Got Godzilla early from Amazon yesterday, very disappointed. Graphics are sharper but nothing at all has been done to the gameplay. Pretty bare bones by todays standard too, no perks just the same tedious unlocks and a smallish roster. Was hoping for some bonus characters and a few tweaks to the single player system. 2 player is still a good time.

My Walmart has 3 Series X all digital, 2 Series X with disc and a half dozen Series S. Also 2 ROG Ally X and boring 3 ROG Ally. Saw a handful of Switch 2s as well. Meijer has at least 3 Series X, a discless X and a few S. All of them have PS5s. Amazon has my choice of xbox in stock and ready to ship overnight. However, a PS5PRO was nowhere to be found.

I'm not buying the hardware supply argument from MS and Asha. Seems more like a demand issue to me.

I'd take another GameSir over the 8bit. Too many sharpish edges, especially where my hands rest naturally while playing. Returned the newest 8bit 3 for a GameSir G7 and have been very happy. Great response and overall much more sleek looking and comfortable without that Nintendo fan tiny hands feel. It was cheaper on a Amazon deal as well. GameSir > 8bitDo and both are miles ahead of the Elite 2 plastic e-waste.

Not sure if I dislike FH6 more than FH5 but it sure is close, I really hate this setting and the game just runs bad. I would have been day one on PS5 Pro or PC over the xbox had Microsoft wanted to actually make money. Now I'm on to this live service grift and I'm out.

Also, that new DLC has to be miles better than the FH5 covid garbage DLC

@BAMozzy this comment needs to be pinned. My xbox is a tool and will never be anything more. If my refrigerator played my physical games, I'd use that over my xbox or Playstation. I have 0 brand loyalty, especially to MS, and these brands own 0 ips I want to see expanded on. Stay in your lane or crash violently into the ravine? I'd keep my eyes on the paved road in front of me.

FH6 has been my least enjoyed game of any game with a Forza name badge and bounced off it faster than any game in the series with no urge at all to pop the disc back in, may not come back for DLC I paid for either if they drop the ball like the FH5 Rally crud. Please sell the brand!

Very suspect. Gears is a game I'll never play, even for free, however something rubs me wrong about all these reviews, almost intelligent yet somehow artificial and seemingly expensive .

$1000 is the new $499. $5 is worth $10 now. This is not difficult to figure out. New consoles will be $1k+ no doubt about it. Any less means less features, like a disc drive or credit card reader.

Puck Off will get a hard look from me as someone begging for Tape 2 Tape to come 2 consoles.

Now that disc to digital is in full effect, I'd like to see xbox concentrate on the store experience. 15 versions of Railbreak DX or crud like Block Pusher is a bit excessive.

When will these money sink waste of effort events like this go away? Clearly if we're discussing pausing your game for an ad break, these events do nothing for business.

Finally getting around CP2077: Phantom Liberty from my backlog this weekend on PS5 Pro and clean up on achievements for Yet Another Zombie Survivors on Series X for a break or pallette cleanse. Also waiting for Sega Soccer Slam for Xbox to arrive and breakout the xbox or 360 for some couch matches.

These are always so disappointing, seems like we need some of the big boys back in the Archive/collection game. Seems like Activision, Capcom, Namco, Sega and Nintendo could print money by the way the boring game compilations are selling, ie Arcade Archives 2, if they got (back) into the remaster business. No new graphics or upgrades, just playable on modern consoles with modern controls. If you're gonna be greedy be really greedy and monetize everything.

30fps for an action game in 2026 is unacceptable.

@fatpunkslim My collection has gone value has gone up significantly in the past weeks since all these disc-less announcements and time passed for the dust to settle. I'd go as far to say 20% increase, especially in the delisted games. Same story at my local game shop, watching prices rise. I use two aggregate sites/apps Price Charting and GameEye to track my collection. 435 360/One/X games and counting.

A perfect collection for a physical disc compilation, as it stands for individual single mostly featureless games these are way overpriced. Maybe a few worth a $5 but these should all be compiled into a collection and sold way way way cheaper. I want all versions of games at what they charge, not just the arcade. No doubt this entire list fits on one disc and then some.

Pretty sure this is a last ditch effort to drum up excitement for a sequel on the fence of being canceled. Sales were 2KXO/Invincible VS. levels of low and the diss not making the upgrade free on PS5 soured any good will a sequel had.

I have 430 physical xbox one and xbox series games. How is this lucrative to xbox? I guess this makes sealed new copies more valuable if the digital license is still available? Still means they can lock you out of games, especially IP licensed games. Example: TMNT license ends, you think your digital version is safe, sell your physical and SOL on both ends. I'm afraid if I take the digital license for my physical game, it will, in turn make my physical game, in essence, licensed as well or basically numbered and part of my account and unusable physical when the license evaporates, as its tied to my account. Really need to read all the fine print on this.

Having bought at least one of every new physical xbox release I could get here in the U.S. since 2020, I feel like I am actually 1 whole % of that actual 5.

How many players on xbox buy a game because of Play Anywhere, all 200 ROG Ally users? Genuinely curious.

Why isn't Fuel on this list over 2 bad Spiderman games? There was that awesome Captain America game too on 360 that sells for over $100 new and $50 used. The Xmen Legends games outshined the Marvel Alliance team ups if I recall correctly too, be nice to see those playable on a compilation.

Finally, a new Emoji Killer. I hear the dev has been draining all the local cooling stations for this one.

@oopsiezz it's much deeper. January is going to be ugly for the company, after nobody buys GTA6 for an xbox because it plays better elswhere, the cleanse will really take shape.

Still not coming back for some simple really underwhelming changes that cost nothing to implement. Commit to physical, 86 GamePass, sell Activision, make one powerful console and a handheld that doesn't need dumbed down games to run(like Series S), no A.I., fire Booty and Asha. Company solved, xbox in the black.

I've played and finished 3 Compulsion games and really didn't enjoy any of them, had most fun with WHF, playing with the physics, but they all felt like work to progress through rough gameplay and an ultimately mediocre story in all 3 games. Support work on a new Bioshock or that Atomic Heart sequel would suit them best. Or make a cheap hit puzzle/rogue-like and fund the boring stuff they want to make. A cheap hit game in the spirit of Slay The Spire or Balatro would save any of these companies. Even xbox, like Cuphead saved the xbone.

Be nice to see all the effort put in to the Plague Tale series go to a series of games that are actually fun to play and not a depressing slog. Gorgeous games empty soulless story and gameplay.

There should be a discount reward, if they don't want to give you free money, give a discount per redeemed points(1000 = 10% off for example) to be used on any available store purchase. As in for: that game that never goes on sale in your wishlist, a controller through design lab or just a discount on GP. I cannot fathom paying full price for anything digital or paying for anything digital in general, discounts I can earn from playing my games on your ecosystem may change my mind.

Where's the updates and stories about no more 3rd party game contracts being negotiated for Gamepass and the active shopping of Machine Games and Arkane to Take Two? How about the liquidity of assests and the fact that there is none? xbox is quickly becoming eXxed out of eXistence. Sharma is the clean up hitter, said it from hiring, say it now, she's there to sell the farm to the highest paying butcher.

They were sold to a "Japanese" led company and an industry leader, wait and watch. Too bad they kept making boring "message" games, such potential, needs better guidance than what microslop provided.

Way too little waaaay to late. Should have had more content at launch. Forza Horizon 6 was the last disappointment I waited for from MS. Somehow they screwed that up too. Deuces. Asha gone before 2027, taking all bets.

@BIG3 nope, I quit playing out of boredom, not waiting for seasons, I'm no achievement hunter. Just felt I completed all the vanilla progress faster than the original Horizon.

Did they add any content to the game? They say it's the biggest one(forza) yet but I finished everything and bounced off this a week ago(soon as I got the season achievement) and canceled Game Pass. Haven't turned my xbox back on since to see if my save is there.
