Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (March 6th)

Gears of War 4 campaign in co-op. I played some Gears 5 and Hivebusters before that and I would say GoW 4 campaing is way better so far. Other than that I played some Mass Effect 1. Not waiting for remaster, original works fine via backwards compatibility unless they will add it to Game Pass, then I may play second one remastered.

@DaveOMac It's probably that and this comment is just a justification. People often forget that corporations do not give explanations but justifications to their policies. They are created only after a decision was already made based on financial considerations. They are companies making money after all. Just people fall for justyfing narratives companies make and take them as some serious point of discussion. There is nothing to discuss because it's meaningless. Real point is, do we like or don't like them making paid upgrades seeing that many others have changed their policy?

Re: EA Will Reportedly Decide The Fate Of Anthem This Week

Anthem, great example when parent company interfere in artistic creation. EA forced on Bioware online game yet they never have done such a game. They also forced them to use Frostbite engine which they didn't know and had to learn to use. There was a disaster in the making, two issues both technical and creative were upon them to resolve. No one would make it.

Re: Mass Effect Legendary Edition News Might Be On The Way This Week

@xMightyMatt14x I am great fan of early Bioware, especially of DnD era: Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, Kotor 1. I remember back in the day I was sceptical about their newer projects, Mass Effect because it didn't felt like rpg to me but more like fps (!) and Dragon Age because it was based on their own lore which felt generic to me compared to DnD. Now looking at how RPG genre changed in the last decade or so I am willing to consider Mass Effect 1 a hardcore RPG by present standarts haha.
Graphics are no issue to me, only frame rate lower than 30 is killing my brain and eyes haha.

Re: Cyberpunk 2077 Is Also Freezing For Some Players On Xbox Series X

Lajt

I played for maybe two hours (Series X), didn't notice any glitches apart from something like a drift, character was walking on its own in tutorial when finished one of the tasks. Had to move around for it to stop. Graphics aren't that great that's true, not much differences between performance and higher quality except for fps so performance is the best way to play. Other than that, game looks promising, love how it is so interactive with enviroment, especially control panels, computers, hacking, while mini game is tedious, is interesting way to change situation in battles.
