Either way im holding both in hand right now and as far as weight its really indistinguishable in practice. DS is def. a little wider and "chunkier" I'd say.

These children don't deserve any attention. Just let them have their fits and lets move on.

This thing is quite intriguing though I have a question for you PC guys and those a bit more saavy. Are current micro sd cards fast enough/capable of playing games like Froza/Halo/gears etc right off the card itself? Its one thing for Switch games but can they handle big games like these without issue??

@GamingFan4Lyf I honestly don't think there are any games that actually "require" the adaptive triggers. They can be completly turned off on a system level somewhere in the settings. I have a bunch of games that use them, but have never had an issue where I couldn't progress in a game because they were off. I may be incorrect but hasn't been a problem for me personally

I'm a big fan of the dualsense, for my money its the best controller ever made, however I do think some of the features of it are a bit overhyped. The haptics are amazing but the adaptive triggers, while innovative and sound in theory, got old real quick for me. Think I turned them off the first week and haven't put them back on since.

@The_New_Butler Exactly. If the last couple months have taught us anything, its that 99% of these insiders don't know crap. I'd say the rare occasions they end up being "right" is just pure dumb luck. We should collectively ignore them.

@gollumb82 totally agree, they really have turned things around for the better! Definitely much more likely to recommend an Xbox this time around vs last generation, they're in a really great postion!

@gollumb82 Awesome, hope youre enjoying it! Barely enough time to keep up with the last 2 gens so back compat isn't a deal breaker for us. Though I can see why it's important to many and no one is doing that better than MS at the moment.

@gollumb82 exactly the boat I'm in. I've thought about getting an Xbox to complement my other systems but Xcloud has made it by and large unnecessary. Subscribe for a few months here and there to play some exclusives and a couple third parties I don't wanna have to buy without having to fork out hundreds for a system. It's brilliant by MS in my opinion.

Agreed, MS and Nintendo saved it from being a complete waste of 4 days. Both had really strong showings. Rest of the year is going to be a ton of fun!

Man, imagine what its going to end up being on the OG Xbox One, yikes! Ahh well 1080/60 will be fine for me and I'd wager they will further optimize it down the line and eventually hit 4k/60 on the series X.

B for me, majority of what was shown wasn't my taste but Forza alone made it a good conference for me. Def. my most anticipated game of the year now!

@mousieone I have the direct connect version without bluetooth so I can't speak to that personally.

@InterceptorAlpha I haven't had too many issues, a mistake or 2 here and there but like I said after a few mins its really not very hard to get used to. I also dont play any mobile specific games so can't help ya there. Best of luck with whichever you decide to go with.

@InterceptorAlpha the gamesir just feels better in hand for me personally than the kishi. The button layout is a pretty insignificant issue, pretty easy to get used to it after a few mins in game. I've been playing Xbox games for over a year with a PS controller and never had a problem.

I have the type-c version and its been terrific to use, prefer it over the Kishi. Turning your phone into a Switch-like Xbox handheld is a joy and very convenient. Can def recommend it!

2 and Tales are definitely a tier above the rest. After that I'd go 1, 3, Pre-Sequel.

@Chaudy in a way yes but obviously dependant on the person. For some like me with other consoles, average laptops, and smart TVs it makes buying an actual Xbox a wholly unneeded purchase. But in general I don't think in anyway this will totally replace or phase out their console business.

Plenty of portable screens with larger panels and cheaper on Amazon right this second. The quality of the website doesn't exactly convey very much confidence either.

I'd go a little further back and say Hot Pursuit 2 from THE PS2/GC/Xbox era was overall the best game in the series. Masterpiece of a racing game for its time

@GunValkyrie the percentage of people who are going to jump through this many hoops to do this probably isn't worth worrying about. It's neat but also needlessly complicated.
