Physical copies went for next to nothing on Amazon. Bought 3, one to keep, two to gift. Shame this didn't hit, fantastic game, too bad it had to go to Game Pass. Your fate is sealed if you hit GP after release.

The only AI I want in videogames is the rubberband-ish kind that you curse after failing a race or a fight, like in Forza, Virtua Fighter or Mario Kart.

Just sad. Only a simple minded fool would pay for essential.

A physical copy would be a fantastic update otherwise no amount of updates to a digital only game will ever see my money.

What about the battery charge issues and Windows 11 not working with anything? How about all the stuttering and performance issues? is that fun? does that change your habits and make you wish you didn't play bad video game handhelds?

Where is GHOST RECON WILDLANDS Series update or 60fps?

I was able to boot up and play Powerwasher Sim 2. I'm a bit afraid to make progress or play on until service is back up.

Been waiting over a year for Wreckreation, pre-ordered on Amazon last January, better be good. Waiting to see BMX Streets, hoping for ScooterX/Mat Hoffman-like at the worst. Been sorely missing arcade style open world-ish extreme sports games the past few generations, nice to see a comeback lately.

@Link41x just completed Angry Birds Epic(as far as it would let us go) on an older iPad, my daughter and I started it almost 11 years ago and found our ipad with it still installed and working. Why isn't there a decent AB on Switch 2 or play anywhere?

Haven't played this since launch, Did they fix the ridiculously difficult base AI when you break stealth or just stealth in general? Getting hammered by mechs with pinpoint accuracy when trying to dismantle the "mining" rig or whatever the task for just completing said task, checked me out of Pandora real fast and I never went back

Microsoft has done nothing but renege on every commitment and promise and it started with XboxOne continuing through the poorly implemented Activision buyout and on to today with incompetent leadership. Gamepass is not a sustainable business model nor are random price hikes in this Orange world, read the frickin' room. Something MS never seems to do. If I were a futures investor(oh hey, I am) MS can take the shades off, the future isn't very bright.

Wow! 5 Games? GamePass should cost like $40 or $50 a month. They're giving it away at $30!!!... not. Insta-buy Ball x Pit for Switch 2. $15 roguelike only available on $30 GP, nice flex MS.

Cronos and Hell is Us for physical. I really dig Achilles Survivor, Soulstone Survivors and Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel as digital only and honestly have gotten more attention from me this year. Love these quality survivor-likes of late for quick fixes and stress relief.

Just another breadcrumb in the case of the missing next-gen Xbox. Gonna find this happening a lot lot lot more as devs shy away from the GP demands, form this new solidarity/security and avoid Xbox entirely.

I want an update to allow me to remove all the bloat from the dashboard and when I select "see less of this" I actually see less. I hate the unremovable Play History tab stuck at the end. The entire dashboard is ugly really. So much nicer UI on Switch/2 and PS5 and I can see what I want, wish it were the same on Xbox, nope just ads.

This isn't the "Person Of The Year" TIME Magazine of old. Its an advertisement based service first and foremost, nowadays and "praise" goes to the highest bidder. When is the last time you looked to a TIME magazine article review and thought "I trust TIME, take my money"?

I enjoyed the movie outside of the Minecraft world, I want a sequel to see more of the real world. It had that Napoleon Dynamite quirk kinda like a Wes Anderson movie that was great until we went full Minecraft, I wanted more and to live in that "real world" longer. I doubt we get that.

I have never played a F2P and do not play any multiplayer "game" but to even me, who has no idea how these loot pass box season schemes even work, the so-called perks look like entry level stuff you could acquire free in many other ways or items that are cosmetic. The cosmetic stuff makes no sense. You'd think the players wearing the "perks" would be like wearing a target in game. Am I wrong? Does anyone actually use these?

Sidenote: how many actual Xbox owners with GP ultimate actually play Fortnight? I don't play anything mp or mp online, I only realized Fortnite was available for Xbox with this new GP announcement, been a US Xbox player since inception, never FN mentioned in any context with Xbox.(Also never played Fortnite, so I may have no clue what I am talking about)

How about how my security was violated when MS raised GP prices then decided not to make consoles anymore? That news too fresh?

