After 20 Years And 1000+ Games, This Xbox 360 Owner Now Has A Complete Collection

A few days ago, a Redditor known as uncleseeth went viral after sharing a look at their completed collection of North American Xbox 360 titles, and we decided to reach out to them to find out more about how it came to be.

Here's a look at that viral Reddit post:

So, uncleseeth tells us there are 1,353 Xbox 360 games in this collection, 1,250 of which are unique titles (the rest being variants). As you can see, they started the collection 20 years ago, and here's what spurred it on:

"I started collecting as a result of the achievement system sinking its claws in me at launch. I started acquiring games for the gamerscore and this turned into kind of a meta game among a group of my friends. We’d have achievement parties, work on multiplayer cheevos, and just compete for highest gamerscore in general. This resulted in me amassing around 650/700 games up until I slowed down when I started a family."

"The collection was boxed up for a few years but once we moved into our new place with a little more space, we pulled the boxes down from the attic. I cataloged my collection in the Gameye app and realized how cheap 360 games were and half joked to my wife that it would be cool to go for the full set. She totally encouraged it and that started me (and us) chipping away at the remaining titles."

Another interesting aspect to this Xbox 360 collection is that most copies have been bought in-person rather than online. They say they like to "pop into any local game shops" when travelling to add to the collection, avoiding the internet in order to "protect the enjoyment of hunting and finding what I need (even if it costs a little more)".

Nevertheless, there are a few games they've never come across in person (F1 13, El Chavo Kart and some Pro Evolution Soccer titles) that ended up being gifted by family members instead.

With the collection now complete, uncleseeth's goal is to try and get achievements in every single game, as well as the full completion in some of them. Over half of their gamerscore has come from Xbox 360 games already.

"There are around 1,250 unique titles (1,353 on the wall here, with the variants I’ve snagged). I have played around 800 of them and completed the 1,000 on about 175 of them. My mission is to get achievements in every single game, and of course polish as many of them as I can. There are quite a few games with server issues, so we will see how far I can get! My gamerscore is currently just north of 497k, with a little over 280,000 coming from Xbox 360 games."

If you're wondering, the first game they ever collected for the Xbox 360 was Gun on Christmas Day of 2005, while the final game was Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 (a gift from their son) on Christmas Day of 2025. They name Gears of War as their favourite franchise on the console, and they're still playing on an Xbox 360 Elite system from 2011 that fortunately hasn't succumbed to the Red Ring of Death!

As for the Xbox 360 kiosk in the picture, that was also a Christmas Day present from their wife:

We're totally jealous of uncleseeth's amazing collection here, and huge credit to them for sticking with it over the past two decades (albeit with a little break in the middle), as well as their family for helping them along the way.

Have you got a collection similar to this? Would you be interested in starting one? Tell us in the comments!
