Happy about this, I’d say it’s better late than never but should have been done so long ago.

Bungie should have stayed with Xbox and continued to do Halo but perhaps also could have done Destiny and made it an Xbox exclusive.

Already have gaming laptop so as much as I think this looks cool with the console design and being able to play steam games, I don’t see much benefit for me to be honest.

They could make up for the delay and bring out the anticipated but obviously not confirmed GTA IV remaster. That would be far and beyond better than this free online week.

Before reading the article, I got my hopes up and thought Sony would be bringing Gran Turismo onto Xbox consoles. Sadly that day will probably never come. They’ve decided not to sell their soul unlike Xbox.

Lucky enough I can play MW2 using the Horizon mod on my Laptop these days which is an amazing remaster which people should check out.

Please not another Crash Bandicoot kart racing game. Trust me, I loved the recent one but I’d rather play a proper platformer because that’s what Crash does best.

Breaking news to absolutely nobody lol. This had to be expected and I’d like to think other developers and publishers with any games due to be released next year would have had a plan to cover for this already. Sucks but I’m not too let down to be honest because it’s not a big surprise to me.

They should definitely have games that are backwards compatible be available for digital purchase also, rather than certain games only working with the disc.

Let’s hope it’s better than what people have said about it on PC but I’m sure they will probably do updates over the year to fix any problems. Just hope that’s the case and they don’t abandon the console versions.

Absolutely epic to have Battle Royal mode now for Battlefield. Looks very good in my opinion. I’d definitely be interested in playing it but need to upgrade and get PS5 or Xbox Series.

Definitely tells you so much when they continue to bring back the same maps they have already brought back over and over before. Black Ops 2 has some decent maps but feels like they’re doing it more every year with the retro maps.

Yep this should have already been available to play offline from day one but at least they listened to people for once.

That’s very fast to reach that number already but it’s brand new Battlefield so I can’t say I’m surprised to be honest. I’ve always liked Battlefield so it’s good to see. Sadly I can’t play it because I don’t have an Xbox Series X or S.

Yeh it’s always complicated these days with COD for some reason. Anyways I will download it and give it a go but probably will be far too fast for me like Black Ops 6.

Bought FC26 on release day for the standard edition and have to say I’m proper happy with it at the moment. Looks good, Feels so much better to play and I actually like the authentic mode.

Xbox doing their absolute best to confuse people even more with another update to the names for Game Pass.

Perhaps it’s just me being in my 30’s now and having played so much COD over the years since MW2 in 2009 but this looks boring to me. It’s the same thing we’ve already seen and played over and over. Probably the last COD I was actually excited for was Modern Warfare 2019.

Don’t have much problem with them removing the modern day sections because I’ve never cared much for them to be honest but that’s only my opinion of course.

Looks cool and it’s free to play so going to try this and see what it’s like. Only did play Skate 3 before but I’m surprised this is free to play, So I already expected micro transactions with that being the case.

Being honest I think it’s pretty cool but do we really need an Xbox everywhere? Kinda feel like it’s more special being able to play at home on the couch or bed rather than backseat of a car.

Wow the match graphics look so much better than before. Also helps to have the Premier League rights now too. I’d have to agree tho with the above poster, The older Football Manager games are better since they’re the perfect balance and not too over the top.

They should have done this way back. There’s no doubt I’d go to cinema to watch it. Suppose I’m probably an absolute sucker but it’s COD so could be good if done right.

Love the console wars, Don’t care what anyone says. Banter back and forth, cheap shots. We won’t have any of that ever again. They’re too friendly and nice now.

These character skins are stupid and they suck. I can’t stand them, I would love the option to disable them when playing like others have mentioned. Keep that nonsense to Fortnite and not COD please.

Better than doing nothing about this whole ads on the dashboard situation but like others have already said, I’d rather they didn’t have any ads or at least provide the option to have no ads should you have an Xbox subscription.

That’s some bad luck for Delta Force developers that BF6 was announced and ready to be released soon after this was brought out.

So many cool looking Xbox controllers being released but I only need the one for now and it’s working fine so far but at least there are plenty of alternatives these days.

I’d actually play Busby 3D remaster to be honest so long as they do update the controls and of course the graphics so they actually put some effort into them unlike the original.

Do like the option to be able to use batteries on an Xbox controller and I use them more than my actual Xbox battery pack because I can’t be bothered to charge it lol.

Being able to play COD on Switch 2 would be epic and as others have mentioned, I’m sure they should be able to get it to run on the console but definitely not surprised if they needed more time to get if working right.

Flip, I didn’t know Chicken Run was still a thing lol. Actually never seen the first movie.

Interesting but I never understood why people like clear looking consoles. I’d rather it be behind some cover and like others have mentioned. Good to see people here feel the same way I do about this!

Also loved Bad Company 2, That was my first one and like others have said, Wish they would bring out Bad Company 3.

Definitely has to be BF3 for me. That absolutely felt like an amazing FPS experience where you’re part of something bigger than most other games.

Happy to read these comments and see so many people against this. I can understand it’s nothing to do with Xbox of course but it’s frustrating to see how widespread this is becoming all over the place.

Be good for them to make the achievements separate also like they used to be. Hate them all being bunch together under the COD launcher.

The original dashboard for the Xbox One has to be my favourite. Does anyone else feel the same way?

Absolutely there’s going to be another NFS game at some point in the future, It’s a pretty big franchise and I can’t see EA being down with it for good. How long it’s going to be until the next one gets released tho is another thing.

That’s proper decent price and looks good also. I’d be interested in buying a new phone game controller so I might get this at some point to be able to play COD Mobile.

Let’s hope that they actually fix the online multiplayer for the older COD games once and for all and finally deal with any hackers so you can actually play them properly again.
