I have so many fond memories of the original- the Master System was my first console after having a C64, being able to play games without having to get my dad to load a tape was ground breaking for us back then!

Outriders and I've just started a new game on Monster Hunter World after getting bored with Rise.

@UltimateOtaku91 imagine the Nintendo fanboys if Xbox gets a portable Fifa thats better than the legacy editions they are stuck with on Switch 🤣.

@Halucigens stick with lower world tiers until you level up a bit and are starting to grind for end game loot.
The drop level is negated by the increase in enemy level, and everything you get early on just get mashed up for Mats.
It looks like you get the same amount of experience per kill on tier 3 or tier 15, so make your life easier and enjoy the campaign.

I'm loving it, feels like a Gears and Destiny hybrid with a healthy dose of Dooms fast paced combat (I'm playing Tricksters assin tree, so lots of shotgun and melee action going on).
Hopefully there's enough end game to keep the grind fun.

@UltimateOtaku91 I've never noticed that before, it probably blends in with the controller so I don't see it. Moving forward that's probably all I will see now

I'm not a fan of Amiibo, I grabbed the Magnamalo one for the armour but will likely sell it on looking at how the prices have skyrocketed - i can effectively get the game for free from the profit lol.

@UltimateOtaku91 at the end if the month. Its easy enough to blast through in 1 sitting but the collectibles are a bit of a grind.

I'm going to have to try and cut a slot in my Series S so I can play the disc versions.

I have to wait a few more weeks as my pre order confirmation said they arent available for release date but will arrive by 10th April.

I'm just annoyed that my headset pre order got put back until April 10th.
At least I was able to grab one, most sellers stopped taking pre orders as they were already sold out.

I would think they will keep it exclusive to drive GamePass subscriptions and keep the Games as Service options like ESO and FO76 cross platform.

Hopefully this comes to gamepass and I will give it a go for free.
The thought of being stuck playing as Kamala for so much of the campaign just put me off paying for it - I hated her in the books, why would I want to play as her in a game when I could be any of the other Avengers!

I often wonder how many parents picked up a One X/S over Christmas thinking they were the new consoles.

I'm just glad I will get to play them day 1 on gamepass. It would be nice of they could talk Nintendo into having Gsmepass on the Swotch Pro as that would be a win win

This game needs to go F2P, it only took off do well on PlayStation because it was included with + on launch. Hopefully it comes to gamepass

There just isn't enough game to warrant paying - especially as it is fully reliant on an active user base, at least Fortnite has Save the World to play solo.

That's good to know, brought my mine to work with me and when I set it up couldn't get online. I was starting to worry as everything was working fine before I left the house.

@PhhhCough I picked Immortals FR up on switch and its one of my biggest regrets, everything looks so blurry, it gives me a headache after an hour or so of play. I really wish I had picked it up on a different system.

Been looking forward to this, loved Bulletstorm and Gears Judgement.
Will try the demo and then decide if I'm going to pick this up or grab Monster Hunter Rise instead - I only have enough time for one looter at a time.

I found the touch controls get in the way for most games (LoL Wild Rift is the only mobile game that feels serviceable with touch).
I picked up a Razor Kishi and it is amazing for playing the cloud games in work or remote play in bed.

I have a few achievements to mop up in Donut County and will then move onto Gears 5 and maybe a bit of Splatoon

It's a shame really as the universe and core gameplay loop were both amazing, the game just lacked any sort of endgame content.
If EA had pumped some money into it instead of leaving a skeleton crew I'm sure they could have turned it around and done a Taken King.

That will be what happened earlier when it randomly synched to my phone after the cat sat on it.
Might delete it from my phone as I use the Razer Kishi, I find the controller clip way to cumbersome and top heavy.

Games Master is one of those shows that pretty much encapsulates the 90's. I remember splitting a fiver bag of weed with a mate and sitting down to watch this every week.

They just need to look at the PlayStation app and copy that. I find it really accessible and it has everything you need.

@kantaroo I think you're probably right, 2 of the new gen machines are diskless and including a physical copy of the game would force them to buy it twice, and including a digital code for the game would just piss off the physical collectors.

Almost picked Jurassic World Evolution up on the Switch, so glad I waited as it should look much better on android.
