Really wanted to enjoy the first Warhammer: Vermintide. But the game had incredible soap opera effect in the graphics. Hurt my eyes. Gave me headache.

Only other game did that to me was Rage 1 on the Xbox 360.

Both games really wanted to play. Just couldn't do it.

Also like to add, this goes out to all those all digital fanboys - - this is what you'll get. Do you want $80-$100 games? Really? Do you?

Price gouging will be the norm. Physical media is not broke. Why try fix it. No need to. People have no idea what they're asking for. When see how bad getting screwed. Will be too late. Nothing but nonstop, biting the pillow.

$80 is completely pricing me out buying new games. I have can afford it, yes. But I simply can not, will not, justify that price point for video game. Just not happening.

There is no reason to charge that much for a video game. None. Scale back costs. Do games need high expense voice actors? No. I could do just as good work and my pay be less than what pay voice actors now. I'm not joking, either.

I have plenty of backlog to play that last me probably for year or two. So I can wait for decent sale or just never buy at that price.

Justice League, absolutely, positively, unequivocally, totally, should been just a single player game with maybe 4 player co-op.

Forcing the game to basically be live service model, just to chase money, was pure failure. Whoever made that decision should never be allowed to work in gaming ever again.

But, and this important part to ALWAYS remember, if Microsoft shuts servers down, for any reason, then you are out luck.

Remember that, when people constantly preech, that all digital is sooooooo wonderful.

Can't wait for EVERYTHING to be just only digital. It's sooooooo convenient to own nothing you pay for.

Really hope people wake up soon, and fight against it. It's only the beginning. It WILL NOT get better.

Well...yea. Game boy type games been on game pass for years now.

Honestly been the quality level that vast majority games are on game pass.

This is probably how the real and honest conversation behind closed doors went:

The "complexity is, we want to make sure the consumer, owns nothing, will always be forced to rent everything, and have zero rights to anything that consumer ever purchases. We will continue to tout how awesome being all digital could be. Then after the consumer is locked in and consumer then realizes the grift is in full effect, past point of no return, and understands it's truly a terrible idea, we pull the rug out from under them. Leaving all screwed over.

Still believe majority, not care, not want, this. Probably will have decent launch, then sales dropping off hard and fast.

Just my opinion. May sell like crazy.

Yep, I'm still bitter about it. If Playstation put their games on Xbox. It be lot easier to stomach.

Was very, very excited for Dune Spice Wars. Played day one on game pass. The font was soooooo unreadable and small in that game, I quit playing after about 30 mins.

Followed couple updates see if that would be addressed. Did not see anything. Deleted game. Never looked back.

Huge shame. Really looked forward to it.

@Lup Far as Clair Obscure, Heard, turn based combat, immediately lost all interest.

It also hits on HUGE personal pet peeve of mine. Stupid names, stupid titles. Any time see any those it automatically sends me into a Seinfeld rage.

But yours (and I'm right with you) is perfect example of why Game Pass is worst idea in gaming and why Xbox Live was superior.

If we drop game pass. How do we play online then? From my understanding, game pass replaced Xbox Live as way play games online (except free to play games). Meaning we are stuck paying for game pass in some manner.

It is complete grift from Microsoft.

@IOI Oh, I've said that for close two years now on here. Absolutely going see Grift Pass hit around $50 dollars in few years if Microsoft wants it to survive.

Much, much, much, much, much, much, much, Preferred Xbox Live. Was able get 12 month card $40-$50 every year. If Grift Pass did the same for Ultimate 12 month card for $100 I'd be more forgiving about Grift Pass.

@Ricky-Spanish Oh I agree 120% the "advancement" from to gen to gen at this point is joke.

For me, if someone played something from Xbox One and Xbox Series X, the only difference think I'd say is solid state drives and quick resume. Games for most part look and play the same.

Let's hope this new Xbox is legit advancement. Not getting my hopes up as truly believe it will be very much like Xbox version of the Switch.

@WildConcept6 The Series S is not only an unnecessary disaster, but, you actually have it completely, totally absolutely, unequivocally, backwards - the Series S is holding back the Series X since any developer has to factor in the Series S into its development. Which is disaster with it being a less powerful, and less capable console when compared to Series X.

But do truly appreciate your contribution to the conversation, despite having it backwards.

@Ricky-Spanish Presequel did feel cool while playing due to that gravity feature.

But really didn't feel like borderlands game much at all. Granted a different developer did make the game. So is understable.

Maybe that is why Microsoft have quietly abandoned the FPS Boost feature. Can't even remember last time saw game added with that feature.

For years repeatedly said Xbox Series S is and always a bad idea. What seems on weekly basis of issues trying to run games.

Hopefully Microsoft have seen how terrible an idea it is and will not repeat this horrendous decision with next gen of having two consoles.