Some simple math and google you'll find the majority of the games available can be had new/used physical or on sale digital, in it's near library entirety for less than 1 or 2 months of GP ultimate if you try hard enough and you do not need any tier of GP to install and play. Games like Assassin's Creed will take at least a week of play to complete achievements/100%. The maths don't math in the value or necessity department. Easy cancel.

My random decision to cancel any form of GP last month, looks better every week. I'm finding my backlog is full of great games and really brought the fun back to gaming.

Nothing on Game Pass that's for sure. I'll be finishing up the achievements in Achilles Survivor and moving onto finishing Star Wars Outlaws from the backlog, possibly starting Hell Is Us.

I really dislike this feature and wish I could remove it. I wish I could remove a lot of things from the dashboard, I'd pay for a Game Pass that didn't offer any games but would stop trying to advertise and suggest stuff to me. Heck, I'd pay for Game Pass to go away and we go back to a physical only console.

Damn Shame Tony Hawk drops in this Xbox purge, probably pick it up on Switch 2 as I won't be Day One on GamePass ever again.

Fatal Fury:COTW and picking up 3 of the last 10 games(as of today) I need to complete my North American physical Xbox One collection of normal releases(non-special editions if possible). Ramped up collecting last two years for Xbox and nearly completed right as the company goes tits up. Value just tripled, thanks MS.

@MaseSco Hot Wheels Unleashed was hot trash. You enjoyed falling off the track like the entire game was Rainbow Road? Unleashed 2 got a bit better. Personally not a fan of rally games however I have played a few and researched many as I love the racing game as a genre and the majority have mostly seemed to be featureless or control awfully or just plain boring, Rally is not racing it's time trials and that's just not what I wanna spend my $79.99 on these days, the motorcycle games haven't been good since OG Xbox. Has anyone on console ever completed a lap yet in Ride 5, SBK or MotoGP this year? Make racing games and arcade racers again, not cart racing, not rally, not motorcycles with wheels of ice. All we have is rally and rally is boring.

@JayJ TDU has not made much if any improvements, it just doesn't crash anymore on consoles and the AI rubber band was made a bit longer.

In honor of the Xbox 360 not having cloud based services, how about making all those lousy streaming laggy Activision games MS just shat out to GP, downloadable and actually fun to play?

No way, PGR never got the handling right. Great videos on YouTube about this topic. If you're bringing something back from Xbox past it better start with OUT and end with RUN, the still gorgeous Outrun 2006 or how about the Curly Monsters one hit wonder Quantum Redshift, MS own Midtown Madness, Motocross Madness, Sega Rally, DAYTONAAAA! Ridge Racer 6 or the unbound one, Full Auto, Forza before the Xbox One, at least 20 franchises, one offs, remakes or sequels I wanna see before boring reused PGR series.

I cannot play more than a few minutes of any of the games no many how many times I try. Duck, cover and reload becomes so tedious in just a few minutes of gameplay, I never understood the popularity outside the pretty graphics. I prefer my active reload to be inactive in gaming.

Nacon and Milestone have cooperatively ruined console racing games and I blame them for the state of cheap featureless, poorly optimized and downright boring racing games. Codemasters hasn't turned out anything good since EA took over, not a fan but word is F1 games stink worse each year.

Someone(Burnout and former NFS and Playground Devs) needs to kick racing in the ass and put out a full featured fun Cruisin' or Rush style game, another Burnout, Midtown Madness, Midnight Club, Sega anything and stat. This is horrible news for racing and driving fans.

Same sale on the same games every 5th week or so.

Not recommended. Lovecraft has become The Walking Dead in gaming. Tired, wasn't that interesting to begin with, never fleshed out or poorly written and goes absolutely nowhere without finishing the story started years before. Where's the games based on Phillip K. Dick, Robert Heinlein or even Kurt Vonnegut stories? Give me a Slaughterhouse Five fishing tournament.
