war should be thriving in todays climate with things like streaming being big but it’s not

@LtSarge hell yea. the xbox360 really was a fun console & i loved that about it. it was like a mix of nintendos fun appeal and sonys technical appeal into one that made xbox so special. its just sad how xbox is today, the xbox one really tarnished all the goodwill

the fact that we all still talk about it 2 generations later.

the xbox360 was an essential part of my adolescent years and was more than a console gen, it was an EXPERIENCE!

hands down MY personal favorite/best console of all time, and objectively the second best console after the PS2. but i have to give it to the wii and ps3 too, 7th generation as a whole was a bold generation that still had that touch of 6th originality and new IPs and ideas.

got this on PC when the "early access" first dropped & its no Outlast 3. I only got it because im desperate for a new outlast game, no one asked for them to try and cash-in on live service BS.

to be fair though, maybe i should try it in co-op instead of alone

i tend not to like remasters because they change things and the games aesthetics dont look as good imo. I remember crash N sane trilogy bothering me because of how bright they made everything and the gears of war definitive edition looking too colorful and cartoony with the moody bleak aesthetic being gone.

this game was just a stepping stone for apex legends

@TJ81 with all the social media platforms and how easy it is to communicate , it’s crazy to me why devs/teams never just talk to their fans . it seems like it’s always done through a podcast with scripted interviews . they could even just make polls of “what do you want to see in the next game” and “what don’t you want to see”

maybe sequels would be better than predecessors ALL the time then

@NeoRatt disagree about framerates - 60fps is definitely noticeable , like , very noticeable. just switching from 30fps to 60fps with my iphone camera is night & day. the human eye can see more than 30, trust me - if you woke up one day seeing at 30fps you’d be phoning your doctor quick fast . good luck even driving to their office at 30fps 😂😂

@HonestHick couldnt agree more, thats a damn solid 5 games. ive been eye'ing helldivers 2, even though i dont know jack about it lol. its something new and interesting though, especially being a sony IP and all since theyre track record for a while has been cinematic third person games. theres also tekken 8, have you ever tried fighting games?
