Keep in mind I have nothing against game-streaming, only I can't afford them.

When I was a child I remember Sonic was too fast and difficult for me: I wasn't able to grasp the game. Now of course I'm too old and my reflexes are aging 😅

As a side note, my Parents didn't want I played videogames so I did it occasionally at my friend houses.
I had to start working for buying my first console.

I loved AC Origins, is the best in the series for me (but I still have to try Valhalla).

2) Warhammer: Chaosbane

Both have NOT Smart Delivery i.e. you have to buy the upgraded version.

I played those games on PC: I strongly recommend them; the writing is stellar.

@Tangerine the problem with cloud gaming is, in my opinion, the fact that the band has to be constant, because there is no buffer.
For example I have a WiMax connection because I live in a rural area: 50mb down / 20mb up.
Problem is it fluctuates quite a bit for several reasons, so cloud gaming is inconsistent and I had to give up.
Said that many friends of mine with fiber has a similar issue even with 300mb down.

I do confess I had a problem with Cyberpunk 2077, a common problem of mine: I had to stop playing games for about 10 days because of work and other stuff, and when I returned I completely forgot the interface, which is necessary complex due to the nature of the game. So I gave up... I'm sorry.
I talk about this modern issue quite much with my friends, because they suffer from the same attitude.
I guess the core problem is that I'm aging

However I do plan to restart the game and possibly finish it.

@Relygon yes you are right, but if I remember correctly you can decide and configure how your console turns off: it is flexible and I appreciate that.
A friend of mine has the same problem so I helped him to program the turning off so every time it performs a full shut down.
By the way another option in the turn off menu should be appreciated.

@Bleachedsmiles you can even configure in settings that every time you turn off the console, it performs a full shutdown.
A full shutdown should be performed every time you unplug your console.
I can't guide you exactly because I'm away from my console, but just explore the Setting menu and you will find how to program your console turning off behaviors.

I know the game and I would love to play it even on my Xbox.

I was there: it was this way since the beginning, like PS Plus.
The games are yours to keep until you have a Gold sub active.
To be honest I didn't know the reason why X360 games were the exception on modern platforms, now I understand it.

GamePass has a huge value, still I consider it as a "try" platform: if I play a game on the service and I like it, I will eventually buy it using the 20% GP Offer or another sale due to respect and incentive to the developers.

Considering what happened since Xbox One launch, in my opinion, is an huge comeback for MS and Xbox team.
And I'm very glad about it.
I'm Italian and unfortunately here Playstation is synonymous of videogame.
So most people neither know Xbox reality.
I do hope it will change in future.
A great Marketing campaign could help very much.
Let's see what will happen at the end of this generation.

I know this could be an old news but I bought Chaosbane Slayer Edition and than discovered there is another one for Series X; so no smart delivery.
I'm sorry about that.

I will buy it; I'm aware is not a stellar game, still I like this kind of games.

Actually I consider GamePass Ultimate only a platform to try games: if I like it I will buy the game as soon as it goes on sale, to support the developer (even if I already finished the game). I would like to to buy them full price but i can afford it.
Finally I love to have a great digital collection of games; I know is a bit pointless but it is a little indulgence of mine.

I will playing mostly Diablo 3 on Series X... Im sorry but I cant help.

I think the Series X is the best console I owned in my life as a gamer.

I tried Shadow Warrior 2 because I believe it was on GamePass. Controls were a bit too complicated for my taste. Maybe I should try it again with more calm.

I will jump between the superb Mad Max, Borderlands: Game of the Year and Octopath Traveler. All of them on my Series X.
