Back in mid-June, Xbox finally unveiled its new Game Hubs on the wider public after a period of Insider testing, and immediately we started to see social media posts and Pure Xbox comments asking how to turn the feature off.
In fact, the reception here at Pure Xbox was largely negative, with a whopping 61% of voters (based on 1,263 votes) stating that they were "not a fan" of the Xbox Game Hubs and that they were "getting in the way".
That poll is closed now, but you can see how the results ended up down below:
What Do You Think Of Xbox Game Hubs So Far? (1,262 votes)
- I like them, a good new feature!
- They're alright I guess?
- Not a fan, they're getting in the way!
- Honestly, I haven't noticed a difference...

For those who aren't aware, Xbox Game Hubs are what you see in the image above - a new stats screen that appears when you go to open an Xbox game, giving you more information on things like achievements and available add-ons.
The intent is to provide a useful overview of the title you're about to play, but clearly they haven't received the reception that Team Xbox was hoping for - and therefore they're likely going to keep getting tweaked during the rest of 2025.
Now that you've had a month to live with them and get over the teething period though, how are you feeling about Xbox Game Hubs now? If you're still not keen, we've got a guide on how to turn them off below, but keep in mind that you can use the X button to bypass them entirely when launching games from your "Recently Played" lists as well.
Let's run the poll back once again - you'll see a fresh version to vote in below:
