After a lengthy delay and plenty of controversy to go along with it, Black Myth: Wukong finally launched on Xbox last summer, exactly one year later than the PS5 release. Since then, the Xbox faithful have seemingly been pretty happy with it — going off the Microsoft Store rating at least — and it's now received its first digital discount since launch.
Indeed, heading over to the Xbox Store page for Black Myth right now, the game has a roughly 25% discount for the next three weeks. The action-RPG did have a pre-launch Xbox discount prior to its release in August, but this is the first one since then, and it's a slightly better offer than that pre-order promotion last year.

The timing of this is curious, given that we're expecting Xbox's big Lunar New Year Sale to kick off at any point; potentially as early as this week. The three-week discount for Black Myth: Wukong is not part of our usual weekly deals on Xbox, and is likely an early offer to tie in with this Lunar New Year promotion (there's a small batch of other discounts that have gone live as well).
