fantastic gunplay and setting, still others aspects were questionable.
also some inconsistencies in the whole experience.

yeah, I read Sacred 2 Remaster is pretty bad even on PC.
I'm sorry: I have fond memories about that game albeit blurred.

this week I stopped playing Diablo IV: I'm well beyond 300h on Steam, not counting the time on Xbox and Playstation; yes I'm ashamed.

then I discovered an amazing game DeadZone Rogue a FPS with rogue-lite elements. it should be on Xbox too. you can play alone or with friends in co-op.

finally I bought Eternal Strands on Steam, a game that I recommend to everyone and should be supported: it's a lovely action-adventure title.

yes you are right about the price: now they say that the increasing of inflation is higher than the obsolescence of the consoles life cycle.
(of course I think it is a lie)

yeah, I had RROD 2 times too, but the latest Xbox360 consoles (the black ones with different design and smaller) were fine.

now, what this celebration does mean to me?
that I'm aging a lot! of course! 😂

but there is a particular side I would like to highlight: towards the end of the Xbox360 era, Microsoft made mandatory that every game released on the market should be digitally delivered on the Marketplace too; I switched to digital immediately because I live in rural Italy, about one hour from any videogame store, plus the currier never finds my home for a reason or another.

probably I'm the minority here, but I do support Steam whenever I can so I buy there.
BUT I'm very glad Microsoft has this business plan: when I bought a gaming PC, with my surprise I discovered many games I already owned on Xbox where ready to play on my PC Xbox App, thanks to this program.

I remember that in online matches players seem to slide on the ground, not walk.
it was kind of fun to watch.
however my memories are very blurred.
I played it albeit it wasn't my kind of game: I couldn't resonate much with the whole mechanics.

I'm really not sure about the potential price, but thankfully we will know in few months.

I can say I met through Discord Gaming Servers some interesting people and one of them has become my best friend.

I don't question myself much if gaming is a waste of time or not: I feel attracted by videogames so I play.
could I nurture different, healthier hobbies?
probably but I don't care because my interest is in this particular entertainment.

sometimes I just need time for myself and a good game: it helped me much during some difficult period.

it was really a different time back then.
Xbox Live for me was a revolution: like spending an evening out with friends in a pub, only playing games in the comfort of your room.
the community was different too, at least in Italy: smaller but less toxic.

same feelings here: I tried to play GTA-V but the three protagonist division wasn't appropriate for my taste; and yes GTA-4 had some funny physics.

I have fond memories about the PGR series too.

I apologise in advance but I'm not able to enjoy RockStar games however I'm aware there are lot of people caring and resonating with their titles.
so for those gamers I really hope GTA6 will be ready for November next year.
there is a lot going on on this game, I believe the pressure on the studio should be very high.

just today I played Doom 2016 mp on PC: the community is still alive and I found a match immediately.
said that I still have to play Doom: The Dark Ages.

I tried Halo: Infinite mp and it was fine for me, just I wasn't the perfect target.
problem is I prefer a Quake 3 Arena / Quake Champions style of PvP but for the latter there isn't a console version or a controller enabled one on PC.

my favorite game at the moment is Diablo 4 and as you already know is a GAAS, a Live Service game.
so as you understand I'm in a similar position.
I tried alternatives off-line like Last Epoch but it's not quite the same.

so, wasn't a Diablo 4 off-line experience impossible to build? too much efforts and resources involved?
I don't know, of course, but the same it should be said for CoD campaign.

well, as they say: "To dream Is Free", so I would really appreciate a Crackdown Remaster.
not a remake, mind you, just a remaster for modern consoles, PC.
I'm talking about the first Crackdown, Agent.

I have a Rog Ally Extreme and the display looks and works very well, in my opinion.
so I do agree with their position for the Rog Xbox Ally.

said that I would have appreciated a model with 8" display.
but I suspect I'm the minority here.

anyway I will look closely to the Lenovo Legion Go 2 too (no release date yet).

Personally I'm interested on the presentation of the Asus/Xbox handheld console with z2 extreme processor. Then a glimpse of the Xbox-PC launcher, for Windows, especially designed for handheld.

as for the games I would like to watch a bit of Perfect Dark, Fable and Contraband, in addition to all the other Xbox Studios.

I had a SteamDeck, now gifted to a friend in need.
however I still own a Rog Ally Extreme, and I'm waiting for the next wave of Windows handheld devices.
if the "xbox version" is more powerful I will buy it instead of the Rog Ally 2.
sometime I just want to play on my bed... I'm a very lazy person.

said that I would love a 8" display so I'm keeping an eye on the Legion GO 2 too.

as a related thought, I do prefer SteamOS to Windows, problem is only a fraction of my Steam library runs on SteamOS (that is based on Linux and have to use Proton compiler).
I went so far as installing a SteamOS fork (Bazzite) on my Rog Ally Extreme and it runs flawlessly.

P.S.
I forgot to write many publishers or studios block their games on SteamOS especially if there is an online competitive portion allegedly for security purposes.

maybe wait a bit longer and keep it: probably the next Sony console is 2 years from now or more so we could have a lot of patches and optimisations.

I think the problem I had with Suicide Squad is that its controls are counter-intuitive in my opinion.
I bought it on 2 platforms: Xbox and Steam, however I wasn't able to enjoy it.

may I say usually GTA pc versions don't push the hardware very much?
RockStar I suspect has a Console First approach, that is fine with me: I'm not criticizing.
