Taking a look at the Xbox Store, it seems as though Madden 24 has already been delisted for purchase, so you won't be able to pick this one up digitally before it leaves Game Pass. This is often the case with sports titles on EA Play, as the publisher continues with its annual release schedule.
We should hear about late February's batch of leavers in the middle of the month, where we expect more than one title to be leaving the library! It should also be noted that Madden NFL 26 is joining Xbox Game Pass this Thursday.
