Re: Xbox's Contraband Still In The Works As Job Listing Reveals New Details

GuyinPA75

Very, very, very curious about this game and really looking forward to playing it.

Hopefully the "live service" aspect of it not harbinger of death as it was for Redfall.

And for the record, I genuinely felt Redfall got unnecessary bad rap. If released at $40 - $50 with updates have now. People absolutely would enjoyed it more and sold better.

Re: Microsoft Spends Up To $50m On Xbox Game Pass Partnerships, Says Former Manager

GuyinPA75

Further evidence to what I've said on this site for years....

If Microsoft want keep game pass in existence. Within next two years, game pass is going to hit $40 - $50 monthly subscription. Game pass ultimate already at $20 a month.

Should NEVER got rid of Xbox Live. Better value for gamers that want to experience Xbox and play online, without being forced to pay extra premium for tons of worthless games on quality level of game boy color games.

Re: Is Xbox Game Pass Unsustainable? Arkane Founder Sparks Huge Debate On Social Media

@Questionable_Duck "The Microsoft of today, however, the one run by Satya Nadella, would never do anything like the original Xbox. Satya and the Microsoft shareholders clearly only care about one thing: how to make as much money as fast as possible."

And that is why exactly how you bankrupt a business, stifle all potential for long term success and growth, eliminate the ability for residual return.

Pretty much destroy the very purpose of owning and holding on to stocks.

Nadella needs to go. He's a disaster!

Re: Is Xbox Game Pass Unsustainable? Arkane Founder Sparks Huge Debate On Social Media

GuyinPA75

@AverageGamer Exactly!

I've said the same here numerous times.

Nadella is essentially destroying Microsoft. His whole mindset is to find a way to make EVERYTHING an overpriced and very unnecessary subscription model.

People are fed up with subscriptions. Now passed the point of fatigue. If subscription services were profitable, then so many merges and closings of many services.

Nadella absolutely needs to go.

Re: The Elder Scrolls Online Is The Latest Bethesda Game To Add Mods On Xbox

GuyinPA75

@TrevorP86 I love Elder Scrolls Online. Played thousands of hours. Purchased all the physical collectors editions. And I still frequently play ESO today.

But as I stated in my prior post, the bots are ruining the game, and bugthesda/zenimax doing nothing or care nothing about the bots ruining the experience.

It is very off putting seeing players endlessly use bots to run around the world, mining resources, etc, to sell for gold to buy crowns, unfairly outbid other guilds for traders, etc. It's lazy. It's incredibly unfair.

Anyone that uses bots should have their account and IP address permanently banned. Especially now with the player add-ons being released. Only going encourage even further unscrupulous behavior.

Re: Forza Motorsport Studio Said To Be 'Bracing' For Job Cuts At Xbox

GuyinPA75

@Kaloudz Agree. Think forza motorsport 4 is one I put ton hours into. Even went all out and got fanatec Porsche wheel.

But all my time went into single player.

Turn 10 did (and honestly still do) nothing to clean up multiplayer. I have ZERO fun in dealing with all the people that think it's demolition derby from opening lap. Plus not having a lobby that forces a cockpit only cam view, just ruins experience for players like me that would absolutely enjoy a Sim experience.

Re: Xbox Play Anywhere Is Growing Massively In 2025, And There's A Lot More To Come

GuyinPA75

@Isolte Exactly! That's why I scratch my head constantly all the fanboys repeat over and over, Game pass the best deal in gaming! Nah. Nope. Not really. Unless enjoy quality of side scrolling, game boy color games, jumping over lava pits as fun.

All this play anywhere is just a fade. It will blow over or just exist due to handful people that play 5 mins a day on cramped device as the silently ask for future vision issues and carpal tunnel.

Nadella as usual is making all the wrong calls at all the wrong times.

If it was say 10-15 years in future and internet infrastructure was better (faster, reliable speeds, ZERO data caps) it might have chance.

Today...it's just wasting money.

Re: Xbox Data Shows 'Most' Console Owners Are Playing On Other Devices As Well, Says Exec

GuyinPA75

@andrewsqual I do agree 110% with everything you are seeing and saying.

But really not going put - - at least not yet - - all the blame on Phil. Mainly due to Nadella. Over last 10 years all nadella's vision been, cloud, cloud, cloud, cloud, cloud, more cloud, then even little bit more cloud, and also to find a way to make EVERYTHING and ANYTHING possible into an unnecessary and overpriced subscription service.

And not even get me started on the good products with incredible potential Microsoft had but nadella pulled the plug on.

The next trouble keep in mind is nadella is a complete, total AI nut. Going see lot more of that from him. Microsoft recently purchased or are hammering out the details to buy a reactor or two at Three Mile Island in Pennsylvania to power their AI.

Yes. That Three Mile Island.

Re: Talking Point: Did Xbox Just Hint At A Hybrid Next-Gen Console?

GuyinPA75

On this very site for years now, I've said the new Xbox console most likely be Switch style console.

My past posts absolutely prove been calling this one for a while now.

I still could be wrong. But still think I'm correct in my belief. Yet no one gives me credit here in comments section or in articles on here. Pfffffffft. Lame.

Come on now! Lol
