However, Library of Ruina has surprisingly dropped on Xbox Game Pass today! It's available right now.
Original story: As part of today's Xbox Indie Showcase, a new batch of games have been announced to be joining Xbox Game Pass on day one, along with the beloved Stardew Valley, which will be heading to the service in the near future.
Let's take a look at what was shown:
Aragami 2: September 17
Aragami 2 is a third person stealth game where you play as an assassin with the power to control the shadows. You are one of the last elite warriors of your kin, the Aragami.
Pupperazi: Coming Soon
Put your love for pups to the test in Pupperazzi - we have a bunch of dogs that need their photos taken, doggone it! Photograph, pet, and play fetch with the finest (and derpiest) dogs to build your career and upgrade your camera. WOOF.
Evil Genius 2: Q4 2021
Evil Genius 2 is a satirical spy-fi lair builder, where players take control of an Evil Genius and set their plans for world domination in motion. When it feels this good to be bad, the Forces of Justice don’t stand a chance!
Library Of Ruina: Available Today!
Library of Ruina is a game that uses the concept of a “Library Battle Simulation”.
You will invite guests to the Library and engage in combat with them to gain 'Books' with their stories. Battles are played with the 'Librarians' and the 'Guests' using cards and dice. You can plan against the guests’ moves by looking at the cards they will use and select the most optimal card to oppose them.
Stardew Valley: Coming Soon
You’ve inherited your grandfather’s old farm plot in Stardew Valley. Armed with hand-me-down tools and a few coins, you set out to begin your new life. Can you learn to live off the land and turn these overgrown fields into a thriving home?
There we have it! A bunch of (mostly) new, varied titles coming to Xbox Game Pass on day one. No doubt there's at least one here that tickles your fancy, and it'll be coming to a console near you very soon.
