Since Cyberpunk 2077's next-gen update finally landed, attention has quickly turned to expansions. Developer CD Projekt Red confirmed the existence of DLC plans before the game even came out, and it looks like those plans are still being worked on.

Recently, Cyberpunk 2077 quest designer Paweł Sasko hosted a livestream, where he played some of the game and discussed the team's current and future plans. There, Sasko confirmed that expansions, and more updates, are in the works.

"I unfortunately cannot tell you anything about our future plans. I can assure you that we are working on expansions, we're working on stuff for you guys besides that. That didn't change, we're still improving the game because we are all aware there's work to be done."

Last month, as we all learned of The Witcher 4's existence (sorry, a new game in the Witcher universe), CDPR also touched on upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 plans. The developer said that an "upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 expansion" would continue to use the team's own REDengine technology.

That led to speculation about whether we'd still get multiple expansions. This new livestream clip at least hints at more than one content drop to come, although what form those drops will take remains to be seen.
